I'm not refusing. I'm just asking you a question. Just walk and talk. Walk. Walk and talk. You guys are trying to get me in the back of the [ __ ] car. On July 28th, 2024, outside a pizza restaurant in Tampa, Florida. A 21-year-old woman named Ariana caused a scene after allegedly assaulting someone. When an officer stepped in to detain her, Ariana didn't go quietly. She resisted arrest right away. turning a simple stop into a full-blown struggle on the sidewalk. All in front of stunned bystanders. [Applause] She's good. She's good. She's good. She's good. She's good. She's good. She's good. Please. Please. Put your hand up. Please please sir. Please sir. This is excessive. Please. This is excessive. I'll do 149. I'm in a 41. I need 54 immediately. Just north of 15th and 7th at the pizza place. I need 15. You're hurting her. You're hurting her. Please. Okay. She was hurting somebody by throwing me. [Applause] Get back. Get back. Relax. Okay, it's over. All right, get my purse. I'll get your purse. [Music] [Applause] I want you to leave. Please shut the up and stop talking to me, you stupid. No. Step back. I don't care. Step back. Oh, my radio's broken. They interrupt one more time. Arrest them, too. One step. I'll put you in. One step. One step, please. Don't care. Don't care. Officer, tell me one thing. I got you. Thank you. Smack it on the ground. Hold on. All right. Ariana kept yelling, "Please" again and again like it would make everything okay. She cried, screamed, and begged, but she still didn't listen or calm down. The officer tried to control the situation, but she kept fighting and yelling louder. People nearby started shouting, too. Living loud, angry, and out of control must be really hard. If you're in trouble, staying calm is the best thing to do. Fighting only makes things worse. Putting on yourself. Can you put my Can you put my in my pursuit? Yep. I will. Do you want her for obstruction? I'll knock out CRA. If they interrupt one more time, absolutely. They were pulling at me. So, almost battery on LE. I could arrest both of you for a felony. Get out. Get the out of here. Go leave. You just thrash. She got assaulted. She got assaulted. I was watching her throw punches. Yes, because she got assaulted. No, no, no. Can you take my purse from her, please? I don't want to grab it. No, she she's going to hold it. It's going to be with you. Don't worry. We don't want that. I I know, but I don't know where she's going. And that has literally my ID, my phone, everything. Oh, yeah. We're together. Okay. Part of a group here that works over time. But which which car? Yeah. Can we get me in a car, please? Cuz I don't want to be around this. Throw me on the car. Does she ever have a key? Can I get her in the car? Can I ask you something? Where's your car? Identify her. Get her in the car. Can I Can I ask you something, please? Walk to my car. I don't Can you walk me to the car, please? Can I ask you something? Is this? I don't want Who's holding me? Who's holding me? No, someone else is holding me. I don't want him holding me. Is this yours? No, that's not mine. I don't hold it, but that is my uncle. Can you give it to Noah? Can you please take my purse, please? I'm asking with you. No, I'm asking him. Do we know who? We're going to come get you. Okay. Do you know who the officer was that just threw me on the floor? Please. That's all I'm asking. What's his name? Please. Come on. I'm not I'm not I'm not talking to you. I'm talking to the girl. Y'all ever pull out a police officer again, you're going to get arrested for a felony. Do you understand me? You just threw a girl on the ground because she went swinging at another girl and I had already warned her earlier to get out of here. She was assaulted. This girl was literally a problem. Please. Please. Who was it that put me? I'm not refusing. I'm just asking you a question. Let's walk and talk. Walk and talk. Walk and talk. You guys are trying to get me in the back of theing car and he just slammed me on the floor. That's okay. This vehicle probably this one right here. Whose car am I going in? Are you driving me or not? I don't want to go with him. I can. Is there not another officer who could take me? Just put a temporarily here. Where are you going? I'm trying to read his name tag. The you grabbing the car. I don't need your help. I I know how to sit down. Just sit down. I know how to sit. I don't need help. So, I was standing I actually warned her earlier that she needs to leave because she was getting into it with another girl down here. So, I told him to leave. The other girl went down that way. She was compliant. She didn't say a word. She kept antagonizing, doing all sorts of racist remarks and whatnot towards me. And I was like, "Whatever." And then fast forward like an hour and a half later, I'm standing right here just drinking some water. I hear some arguing over there near the pizza place. And while the officers tried to calm things down, people kept interrupting, asking questions like, "Who's holding me and whose car am I going in, they wanted special treatment, different officers, and complained about who pushed whom. You won't be treated like a criminal if you don't act like a criminal." They probably got into a scuffle already, but I couldn't quite see because there was a crowd there. She leaves the girl alone. The girl's cornered in there. She leaves the girl alone with another girl. They go to the white car that was parked over there. They get in. A minute later, she gets right back out, charges up to the pizza stand, and I hear, "Oh, they're fighting. They're fighting." So, I come up and she's reaching over people to go like this, like closed fist hammer strikes on the girl's head. So, I take her, I grab her, I whip her right out the entrance, and then put her onto the ground. And her two friends are pulling at me the entire time. And I have to keep shoving them off, shoving them off. So, that's why I told him like, "You're going to get battery on LEO if you don't stop." So, I could easily have charged those two with felonies. They're just being drunk idiots. So, I was like, "Whatever." But she has got to go because she's whailing on this girl after I told her she needs to stop. Does she Is there She's easily the aggressor. But there is there a victim? No, the victim took off. So, I'm just going to do resisting. Disorderly in talks and resisting. She absolutely has to go. She was fighting me the entire time. Her friends were trying to fight me the entire time. It was three versus one. I was trying to get on the radio, but somebody was on holding up the radio traffic for like a good minute. So, I was already fighting for a minute by the time I got on the radio. So, she absolutely has to go. She's the easily the primary aggressor easily. No matter what her friend said, they're full of crap. She was the one advancing on the other girl. The other girl was actually behind the security guy there. I would just stick with what your disorderly conduct and uh resisting and leave it at that and not the the the fight portion cuz you don't have a victim for the fight. So, yeah. You're going to sit on the chair right now and you'll be good. I just said to Chris that we're on the way right now. I'm about to take the shoes off. And I told you operation $1 female for booking. One park on the left. Secure your [Music] weapon. Step [Music] out. Go that door right there. My corner. Ariana kept fighting and wouldn't stop. Even though the other girl was gone, Ariana was still loud and angry, causing problems. It was clear she was the one making the trouble. When you lose control in public, you don't just make a scene. You get in trouble that stays on your record. Why do some people act so mean and disrespectful? Ariana was charged with disorderly conduct, public intoxication, and resisting arrest after starting a fight and refusing to cooperate with officers. Her aggressive behavior in public led to multiple legal consequences. So, in the end, if you enjoyed the video, hit that like button and drop your thoughts in the comments.
