Right now you're just being detained. I just want to go to my grandma's. That's fine. That's fine. That's fine. THAT'S FINE. I DON'T KNOW WHERE THE [ __ ] she's at. I don't care. Look, she put her hands on me and I'm leaving. Just calm down. Right now you're just being detained, okay? >> I don't understand why am I being Am I being abusive to you? Am I being a I heard you were being abusive towards somebody, okay? Okay, she put her hands on me and she's an adult. I defended myself and now I'm leaving like she did. Ma'am, who are you? That's I'm her sister. That's my sister. >> Sister? Okay. Call your mom. And then we'll speak to her and you can speak with her. Oh my [ __ ] god. If nothing happened, we'll take the cuffs off. I mean, obviously something happened. I'm [ __ ] leaving my house. I got kicked the [ __ ] out. Obviously something happened. Come on. Are these things loose? As far as violence, we got to figure that out. Do you have any weapons? Do you have any weapons in your possession? Do you have any weapons in your possession? Don't Don't be reaching No, don't be reaching, Brandon. I asked you a question. Do you have anything in there? Come on. Obviously it's [ __ ] makeup stuff. Why do you keep asking? Hey, I'm just I'm doing this for my safety, okay? Just going to step out, okay? And my mom's right there if you want to talk to her. Okay, I'm going to go talk to her. We'll talk to you, mom. That's okay. Is it okay if I come in, ma'am? Yeah. Okay. Hi. Hi. So, what's going on today? Um she started arguing with me about um some work that my husband had done on her car and she's she wanted me to pay her back the money for it and I told her no because I know for a fact he changed the right part and she got mad and she hit me and it just got How did she hit you? She just swung at me. With an open open arm open hand fist? >> fist. So, she punched you in your in my face. Your face on your right side? Do you need medical attention at all? No. Okay. Anything else? Did she do anything else as far as violence? Someone reported she threw a glass at you or something? Yeah, she threw that at me and >> did that hit you? Uh no, it didn't. Okay. She threw it towards you? Yeah, and then she broke one of the pictures over there. Okay. So, she was breaking items in the house and then And there's something else she threw over there. I don't know what that Oh, that must have been one of those bottles. So, when she was throwing items was she was she throwing them towards you or just trying to destroy or break? Just trying to destroy or break them. But, she did punch you in the face. Yes. And you don't need medical attention? No. Okay. What's going on with the mask? Where did the mask come from? Because I'm obviously not trying to be seen at this point. I'm trying to make you go away. Okay. That's fine. Like I said, I'm just checking to make sure there's no weapons on you. That's all it is. I don't care if you have any vapes on you or anything like that. Yeah, it's just my vapes and my makeup in my pocket. All right. For now, just go to seat right here, okay? Yeah. All I did was tell her that her boyfriend my car. She started throwing hands on me and told me, "I don't give you. I care about my boyfriend more than you. You're not my [ __ ] daughter." So I said, "You know what? You can put your hands on me. I'm going to defend myself." So I defended myself. I pulled her hair out the back, got the [ __ ] up. She said, "Get the [ __ ] out of my house." I'm packing up my But if she wants to choose her boyfriend over me, I'm [ __ ] leaving. It's all because of a [ __ ] boyfriend fight and I'm just going to [ __ ] leave. So you're saying that she put hands on you first and you used it to defend yourself? Okay. >> put hands on me first. She was making breakfast and then I told her about the situation. She got upset and started throwing hands on me. Sorry, my music's playing from my phone. You're good. Huh? Is it okay if I take the the ski mask off? How old are you? I'm 18. >> 18? Make sure. Yeah. But yeah, she asked me to leave her house and that's what I'm doing. She said she was going to call my house but I told her I said, "I need to get my [ __ ] I'm not leaving without my [ __ ] I have work. I got work clothes I got to get. I have expensive shoes. I don't trust her and her boyfriend. I don't trust none of that [ __ ] So I'm getting my [ __ ] and I'm getting the [ __ ] out of here." And I already called my grandma. I'm going to her house. So I'm just leaving. Okay. Was there anyone else that was here that may or may or may not have seen what happened? It's just just my sister and her boyfriend but I'm pretty sure her I don't know where her boyfriend went. And that's your sister? Yeah. Okay. How old is she? I think she's like 16. She's not blood so she's my mom's boyfriend's kid so I think she's like 17. Uh what did you witness? Everything she told me pretty much or I yeah, I walked in and they were arguing. I heard arguing from outside and I had walked in and I seen them in the kitchen and I didn't see anyone I didn't see the first punch thrown. I was bringing in my basket, laundry basket but I just seen them go at it and I got the dogs cuz the dogs were Okay. You saw them go at it. Can you explain that or kind of describe what you saw? Like they both just had each other's hands and just were just hitting each other. >> hands on? Okay. And actually punched you first and knee'd you in the face, started throwing things. Okay, let me let the other he'll he'll come and talk to you as well but we just need to determine what if we have violent, you know, if we have charges for domestic violence or not. It sounds like we we do just even coming here but just got to hear it firsthand, you know. Okay, we'll be right back and is it just the two of you here? Yeah. Okay. I do have to let you know if you try to run fight or flee force will be used against you, okay? >> is it? Cuz I work at 2:00. It's 1:45. I don't want to go to jail like I don't want to do none of this [ __ ] She put her hands on me. We fought, it got over and done with. Now I'm trying to leave. Okay. Um she said that they were arguing and she became physical, punched her in the face and knee'd her in the face and then just started throwing items in there breaking I'm not throwing them at her but she broke a few things in there but uh physical. So this is so this is minor battery. Uh we have to dismiss the minor battery. Uh I think she just threw the items trying to break them not at her but there's a a big like a like a statue or something like glass or something. So she just threw it and broke it so she didn't throw it at her, she threw it just to break things. Okay. And then uh I don't see injury. I asked her if she needed a 43 or not but maybe if you look at her again I I didn't see >> mom's in there? The mom's in there. The mom's 5'6". That's the younger daughter? Yeah. And she witnessed it too so she said that they just saw them She said they were going at it so they had hands on each other. So they >> So does it sound like the mom was defending herself? Uh yeah. It sounds like it sounds like she just punched her one in the face and then knee'd her in the face and uh I just kind of explained to her that we that's we're just there trying to determine whether or not we have like a you know physical violence or not and she said okay and then and then we'll just get no no kind of battery then. Yeah, just All right, I'll go talk to them now. What are you guys arguing over? Cuz of her [ __ ] ass boyfriend. He owes me money and she said I don't give a [ __ ] Get out of my house. All right. Whatever. You won't let your [ __ ] ass boyfriend use me. And then you kick out your daughter over your boyfriend. And then you going to beat her up. Okay, that's fine. So, yeah, like it's all because of her blind ass boyfriend and where is he now? Nowhere to be found. He's a [ __ ] bum. >> [snorts] >> His brother like this [ __ ] always just chooses her boyfriend over me and I'm done with it. I'm tired of it. And then she wants to fight physically because of a man? Okay. Oh my god. So, I'm not sure if they explained to you but you are getting arrested uh for battery on a household member. Um Are you fine with just what you have right now cuz the less that you have going in, the less likelihood of possibly losing something. Obviously, it's just like your vapes and like your stuff stuff like that. You can go and leave your phone too if you want. Leave it here? Yeah. What you can do like after you get out, you can arrange for a a civil standby and the police could be here for you to get your stuff. And if and if any of your stuff isn't here, then what you can do is go through the courts and do a whole civil thing documenting what you lost or what you claim to have been stolen and then either you'll get a whole thing set through and we can come with you and stuff like that. But just the less that you have on you going down there, the better. I mean, can I just take my keys? I don't want them to have my car keys cuz they're just going Yeah, if you want Yeah, if you want your keys and your Do you have a wallet on you too? No, I'd rather just leave it in my car. That's where my purse is and if I have my keys and I know it's locked then they can't be able to get into it and I prefer that. Okay, that's fine. My phone though, I'll take that too just so I can get that Yeah, that's fine. once this is done. Where's your Where's your key cuz I saw where I put your phone but where's your keys at? Is your younger sister able to at least pull the car forward to park it that way it's not blocked in blocking the driveway? >> Yeah, I would prefer that. I think they're in the room. I'm not too sure. He was rummaging around. I want to say he put them in there. I think they're in there. I don't know. >> I'll go go ask maybe your sister. I'll go ahead and search them and stuff like that. Um Yeah, just go ahead and stay sitting right there. I'll be right back, okay? So, while your sister's doing that, I'll go ahead and have my partner grab the keys. Um when she's done but we're going to go ahead and head to this unit to this very first one, okay? Well, can I at least put that stuff in my room? Yeah, yeah. Where's your purse at, Evie? So, she wants to leave all that in her Yeah, I just want to leave my stuff in my car. It's okay. I'll I'll just leave it in If if it's not visible less likely someone will break I'll put that thing back in the I mean just put it back in the house. No, so there's some more stuff Okay, just from breaking into it. Is it okay if Is it okay if one of them puts the belongings that I pulled out of your pocket in your room? Yes. Or in the closet? I still have more belongings in my pockets. What? Just put it Just You mind holding her other arm so I can put the stuff up? Um sorry. Do you mind holding her other arm so I can put the stuff up? Yeah. 50 57 Is that a beep Make sure you lock it. No, you can hand me your keys. You can take those with you. Thank you. What the So, you're taking the keys and the phone, that's it? Yeah, she just wants the keys and the phone. You want me to just hold on to that for a second, sweetie? Sure. There you go. Thanks. >> [snorts] >> 10-4 3310 PD. >> [snorts] >> 10-1 3310 PD. I'll be 10-18 just outside the house. Showing my license. Is it empty or what? 10-18 10-1. Empty or what? 6 10-18. Okay. With the back of my hand, I'm checking your thigh, okay? Wait, what? With the back of my hand, I'm checking your thigh, okay? >> Okay. If you can, just go to the wiring in the stairs for me real quick, okay? Is there a way to turn this off so your phone's not dead when you get out? Oh. I'm not sure. Hold the Yeah, hold those two. These two together? >> Yeah. That way at least your >> And then slide to power off. Okay, that way at least your phone has some charge when you get out. Again, with the back of my hand, I'm checking your thigh, okay? Okay. Now, with the back of my hand, I'm checking your chest area, okay? Okay. Okay, I'm going to do the same thing on this side, okay? Okay. >> [snorts] >> Um what is this room? >> Yeah. Uh I guess her room is this one right here. Okay. In the window. >> Sure, that's fine. I'll just put that away. Is there somewhere you want it on top of that way I can just put it on there and if you don't want your sister touching it. Just on the bed would be fine. >> bed? Yeah, I just kind of just don't around in there everything. Um and then I believe there was something put on the speaker. By the door. Oh, I think it was that vape. >> Oh, okay, it probably was. You [snorts] want that stuff that I did take out of your hand by the door? You don't want that in your room as well? Yes. Okay. Sweetie, there's some stuff back on like a box out by the door that I took out of her hand earlier. She wants that in her room as well? Okay. All right, let's go and go. So really often the day might actually see a judge and get out. Today, you know. I'm I'm so perfect. I'm the only one alive. My mom don't have a job or nothing going for herself. I don't work at two and I'm going to be arrested, so I am. Yo. It's a uh two like two sweaters, uh a speaker and a little baggy like a grocery bag. Yeah, I don't know what's not to see. We're all safe then. One in custody. What kind of music do you like? Um I like rap. Rap? Yeah. Sounds good. >> [snorts] >> Okay. So we're just going to put your stuff in a little baggy. Okay. All ready. You want to come down? We're just going to go down to the PTC, okay? So, it's all right there, okay?
