in the middle of it she was like jumping up and down her hands and then she was like hey happy happy and jumping up and down like that and then she like grabbed my arm like try to like keep me but I went past her and she used to like smell that alcohol she right black she was white she like but then we came that way she like maned to tell her to stop he was sitting right there she like he like he held her back for a second and then she like she jumped up at him and she was like know like 10 15 minutes she walk that way yeah she actually I took her to her car oh she was driving yeah so okay so through the plaza the caller stated that a woman suddenly stepped in front of the scooter forcing a sudden stop without warning she reached out and attempted to grab an arm before the situation could escalate an unknown male stepped in interrupting the interaction the woman then shifted her focus and asked for help in finding her vehicle you said what what kid she a she a look the kids man she's a nice she can't go grabbing on anybody though yeah say the kid came me the kid told me that who are you say I'm I'm a friend I will get you p on anyone I made sure that those kids wen't doing what I vehicle with an unidentified male she appeared to be engaged in some form of interaction with him though the nature of their conversation was unclear deputies observed her closely assessing her condition and behavior what was the unidentified male's role in this situation she appeared to be highly intoxicated exhibiting clear signs such as slurred speech difficulty standing without support and stumbling while walking over here no who who who all lives in your house me and nor Drew who is nor Drew would you like to see her was her how old is is that a person she's 73 yeah she's 73 years however she disregarded every order continuing to behave in a disruptive and erratic manner her refusal to comply escalated the situation making it increasingly difficult to manage are you dehydrated back the handcuffs were double locked and properly fitted to ensure they were secure with her in custody deputies attempted to place her inside the patrol vehicle however she stiffened her body making it difficult to secure her in the seat even after being placed inside she continued resisting by attempting to exit the vehicle her refusal to remain seated LED deputies to push her back inside to prevent her from escaping however despite their efforts she continued to struggle making another attempt to exit the vehicle what if it Tammy Tammy what do you know where you're at Tammy yes where condition was verified as stable deputies proceeded with taking her to the county jail for processing at the jail she continued to exhibit signs of intoxication her disorderly behavior and refusal to comply with commands were noted during booking the necessary procedures were followed to process her intake ensuring that all legal requirements were met you know have you have to grab me okay okay
