I just want to know what is she diagnosed with uh bip schizophrenia narcissism on March 17th 2023 in Florida police responded to a report involving a woman accused of assaulting her young son stop get out of the car park the car put your hands behind your back I'm detaining you until I figure out what's going on yes yeah what's wrong with your arm H my my son pushed me and and uh it hurts okay officers arrived at a local infirmary where they encountered the child who was allegedly the victim of the incident recognizing the importance of getting the child's account the officer began the investigation by speaking with him directly hi what happened my step not my stepmom my mom's drunk she started Bing in my stepdad getting in my face grabbing me out told her to backup she went so I pushed her back to try and like distance each other and she just kept coming at me and the one time she tripped over something and fell she cried she broke her arm but she kept threatening me coming after me she's not supposed to be today yes and she's not supposed to be here why cuz I'm in foster care because of her hitting me and hitting my stepdad and me and my stepdad were trying to leave cuz she showed up cuz he knows does she live here she lives with my stepdad but she was at her friend's house where do you live well I live in foster care and home Meadow you're just visiting yeah with my stepdad and when she showed up we were trying to leave cuz she's not supposed to see me so you were going to leave with your stepdad because he has to take you back to your foster care well we were going to go to a hotel or something I'm not exactly sure you're staying with him just for the weekend and okay but you came back to her apartment well no she was at her friend's house she lived with him and she was at a friend's house and she was supposed to stay there but then she got drunk and came over so she returned where she lives to This Place Apartment B well that one over there I just used this one cuz that one wasn't showing up so nothing's going on over here no it's that apartment right there the top right one with the little blue thing and all the PLS okay the child provided details of what had occurred explaining the events as he remembered them his testimony was consistent and he appeared capable of clearly counting what had happened indicating his maturity and credibility what's your phone number you're the one that called us yes now so once you came she came back you guys were still there then what happened me and my stepdad were going to try and leave but then she started freaking out why cuz she's drunk so she was freaking out and then she started Ying at my stepdad getting in his face and then I told her and then she's like you called us before anything happened and then are you nothing happened to you well what happened was she started saying oh you're the worst person in the world and my stepdad d d so he walked away and then she was getting in his face and she's saying I want to leave d da da I said leave and just where's the entrance on that side yeah on that side hey it's actually going to be around there he just walked over here so um do you have shoes or I do you want to walk back over all right uh it's like a 22 he's in foster care but um stepdad and him were here they didn't expect Mom to come home and then she and she got upset cuz she's been drinking so I don't see anything like you y'all don't have like a restraining order or anything well she she's noted she's not around you but he is right yeah but then you came back to her house house he didn't think she'd be here yeah but then she came back and she said she was going to get her friend house but she got drunk and then came back all right after Gathering preliminary information from the child the officer proceeded to question the woman who was identified as the main suspect given the severity of the allegations the officer took Swift action and placed her under arrest this immediate response was crucial to maintain control over the situation ensuring that she could not evade questioning or disrupt the investigation kep TR to grab me and she's yelling in my face so I decied to push her and then she fell the one time and hit her elbow and then she was complaining her arm was broken then got up and started and she hit my stepdad in the face way over and then you try to leave no I did not things aren't going in your favor at this moment yes ma'am you know why why cuz you try to leave without me getting a chance to talk to you and that's uncooperative from the start questioning the officer's Authority and the legitimacy of the investigation she continued to argue creating a tense environment that complicated the process then my my no big deal okay but then it became a bigger deal no ma' so why are we here I I guess cuz my son called let me get some preliminary information while you decide what more you going to tell me you come home from work yes ma' did you know that these two were going to be here of course we live here here but your son doesn't live here okay so did you know he was going to be here yes are you allowed to be to 22 why because there's a restraining order there is okay so you violated your restraining order yes okay knowing they were going to be here you returned home violated then what um I got they tried to leave right no ma'am they're free to leave anytime they want oh I know well except for right now cuz we're investigating yes ma'am okay so then what happened they're free to leave anytime they want okay continue your story I came Mark and me and my boyfriend got into a disagreement okay did you put your hands on him no he pushed me and hurt my arm okay throughout the questioning the woman refused to provide meaningful information offering only vague responses or deflecting responsibility despite her reluctance the officer remained professional and patient Gathering whatever out of hand she's she's this is the fifth time this has happened you know I got her out of three these she told me 25 Grand she told me she said call the cops then and I said I am and let she she's just she's missing her meds she's not taking them properly you know same old stuff but she's but she you know I can't manage her I can't I can't contain her she she's stronger than I am I have one female now um schizophrenic and she's a narcissist and that's a heavy duty rep man M and you know with him here it's like why why why would so you explain that you guys came here you guys didn't think she would be here is that right so you guys came here yeah we we've been staying here and we didn't know she was going to come she came in she was drown CA Havoc okay I mean that's what she does you know I can't I can't keep her from anything you know this are dude you know I love her 25 years good but she's just she's a manic depressant and she Manic and then she and one minute she's hugging him saying oh I love you the next minute it's oh I hate you you're the worst person in the world this that stay here she said she wouldn't come over for while I was here and then she showed up and then what happened when she showed up what did she start doing she just started yelling freaking out cuz she's trk I me and she was trying to grab you love you honey why was she trying to grab you like to hug you or something or no she say she's trying to pet me she's trying to grab my head she grabbed my arm and she's grabbing me and I told her get out my face leave me alone she's yelling in my face and then she grabbed me and I pushed her cuz I don't want her touching me and I told her that plenty of times before she did this went down Flor with we talked to the state prosecutor Attorney we went through his office and everything was she arrested oh yeah she had she had felony against a senior felony against him but he's in a group Palm over in palto and I I'm I'm the one that's allowed to pick him up so I go over there and pick him up and then Tuesdays we have a meeting with her with his one of his uh people you know from the it's a lot of workot that's when me and my mom are allowed to see each other when it's super box you can have one beer and it's just like without doing meds it's just like crazy and she spent a month in in rehab over there first step rehab whole thing I mean she just started lying but today she came home drunk belligerant she tried grabbing you which on your wrist on your hand she tried to grab my arm she was grabbing and you told her stop stop stop and she wouldn't stop so you pushed her slightly and she caused her to fall she over like the chair I think back you trying to get out your face is that when you left and called yeah okay I mean I can't even you know friend I can't even I'm not like coing or anything we're just friends because I treat them you know like they need to be treated and she gets so jealous I can't you know I'm not going to drink and get drunk and stagger around I mean I can't do that you know and I figure with him here now I'm the only one allowed to pick him up for Christ's sake so is she your mom Yeah by Blood and she you know she'll stand over there and she'll say I I approach you with a I mean she doesn't it doesn't matter what she says you know you know I mean I just I try as hard as I can pathological liar bipolar uh on you you know and she gets paranoid and her friends turn around to alcohol all over the complex I'm not going to I'm 67 years old she's 47 you think I'm going to follow her from place to place cuz I feel like I'm jealous you know I want I'm trying to we just moved into this place we lived over there I lived over there for 15 years that's where she got arrested the first time so you know and and it's like you know she'll say I call her names and you know anything I mean she'll do anything but I I'm not I've never called the cops I called one time that was a good idea for you to drive got be no no please bad idea stand here during this follow-up interview the child's responses remained consistent adding further credibility to his account I'm going to go talk to them now you anything she her um injunction is what she's telling me I'll have to verify because we had the wrong info for her name that's what she said yeah but as far as the battery goes was there any he just said that she came in bant yelling and then he she tried like grabbing him by the arms and grab by the hair I guess and he pushed her to get her away and she Tri over her chair and fell okay enough for battery on him though or she knew they were here when she came back so is that she thinking yeah she violated if if there is an injunction I'll have to check but I'm just going to give him a quick chat all right so tell me how you and James um ended up here today okay how long is he staying with you uh got about know what just until he's more my stepson I've known her 25 years but you have the authority to pick him up what is the situation between him and his mom she's not supposed to make contact with him I guess no contact order unless it's supervised by a transporter or Cas manager of but not by supervision on Tuesdays only by someone up this state I I uh you know I've been involved with it for you're allowed to be with him and you picked him up and you guys came here she knew you were coming back here she did yeah but there's no other I can she goes set her up right that she was going to come back and be in a situation okay I'm just asking because is was she aware that you were going to be with him today of course she he's she's with me every single day she goes to work on I'm not sure exactly where there's a big age difference she's okay so going to be at 1401 I'm trying to understand that because that's going to have a lot what happens next male she put her hands on you against your will no not really she she gets close but okay but she doesn't ever what I'm asking is did she touch or strike you was you in your face I know you love her but don't lie I know she going go to jail if she violated this is a long time ago I'm talking about today today no she didn't punch me in the face no she didn't I don't see tell but we got a phone call that people were physically I don't know what happened here but I was I I want I run away when things out I just run because I know she's not taking her meds she's supposed to take her meds that's not why she's acting like this she because she she been out drinking so she's been out she got drunk drove back here shows up she was just leaving when I came down and said uh-uh I sold her not she was leaving where just I don't know where she was going to go yeah she was getting in the car I know but she wasn't here when you guys came back I don't know where she was I no but then she came home drunk no I didn't ma'am y'all were here without her correct right I I'm not sure I got she was already here when I got back so I I was out of Goodwill and all those stores looking for stuff to decorate was he with you no he was so you left him home alone well he usually goes and plays with either all across this way or he's he's not allowed to be around her you know that she can get arrested when she's here oh I know that get trouble no I they two together the room viation that's fine but isn't he here to be with you well of course not here to be with her he doesn't want to go go with meij he wants to sit on the couch he shopping and I was just watching the movie yeah he then she came home drunk and then he came back and I then we were going to leave so you put him in a position where he was home alone he's old enough I understand been there a bunch of times like that nothing's ever happen you didn't know she was come back no I I don't know what's going to happen ever ever you know I'm just I'm living my life just like anybody would doing what okay but you know she has a some sort of injunction and you're putting her in a position where she could put herself breaking the law well correct she told us she wasn't going to come over and then when she how was she told that how do I know that I don't know it's her house she's allowed to come and go as she pleases course she she told it but how is she supposed to know I can or can't come home if nobody told her cuz no M called her and she knew that he was coming to pick me up how old are you I respect your information but I need to hear from an adult this is your girlfriend right y'all have been together how long 25 years okay why are you standing closer to me back up can't hear you back up and talk to me I'm loud okay okay you can lean back on the car if you want okay so y'all have been together all this time you know that she has issues with him which is why he doesn't live here well I know the trouble they've had I know the trouble that okay so knowing the trouble that he y all had in this family sure now she's off at work you go run to the store and now she comes back up you think that that this is going to be a good situation for him I mean I wasn't here to know even know anything until I got here I mean how am I supposed to guess so what happens next after that so I just walk in and I you know and I just you know I was working on some project and you know all of a sudden [ __ ] broke loose dude I know why because she's not on her meds okay and what she she's drinking or something I don't know she won't tell me anything she never tells me anything man it's just like it doesn't occur to me these things don't occur because she doesn't get she only she flips like immediately she supposed to be on what she what what meds is she supposed to be on oh my God all kinds I mean they knock her she shouldn't be out of the house when she takes she should only take him at night I don't know what to say I mean it's just it's like night and day it's well I'm about to take her to jail for criminal charges so you can start telling me, what kind of medications is she on what is she diagnosed with I can get you the names I just want to know what is she diagnosed with uh bipor schizophrenia narcissist the officer then returned to question the woman again hoping she might cooperate after seeing that her son's testimony was consistent and detailed however her attitude remained the same she continued to argue and refused to acknowledge any responsibility instead blaming her son for the altercation her deflection and repeated accusations against the child raised suspicions as it appeared she was attempting to shift the blame rather than address the incident directly this is my problem I pay half the bills here I have not put my hands on either of them they have been laying hands on me my arm is almost broke and I pay my bills to live here I don't understand I feel like I have to leave just to get away from them do you want to run and grab your car or I can go grab mine do you think you separate us cuz she kept grabbing me and trying to grab my head okay and then put his hands on her no ma'am she he won't say it but he hit her he hit her with a pillow in the face and then slapped him one time and I and then I really just I ran over there wait why did he hit her with a pillow she hit him with the pillow okay and then she she slapped him and okay I was just I was trying to leave you have no injuries no ma'am nothing for me to see Ma so when she grabbed you she grabbed you in the wrist she grabbed me here then she she's like I'm trying to pet you she tried to grab my head and pull me that's when I pushed her I was like don't touch me I've told you this like seven times already do not touch me then she tried to grab me and she hit him with pillow and then she slapped him one time and then she she she's done it multiple times given the child's clear and consistent statements the officer determined that he was capable of accurately describing the situation which added weight to his testimony with the investigation at the scene largely complete the officer placed the woman in the patrol vehicle for transport to the police station this step was taken to ensure a secure environment for conducting further questioning away from potential distractions or influences that might interfere with the investigation she's getting charged for two victims the boyfriend what because she hit she slapped him the he's not cooperating but the kid is with it he's old enough to give a good explanation of what happened she was grabbing the kid's wrists and she was grabbing him by the head and he was like get off of me I don't want you she's like let me pet you and she started grabbing his head and he didn't like that and she's he doesn't even want to be around her so she starts putting his hand her hands on him then he push her away she tripped on something and fell and then the other guy comes home she starts screaming with him she slaps him this is the kid though she slaps him on the stomach and hits him with pillow in the head but he doesn't have to want a press charges I'm already taking her for the son and him for taking her and charging her for the sun anyway but the sun's saying that she he's basically saying he doesn't I'm going to talk to him again but yeah it's there's enough no I yeah I mean there's enough we don't need his the woman was subsequently brought before the court facing charges of domestic battery and disorderly conduct in court the evidence collected by the officers including the child's consistent testimony and the
