I could tell that something was flaky about her. >> Hell no. >> The way she was hanging up on the door. >> All right, do me a favor. Just step out quick. >> Why? >> I'm like, "Oh, this is going to be aing show." >> You guys gave her plenty [music] of opportunity to cooperate. >> Please stop. On May 15th, 2025, [music] a routine traffic stop for a broken tail light sadly turned into a lifedefining mistake for this 40-year-old female. >> Hey, how are you? >> Good. How are you? >> I'm good. The back brake lights out. That's why I was pulling you over. Back drivers. >> Yeah, that's why. Do you just have your uh license with you? I don't have it with me. >> Hey, >> I'll give you the number. I mean, >> all right. All right. All right. >> Be honest with me. Is it suspended? >> It's not suspended. All right. Where you coming from? >> Came from that last station from candy. >> Oh, you got candy. What'd you get? >> My tire. >> Okay. Did you just buy this thing? >> Yeah. Oh, >> you got the paperwork for it. Where'd you buy it from? Some >> online like marketplace. Is it insured? >> The plates? Yeah, my dad's transferring them. >> Okay. So, those are your dad's plates. >> Yeah. >> All right. You do anything for work at all or no? >> For work? >> Yeah. >> I'm a CNA. >> Are you? >> I am. >> The hospital? >> I do travel. >> Okay. Do you like it? >> I love it. >> All right. Good. That's good. How long you been doing it? >> Seven. >> Okay. All right. Give me a sec. Let me check this out. Let me check your license quick. Give me like two seconds. All right. Nothing. The car is just not insured. It's not registered. Just hang out for a second. >> It doesn't matter if the plates are. It doesn't belong on this car. So, it's not >> It was just bought. It's getting >> It was bought April 9th, >> but it's over a month. >> We have to over a month ago, right? >> Yeah. But making the appointment like >> You mean making the appointment? >> My dad is disabled. >> Okay. >> Like he lives all the way in college. It's like it's it's not easy. I have three kids. He's doing the transfer. >> I'm going to pee my >> figure out what's going to happen in a minute. >> Can I just I live two freaks away. >> No, you can't go home yet. >> I'm literally going to pee my pants. >> Okay. For a second. >> What's wrong with the car? >> What's wrong with it? >> Yeah. I don't know. I just got here. The car was just bought. >> Okay. Out of state or in state? >> Instate. But it's kind there's like a issue with it. Um the kid didn't have the title. >> I'm okay. The kid didn't have the title. >> Yeah. >> So there's tons of paperwork. I Vinc. I don't know. I have no idea. >> But the bill of sale might be in there. But >> so have you gone a vinch check for it? >> Me personally, no. There's three of them in there, though. >> Okay. Yeah. So >> I don't know. We There was an issue of getting the kid ran everything down to me. He ran everything down to me about I guess Indiana is the last registered owner. >> So when you want to get the vehicle registered, you have to do a VIN check. So I have to do one as well. >> Correct. Cuz it's out of state. You need the title for that though. Okay. >> He the kid who owned it before me lives here, but he never registered it. >> Okay. >> So I still would have >> So I would I would recommend doing the VIN check. You need the title for that though and the bill of sale. Okay. >> Cuz he didn't register it. I got to do it too. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Okay. So you need that before you can register. As far as making appointments go, you're going to have to just keep checking >> because they pop up randomly. I I I know. I know. I get that. I've seen them. But if you check like 11 o'clock, one o'clock, whatever, sometimes they'll just pop up for the whole day. >> Um, >> so do you get what I'm saying? Um, I I know it's a pain in the ass. I'm sure you have a lot of stuff going on, things like that, but you got to register the car. Okay. >> Um, I don't know what the other officer wants to do. I'm just telling you the steps to do to get it registered, to get the VIN check, the bill of sale, the title, and things like that. That's what you're going to >> How am I going to get the title? I tried to. >> Where's the title at? >> They sold you to the car with no title. >> Yeah, >> there's there is no title. I saw the paper. >> There's no title. >> There's no title. You had it signed by one of our detectives. >> I didn't. That was the kid before me. >> Yeah. So now it's different ownership. So you're going to have to read through that whole process because because he did that for him. You're not the same person. So all that stuff is under his name. I don't know. It's been bounced around, so I have no idea. >> I would just try and go through the right steps for you cuz now it's going to be in your name. So, you have to take ownership of the video. >> What's crime time? >> No, he didn't say that. >> I said prime time. >> I was going to say crime time. What the [ __ ] >> No crime. >> Ain't no crime time around here. >> Not with us around. >> No, that's right. All right. >> Listen, I really got to pee. >> I get I got to pee, too, you know. Just step out quick. >> Why? >> Because the car is not registered. I I get you have a lot of [ __ ] going on, but just step out for a sec. >> Hey, what's your name? >> Right. So, what do you want to do? >> Search the car. >> All right. You got anything on you? >> No money. >> All right. Come over here. Come over here. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Here. Talk to him. >> All right. So, all right. >> It's too wet though for you. >> All right. So, what do you have on your hand? What do you have right here? >> I have my money. Hold. Put that in your hand. >> All right. Stop. Stop. I appreciate it. Yeah. Um, but I appreciate you filling us out. >> No, no problem, man. And I mean I like I said like I've been clean for 21 years, right? >> You guys run me you'll see that I'm no angel. But like you know >> all right that's all that all happened back then. So as long as long as it's you're clean now that's >> Oh I am. That's good. >> I wouldn't be sitting out here. >> Well you'd be surprised I guess. Right. >> I would. Yeah. Yeah. No. You're right. But I appreciate your help. Thank you. Take care. The 40-year-old woman was charged with possession of a controlled substance, obstructing an officer, and resisting arrest. But her legal troubles are far from over, as this was only the latest incident in a series of arrests. She was previously [music] charged with resisting arrest during a disorderly conduct stop in 2017 and had two previous possession charges from 2022 and 2024. As you may have heard in the video, she was lucky to be accepted into diversion court in March of this year, which would have allowed her to avoid criminal charges from her 2024 arrest. But having reaffended [music] with the same charges, she will most likely face serious time in jail. She is currently out on bail and her arraignment is scheduled for January of 2026. >> [music] [music]
