after returning from a drive earlier the car bore visible side damage stemming from several past accidents at this point two police officers approached her vehicle noting her demeanor and the damaged condition of the car this triggered their suspicions about possible impaired driving or involvement in a recent accident as the officer stood by the window they initiated a conversation asking her to roll it down she complied and they began questioning her about the car's damage and her activities leading up to that moment what is going on how are you what's up I'm just making sure you're okay yeah my keys are not in the car what's up my lights are not even on okay I don't I I was simply texting what's going on I'm just making sure s argument with listen I'm I'm like ready to like I not them that so I just got arrested after a cop car has been there for a week and two days so you know you guys are really putting me in a like serious issue you don't have to tell them the truth I don't
