She was cut off at that point and um it was when she was trying to get her to bathe that she grabbed my arm and got in my face like this and I said, "Don't touch me." I backed off. You need to leave. >> Yeah. And then that's when it all got bad with me. >> And then she refused to leave. >> Yeah. Refused to leave. Started saying, "You." And then that's when she like quickly just stood up to like bow up and I was like, "Uhoh." Put her down. The 52year-old was originally charged with three counts of battery on law enforcement and four misdemeanor counts of battery, trespassing, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest. But on May 28th, 2025, she entered a plea agreement with the state [music] and the state dropped her three felonies to misdemeanor. It is common for prosecutors [music] to downgrade felony battery on police charges if the officers weren't seriously injured. The defendant was intoxicated and had no serious criminal history. And finally, because it saves the [music] state a trial. Nevertheless, Santa's little helper was given 2 years of probation and nearly $1,900 in court fees.
