November 27th 2023 a woman got hit by a lift car and injured her head officers arrived to assist but her response took an unexpected turn instead of seeking help she seemed more confused than concerned she claimed to have ordered a lift but then she went to the B bathro and came out with no idea what happened she insisted she only washed her face and dismissed any link to a nearby house when asked about her phone she casually stated it died but had no clue how it got smashed if she remembered washing her face why couldn't she recall how her phone broke that's great how that happen I ordered my lift and I went to the bathroom and I came up how did how thisen I don't know I washed my face in the bathroom on another house no what other house the house next no I was the phone dead actually I literally I ordered a lift to get out of here what happened to your phone it died how is it smashed I know the barend from the other area from what bar yeah what bar oh right here yeah had some drinks officers discussed a disturbance at a bar involving her and another man though nothing physical happened she left and was possibly struck by a vehicle a witness reported seeing her get hit leading officers to investigate she insisted on going home stating she lived nearby officers asked if she knew the people around but she denied it and grew frustrated saying she spent 2 years in prison and followed all the rules happen with a car tonight no no my lift driver like I ordered the LI our call was reference her there was a disturbance at the bar and with another guy nothing physical allegedly happened there and then apparently she left and was possibly struck by a vehicle so that's why we're here cuz possibly got hit in the roadway which would been ours right over there yeah the person whoever was following her said that she possibly got hit by a car and I'm just trying to that's why we're here to investigate the CP I'm sorry I missing could you just explain what you were explaining I ordered a lift at the bar okay and then he told me he had my ride right here okay and brought me back okay there's a lot of officers and I'm just trying to go home so you know walking yeah I can walk home like I literally you know if you were walking home it's not like in trouble no no like I literally am just trying to go home okay where do you live I live up 100 straight way please let me go on my way paramedics arrived to check her injuries but she refused help demanding to leave she mentioned knocking on a neighbor's door but officers clarified that the neighbors called 911 because they did not know her she insisted a lift was on the way but officers explained she needed medical attention due to her condition she became upset repeatedly questioning how this was legal and blaming authorities for her past imprisonment she started cursing prompting officers to remind her about children nearby when officers asked how she wanted to proceed she refused all options except leaving what happen is our medical team is going to check you out okay there you have a boo boo they're going to check you out make sure you're good to go okay and then we'll finish talking to you I just want to go my my shoes are right there you have my ID let me go my way we have a legal obligation to check you out like all all day I will suggest you calm down have a seat and let them do their job and then we'll go from there okay you want to do your job where are we at where we at let's do our job BR your shirt have a seat for me my name is the paramedical fire department home I was going to talk to your neighbor but apparently these are your neighbors here that you knocked on the door for yeah well the left and the right like we were just going to catch up but do you know them well I did but you made a scene well no they they called us so they made a scene not us no no no no they didn't the people from the bar no no so the people from the bar called us we were over there looking for you we're work for Largo these gentlemen over here work for pcso and they also drop me off we won't do that we're not going to do that I I so this is this is what's going to happen okay I have a lift on the way to get me what's going to happen is you're probably going to end up going to a hospital I'm not really I'm just informing you of what's going to happen so you're probably going to go to a hospital you'll probably either go with the hospital with them or we'll bring you to the hospital ourselves so due to your inated state we don't believe I'm going to finish talking but you don't have to listen so we don't believe that you are able to uh provide selfcare at this moment do selfcare right well you can't do selfcare you have an injury you stumbled upon these people's houses is not your house nor is it your house they don't know you the reason why they contacted 911 so those are our two options that we have right now okay yeah but I have I have a lift on the way I've already explained to you what the options were so so please don't U get upset I'm not upset I promise yeah the lift is on the way to get so the those are the two options which option would you prefer would you rather go to the hospital with them or would you rather go to the hospital with us I don't I don't need to go to hospital okay I'm only going to provide that option one more time and then I'll make the decision for you whoa whoa whoa hold up dude I literally have a lift on the way to get me I heard I heard that already my house is over here you live on Druid do you know where you are right now yeah I do know where I am right now but like my old address I know these people like well they don't know you man that's why they called 911 no they didn't the people the people from the bar did I'm not going to argue with you that's not going to help us man sir okay well I have a lift on the way to get me the situation so how would you like to do this please don't lock me up and trying tock we're trying to take you to a hospital yeah for no reason when I have a lift on the way I have a lift all right ma'am so you want to go with them or do you rather come with us I have a list I gave you the two option we have to choose one of the two I have a list I have a list officers warned her that a decision would be made if she did not comply she resisted mocking the officers and refusing to walk officers gave her the choice to walk or be carried but she chose to be carried forcing them to drag her during the arrest she accused officers of unlawfully detaining her cursing at them once restrained she continued shouting demanding to be unstrapped I'm no I'm really not like I wasn't aware of the situation that is my old address ask them right so do you want to go with them or do you want to come with us to the hospital no the left is going to take me okay [Music] no I have a list how is this legal when I have a list how is this legal I just spent two years SC questioning if she was being sent back to prison help me help me help me actually we're going to move you on to a bed okay help me all right we're going to pick you up we're going to move you on
