On June 19th, 2024 in Round Rock, Texas, officers responded to a reported theft at a local Planet Fitness. A woman who had already left the hospital just hours earlier soon found herself at the center of a bizarre scene. Her story kept changing. Her bags kept piling and suspicion was only growing. Watch the video to know what actually happened. >> Picked me up from the hospital. >> Who did? >> Who did? >> Did you just come out of Planet Fitness? No, y'all just identify me as >> You didn't just come out of Planet Fitness. >> Are you okay? >> Are you okay, >> y'all? Just pick me up. >> Okay, set your stuff down. Put your stuff down. Take the backpack off. Take the backpack off. Oh, take the backpack off. >> I'm going to get on the ground. >> No, you're not. >> Where'd you get released from? >> The police picked me up at St. St. David's Hospital. >> Round Rock. >> Um, yes. They just picked me up. Look at my wrist. I just got picked up from the hospital. Like literally. >> What were you doing in Planet Fitness just now? >> I the the the police dropped me off. I just got picked up from >> Police didn't drop you off at Planet Fitness. So, what were you doing in Planet Fitness? >> We're going to stand you up. Okay. Stand up. >> Stand up. What were you doing in Planet Fitness? Simple question. >> I was talking to my child's father about cheating on me. >> Okay. >> If you open up that bag, I can >> Which bag? >> The gold one. >> And what am I going to find inside your gold bag? >> And I just got back. If you look at the wrist ring wrist bracelet, >> I got her if you want. >> I just got I just got back. I just got from St. David. >> But you went into Planet Fitness. What did you do while you were in there? >> While I was in there, >> you heard me. I'm not I'm speaking English. >> I was working out. >> 165. Go ahead. Okay. So, you didn't take anything that didn't belong to you? >> No. You can look through my things. I did not take anything that don't belong. >> We're going to look through your things. >> Yes. >> Where were you at in here? You just >> I was I'm just working out. I left my bag in the locker. Close it. I've never had a wallet. >> What bag is yours? >> I mean, I got the bag right now. >> She has a wallet. >> And how I And and how I know she took it is because I put my bag in the locker and then you know her. >> No, she was like when I first walked in the gym, she was or she was there like in the locker and she was looking like hella suspicious. But like, you know, I give people the benefit of the doubt. I left my stuff, closed my lockers. I never had a problem. It's on my locker. >> So, what kind of wallet are we looking for? >> It's like a small green wallet. It has all my stuff and then my keys as well. >> I keep What's on the key ring? >> It's a Mitsubishi key. >> Okay. I told him >> like I literally just got out the hospital like at St. David and the police was called and all of that and they released me. >> What pocket did you put the wallet and stuff in? >> I'm sorry. >> What pocket did you put that wallet in? >> What's in What's in this bag? >> That's my makeup. That's my makeup bag. >> The black one. >> I got the same stuff that they gave me in the hospital that when I left the hospital, my baby stuff um 7 weeks. I got the same exact stuff that I just literally my baby father just had called them while I was in the hospital arguing with him. So, I saw the keys in her hand. I said, "Yo, those are my key." I was like, "Yo, you got my keys." And she was like, "No, these are my keys." And I was like, "For sure?" I sure look. I was like, "My keys. Let me see your car." And then she said, "No, these keys are my truck." And I thought she was in the black truck. And I was like, "Okay, let me see." And then she just kept walking away. And I was like, "Bro, you don't give my keys. I'm going to call the cops." >> She probably just jumped out on her. I was like, >> I thought they said she got in a black truck. >> That's what they said. And then I saw this blonde hair, black female, blonde hair. >> Oh, there was somebody sitting in that black truck. >> I was about to say I ain't got no long hair. I just out the hospital just like Yes. In the hospital. They just they just had me at the hospital. Literally the band is on my wrist. >> She really thought Planet Fitness was her personal shopping mall. Sliding in on straight klepto mode instead of cardio. The second the heat showed up, she flipped the script into full tel nolla. Whailing hospital this cheating boyfriend that like the cops were about to hand her an Oscar. But all that messy drama didn't save her. It just made her look like the discount drama queen nobody asked for. >> That green wallet somewhere. Did we shake her down? No, I'm not. >> It's a wallet. >> Yeah, green wallet and a set of Mitsubishi keys. >> Uh, I don't think so. >> What's your name? >> Me? >> Yeah. >> You asking me questions and I feel violated. I feel >> Ask him what your name is. >> I feel I just was at the hospital. >> Okay. >> And then here comes my baby father. >> Where are you? You know where you're at? >> Yes. I am in Austin, Texas. >> Um, I just left St. David Hospital. So they had checked me out because I had gotten >> and so the police came and cleared me there and gave me discharge papers. >> Okay. But what I'm saying is that you're um you're uh you're not in Round Rock. I mean you're not in Austin. You're in Round Rock. You said you're in Round Austin, but you're not there. >> Yes. That's that's my address. They literally I was having some hemorrhaging um for being 7 weeks pregnant at my wick stuff and um Atlanta took me to the hospital. They had just cleared me literally and I got dropped off up here and I I did not drive up here. >> Who dropped you off? >> Um I can pull up my baby father um came to the hospital to get me and he dropped me off up here. Can you make sure all my stuff get back in there? >> I search and I go in your pockets. >> Um I don't consent to being touched cuz I just I'm victim. >> It was reported that you walked into the men's room. You took some items that didn't belong to you. What' you do with those items? >> Well, I identify as being uh >> It doesn't matter what you identify as. You were seen going into the men's locker room taking things that don't belong to you. >> What did What did you do with the items that you took? >> You took a wallet and a set of keys. Where are they? >> A wallet and a set of keys? >> Yes. Set of keys that don't belong to plan. >> All I have are the things that belong to me. >> What were you doing by the black truck? >> What you mean by the black truck? >> You were over there by that black truck. What were you doing over there? >> I was What you mean over there by the black truck? >> There's a black truck over there. >> They said you got into it. >> Got into a black truck. >> Mhm. You were doing something over there by the by the black truck. Now, when I got here, my friend dropped me off in a black truck. >> Is it that black truck that's over there? >> I don't drive a black truck. >> Is it that black truck that's still over there? >> Did you go into >> her down? You didn't feel anything else, right? >> There's stuff in her pockets, but I don't know what it is. >> I could go and show you what's going on, but see this. >> So, did you go into the men's locker room? >> I did not go into the men's locker room. >> Even though you were seen going into the men's locker room, >> but the issue is that you got it all wrong. Well, then tell me what's going on. >> Okay, so I ended up leaving. Okay. I was at St. David, found out I was 7 weeks pregnant. >> Yes. >> And um also had gotten Okay. >> Which is why I ended up there in the first place. So I asked a friend to come and get me in a black truck. He comes SG comes to get me and we come up here and to work out. Okay. >> And his girlfriend comes and that's when all this domestic situation came up. But see the situation, the thing about it is if I'm pregnant by your baby father, why are you upset with me? >> This goofy lady really thought swiping a green wallet out the men's locker room was her big payday. Like Planet Fitness started handing out freebies. Cops weren't even stressing, just trying to return the man's keys and keep it moving. But she stayed on her circus act, fronting, denying, twisting stories like it's open mic night. >> If you find it on, you want to press charges. If I if I can just get my stuff back like she's chilling. I'm just going to get my I just want my stuff back police work to look for your stuff. You want to press charges? Just saying. >> I don't know. I'm not thinking I'm not done driving. But she ain't got on her. I don't know where. >> So, okay. But you never went into the men's locker room. No, we spent some time in the car, you know, getting, you know, some We spent some time in the car like filling on the truck. >> Yeah, cuz they will tell you I pulled up literally in a black truck coming straight from the hospital from St. David's because then my baby father causing a problem over there. And when he caused a disturbance over there, we went over to um the gas station. >> And then that's when my friend had >> Hey, what state are you from? >> Um what state am I from? >> Mhm. >> I'm from um this state. >> You're from Texas? >> Yeah. >> You ever had a driver's license or an ID in the state of Texas? >> Uh I haven't had anything. That's what they cleared me for in the hospital. >> Do you know what your social security number is? >> Uh no. >> You don't know what your social security number is? >> Not by memory. No. Do you do you have do you have an ID or anything in this wallet that's in here? >> Um I don't believe so. The police already checked. Why y'all keep pulling me over and and and bothering me? Because >> you weren't pulled over. You were seen going into the men's locker room taking things that belong to. [Applause] >> Where's the where's the locker rooms at? >> I can check. So this was the the guy's locker. >> Yeah. >> He just had his stuff stolen, too. Um but she put a lock on it. So I had to cut the lock to see if the stuff was in there. >> So >> you're missing a breathalyzer. Is that what I heard you say? >> Like to to get back to get your car. >> Yeah. >> His hers and these I believe are hers as well. >> There's nothing wrong with somebody who identifies as a man to being able to use it. >> And that's not what we're saying. You went in there and took things that don't belong to you. >> What don't belong to me? Because the police >> There was a wallet and some keys. The police literally went through that bag right there. And this is the same my makeup. This is the same stuff that I came with because at St. David the police cleared me and told me to I I was good to go and I was able to >> So there's not a wallet or keys in your pockets at all? >> No, it's not. But can you take these off of me because >> So I can take I can clear out my own pockets myself. >> Okay. So we're just trying to figure out what's going on. So as quickly as they went on, they can come off. Okay. So we're just trying to clear up the situation. Okay. And so what would you like me to call you? I want you to call me um S. Um S >> S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So S, if nothing happened, then nothing happened. Okay. But we just have to figure that out first. Okay. So, do you have an ID that I can check just so I can know who I'm talking to? >> I don't have anything you can check. But what I'm telling you is I just was at St. David Hospital. They had me detained and called everything in literally >> to verify everything. >> Just lean back into the wall. Stay right there. >> Now she suddenly got amnesia. No social security, no ID, can't even pin down what state she crawled out of. But funny enough, she remembers the word hospital like it's her personal cheat code, repeating it on loop like it's supposed to unlock sympathy. >> 410 to David 130. [Music] >> David 13, go ahead. >> Hey, can you grab an extra set of gloves, rubber gloves, and come into the locker room at Planet Fitness? >> Yeah, simple chips. As soon as we can figure out what's going on, then we'll get you on your way if that's the case. Okay? But the longer it takes for us to figure out who you are and what's happening, >> I'm trying to make it easy for you to figure that out because as my arm bracelet says right here, what my name is, my date of birth, and all of my information, okay? And I'm just telling you, I just left St. David's Hospital and was discharged. And the the police were also called as well. While I was there, the police were called >> 410 162. Hey, check that bag and see if we find like what looks like an interlock device >> for to start a car. Should be in a black case. >> You know what an inter interlock device looks like? >> Mhm. >> Be in a black case. Have a mouthpiece you would blow into. >> Adam 162. We're checking. What >> kind of keys are those? >> Just a lanyard. This is all just makeup. >> What color is your backpack? >> So, it's a see-through Nike black backpack with a Nike white check mark. It's like a see-through. >> Okay. 410 to Adam 162. >> Go ahead. >> Hey, so I got another victim in here. Uh, that black see-through backpack. Is it a Nike? >> Yes. >> Okay. That didn't belong to her. That belonged to this guy here that I'm talking to inside the Planet Fitness. Where did you get this bag? >> Just the thing that y'all just just obtained me and cleared me just not even 2 hours ago. >> I don't understand. Like I said about what happened in Georgia whose bag is that? >> What? What you mean? >> This black bag right here. Whose bag is that? >> That is a portable charger. >> Whose bag is this? >> It's my bag. Like what are you saying? It's in my Gemini. >> Okay. So when we watch the footage, we'll see you walk in with it and walk out with it and we won't see anyone else with it. >> So you got you got it confused. >> You got it confused. This is the gym that I always posted. Okay. So you have it you have it all the way confused because inside of that gym locker is my black suitcase. Now think if my workout clothes are all in that black suitcase. >> Can you finish there in between search for me? >> His bag. His locker's over here. She took [ __ ] out of put a lock on and he had to cut it off. We just found his interlock device cuz he has to blow on that before midnight. >> This is hers. These shoes are hers. Oh, she just threw her stuff. >> Dude, she's been Yeah. >> I don't know. This is hers. This is hers. This is her. Like she was at the hospital, but I'm wondering I'm looking for those that dude's wallet. This is hers, too. The officers tried to keep things calm, but Sarah's narrative was spinning like a scratch CD. Every new question birthed a new backstory. Pregnancy, hospital clothes, jealous partners. It was like she binge watched three seasons of a drama and combined them into one chaotic episode. And yet, the missing wallet and keys still had speaking roles. >> His keys for his Mitsubishi. I don't know where those are at. >> He said he walked out asking her if those are his keys because she had them in her hand. Just bring all this out. I guess >> she walked in with all this, dude. >> I don't know. >> Oh, yeah. Of course it is. >> I don't consent to a I just victim. I just left the hospital. You can call. >> We're We're no longer at the point of consent anymore. >> Okay, turn around. >> Um and I will show Can I show you my locker now? >> No. Go ahead and turn around. Okay. So, I can show you. >> All right. I don't consent again. >> It's no longer about consent anymore. >> When search warrant me? I don't need to search more. >> How many pairs of clothes do you have on? >> I have on three. I told you I just got released from the hospital. They gave me to put the sweatshirts too >> cuz look what I got on. >> Don't lean on the wall. >> What's in your pocket up here? >> My Can you quit on my >> No, she rubbing on my You rubbing on my pink. >> That's not a penis. >> Well, you rubbing on it. You must like it. >> Stop right now. We're not doing this. Put your hands back where they were and knock it off. Oh, that hurts. >> Okay, well, stop. >> That would be a wallet, >> right? >> I don't know what that is you put on me. >> My body cam's on. I didn't put that there. >> Yeah, you did. You walked over here and put that on me. Now, if y'all gave me these sweats and then stopped and pulled me over. Y'all gave me these sweats cuz I ain't have no clothes on after y'all detained me. Like, what y'all want me to do? You keep pull pulling me over after I left the hospital. >> So, she got a backpack cuz she's still in a wallet now. She's still >> What? Louis Vuitton. >> Yeah. >> Here you go. Sure is. >> Last name, first name, John, Asian male. >> Yep. >> So, and these are pants that y'all gave me at the hospital. >> Y'all gave me a sweatshirt and a pants at the hospital because of what I have on. This is not fair. >> This is not even fair. They gave me these sweats in the hospital and this sweatshirt. Cuz in the hospital, all I had on I don't have anything else. I don't have I didn't have anything on me anyway. Y'all gave me the sweats and a and a shirt because I didn't have on any clothes. >> It's yours, right? Take a look at your license. Yes, sir. Let's make make sure everything's in it. >> Yeah. >> Hey, listen. You're not the only victim here. Okay. That that bag that she has doesn't belong to her. She's doing this. She's She does this for a living. Okay. I know you probably don't want to get involved with anything like that. You followed us, chased her down. We found her. Got your property back. You still don't want to press charges on her for taking your stuff? >> How's the process if I do? What's the process if I do? I just say yes. I mean, yeah, you're not going to you're not going to have to uh >> cuz I go to the gym often, but if she comes back, I'm not I'm not >> That's what I'm saying, man. She's this ain't her first rodeo. Uh she wasn't given that. We had to go get that out of her out of her crotch. Okay. So, if you let her get away from this, and she going to do the same thing for Johnny, you do the right thing. Okay. Like I say, you're not going to have to spend weeks in court over this. It ain't probably going to get to that, but she has to be able to kind of what she's doing. She's also more sto. Okay. Uh but other than that, I'm going still look for your keys for you. Um, but this is the right person. Okay. >> When officers found stolen items hidden in her pants, the comedy wrote itself. Imagine someone denying theft while literally wearing the evidence. Sarah's protests grew louder, but the discoveries kept piling, turning her I was just working out excuse into a punchline no one laughed at. >> All right. Everything in there that we that we know of? >> Yeah. >> Okay. And then uh uh so the key ring has Mitsubishi key on it. How many other keys? >> There's like key to my car. It's a Mitsubishi key. And there's two silver keys in like a think of it as like you know like that connected to a lanyard. >> Yeah. >> It's like didn't find the lanyard >> wallet in her garage area, >> but not the keys in the lanyard. >> Okay. >> He's a They got her bag, too. He had a breathalyzer that he's got to blow in by midnight. She put it in a whole another locker and took his bag. >> That's why they get in the hospital. I just left the hospital. They gave me this sweatshirt and this and these pants. And I don't understand why my baby father is acting weird with me, right? Cuz the guy the the officer asked the nurse to give me some clothes, >> some clothes to put on. They don't want me to be out there out here like that out here with, you know, no clothes on. >> All her stuff that she left in the men's locker room. >> Is there any keys in there? >> No. We looked. >> Hey, so here's here's the deal, right? You can tell us now. save us a lot of time. But you're going to jail and if we have to strip at the jail to find all the that you took, that's what's going to happen. >> All my things I didn't take. I had everything. Look, you did take So, let me Can I say something? Every single thing that I have here is what I had at St. David at the police. >> Okay. I'm not talking about St. David. I'm talking about what you took out of Planet Fitness. We just found a wallet on you in in your pants that didn't belong to you. >> The thing is >> The thing is, I'm asking you, do you have anything else secreted in your bodily orphases or in your pockets or in your pants? >> No. Because if you don't >> they just checked me. That's the thing. I didn't even know that they check your body like that. But at the hospital. >> Okay. I'm not talking about the hospital anymore. I'm talking about jail. So when we take all this off at jail, are we going to find that lanyard? Is it around your neck? The keys. That dude's keys. >> I was already clear. I do have a necklace on. >> I'm not talking about that necklace. I'm talking about the red lanyard that had >> about it is I was at St. David. >> I know where you were at. I'm not talking about that. Planet Fitness. She took stuff that didn't belong to you. Do you understand? >> This is my I can't >> That bag ain't yours. >> Wait, which one? >> The black bag. That bag ain't yours. >> I have I already had a locker here. >> Okay. >> That's what I'm trying to tell you. I already >> I'm trying to tell you you took things that didn't belong to you. >> Look how skinny I am. I work out all day and night. >> They put these void claws on me at the hospital. I didn't want >> You stole things that didn't belong to you. That's what I'm trying to tell you. You took things that didn't belong to you and we're trying to locate them now. Make it easier or harder. It's up to you. >> That's what I'm trying to tell you. You are missing the point. >> Okay. No, you're missing the point. We're done. >> I just need my black box that came with my breathalyzer cuz that's >> Yeah. No, I get it. Well, we're doing what we can. This is your bag though, right? >> Yeah. Yeah, that's my bag. >> The problem is I want to try to find your bag. Your your keys, right? >> Yeah. >> Like you don't know where she went in the parking lot. >> When I walked down, she was just she was right here like back and forth. >> Hey, do you have the guy's car keys or not? >> I don't have any. But the thing is, I didn't consent. I still do feel good though cuz I do like girls. But the thing is, I didn't really consent to being touched. And by me not consenting to being touched, >> what's wild is after all the receipts stacked against her, she's still out here hollering the same tired chorus. I ain't take nothing. I came from the hospital. Sorry, sweetheart. This ain't Grey's Anatomy. It's a straightup arrest. The only prescription you're getting tonight is a fresh set of cuffs. Comedy hour is over and the finale is spelled J A I L. >> Feel as though that what you guys are doing to me is misappropriating my self. Now think about it. If a person is at St. David Hospital, I'm at St. David Hospital with my things. My baby father get upset cuz he found out I'm pregnant. And I'm like again, okay, cool. You find out I'm pregnant and you went back and married your wife. His wife coming down. The police call. I can take it off right now. I got I got the shirt on so I can pull my sweatshirt off um right here if you need to. >> Do you have the keys on you? >> I don't. That's what I'm saying. But if you >> What did you do with them? >> If you need to pull the sweatshirt off, then I will um take it off that without no problem. >> What did you do with the keys? >> I didn't take on no keys. The thing is we was having sex in the car while his pulled up. And so now he's trying to act. >> Okay. Hey, I already found stuff that you stole. So just be honest with us and tell us where the keys are at >> cuz that's all the stuff I came with. That's my Listen, I want my >> It's obvious. It's obvious that this isn't all of your stuff. >> Okay, some of this stuff belongs to other people. The question is, we've already taken it. You had a wallet on you that didn't belong to you. You had a backpack on you that didn't belong to you. Where is all the other stuff that you took? >> Oh, no. >> That's a very simple question. Where are all of the other items that you took that do not belong to you? >> Now, you see the hospital bag, right? And you see that over there? I came with all of this stuff from St. David. >> Except you didn't. >> I did come with all >> Except you did not. >> Right. Well, except the fact that in a black truck I was getting my needs met and I think >> that's a Is it a charging pad? Is it like a charging dock? >> I think so. Wireless charger breathalyzer stuff. >> Oh, there's like a little portable charger and a the cord is in there as well. >> Let me go ask him if this is it. Here's a black box. Oh, you know how expensive that is? I got that from Home Depot when I went to the Lauren Digo concert. And let me explain to you, ain't no way he could be his charger because it is a portable electrical outlet and in where I can plug up my phone, I can plug up my cooking devices and I can throw a party on the lake. So that could not be his at all because it's important to me to make sure that my things are all together. But what it is is y'all keep going through my stuff and y'all should not have a reason to go through my things. Now think about it. >> Well, I thought about it. We had problems. So >> I know, but I just feel violated. They they clean my >> You can choose to feel however you want. The fact of the matter is you violated a bunch of other people's privacy by going into their property and taking their things. >> Oh, no. You got it mixed up. >> No, you got those. We didn't We searched those bags. They weren't in those bags. >> The suitcase, too. >> Those were the ones that was in the locker room. >> Hold on. He got it mixed up. >> As evidence piled up, Sarah leaned harder into her performance. She dragged in pregnancy, baby father drama, hospital sweats, and even a fake date of birth. It was like watching someone speedrun excuses on expert mode. If denial were a sport, Sarah had Olympic potential. >> Because he know we was in there doing while I was in the boy locker room is because we was in there getting our needs met. Now he didn't tell you that. Now tell them about how we was in the shower together and your girl called and you going to run out and act like we didn't just come in here together. Now think about it. You picked me up from the hospital and acting like we ain't been together. Who are you talking to? What it is is he found out I was 7 weeks pregnant, but he don't want to tell his family that I'm 7 weeks pregnant. And see, that's the problem that we going through because he already know that I'm not going for him not taking care of my baby. And so I come, I come up here to talk to him like, "Look, you going to take care of my baby. You don't want to take care of my baby. >> If a person don't want to take care of my baby, like I'm I'm I'm come talk to you. I need my baby to be taken care of like your other kids need to be taken care of. >> Who do you think you're talking to? They're not even here anymore. >> Oh. Oh, that's what I'm saying. Because I didn't had all these kids by this man, right? >> What's your name and date of birth? >> My name is Sarah Washington and my date of birth is 1221 1992. But see, my thing is, >> what's your real date of birth? >> That's my real date of birth. Now, my thing about the situation is that they they already cleared me at St. Davis only a couple of hours ago and here I am with my baby father in his truck, you know, just getting my knees back. I'm 7 weeks pregnant. So, of course, I'mma, you know, give me a little something. Like, I cannot even believe that. I mean, I'm pregnant and I found out I'm the side chick and then she comes to the hospital with you and then you try to act slow and send her off and then you bring me up here and we all in the shower together making love and then you're acting like you don't know what's going on. I I I just I don't understand. >> All right. Hey, Sarah. So, I understand your name's Sarah. Okay. And your last name is Washington. Okay. I'm going to tell you if you give a false date of birth and you're identifying yourself falsely, that's a crime. Okay? So, I'm going to give you a chance right now to tell me your name and date of birth. >> Yes. My name is Sarah Washington. My date of birth is 1221 1992. Now, like I was saying about him, so you know, he picked me up from after that altercation at St. David, the police have to be called. They they put me in cuffs, but then they cleared me, you know, ran everything. Okay, she can be released. They released me right there at that right there at St. David.
