caller the woman was struggling to speak coherently raising concerns about her condition shortly after the female left the store and attempted to drive her vehicle prompting officers to intervene to ensure Public Safety and prevent potential harm from her impaired State you can't go back to Joe okay how much you had to drink tonight today you had a lot of drink have you had a lot of drink what's going on what's going on a little too much to drink yeah what's going on okay do you have a driver's license or something on you I think it's in your first pocket right there it says Texas there you go what's going on can you talk to me ma'am do you live around here let me see your driver's license all right drove all the way here from Webster how much you have you had a drink today huh nothing you haven't had anything to drink what have you taken you haven't taking any medicine no when Law Enforcement Officers arrived at the scene they observed the woman trying to get into her vehicle her physical state and behavior immediately raised concerns about her ability to operate a vehicle safely despite their intervention the woman insisted on entering the car the officers approached her and requested that she step out of the vehicle and onto the road instead of complying the woman began arguing with them Her speech was slurred and her tone was aggressive indicative of her high level of intox ication the officers persisted eventually managing to escort her out of the vehicle to engage in further questioning however the woman remained uncooperative continuing to argue and displaying behavior that suggested a lack of awareness of the seriousness of the situation at one point she repeatedly asked the officers to Let Her Go ignoring their instructions and questioning their Authority why are you here why cuz we got a call saying that you were stumbling around in the store that's why we're that's why I'm out here uhuhuh hold on what what are you so how did you get here did you drive over here no you didn't drive how much have you had to drink today you mind doing some tests for me before you leave and guess what if you do good on the test then you can go home how about that officers decided to take her into into custody this decision was made to ensure Public Safety as allowing her to operate a vehicle Under the Influence could have resulted in harm to herself or others the arrest process however was far from straightforward the woman resisted arguing continuously and making physical attempts to avoid being detained the officers eventually succeeded in restraining her and placing her inside the patrol vehicle [Music] is that guy still on scene no he left but he said he didn't see her driving yeah yeah that's what fall inside yeah that's what everybody's keeps up ow upon arrival at the police station the woman's Behavior showed no signs of improvement she continued to argue with the officers creating disturbances similar to those she had displayed earlier the officers attempted to proceed with standard procedures including searching her to ensure she was not in possession of any Contraband weapons or dangerous items after completing the search the officers placed her in a separate room for further investigation step for no h no no why not you got step up okay no I told you to take me home step out please no fck you come on do you really have to information and understand her perspective however the woman's argumentative and disruptive behavior persisted her lack of cooperation during the interview demonstrated her unwillingness to acknowledge the seriousness of the situation leading one officer to remark that she had made things significantly worse for herself like child my patience is with you I know have a seat misson please officers proceeded with the necessary documentation to formally record the incident these charges were based on her behavior throughout the encounter including her refusal to comply with instructions her resistance during the arrest and her continued disruptive conduct okay ma'am you don't need any money the judge is releasing you on a PR Bond I'm getting on a p Bond okay but I do need to know
