on March 18th 2023 officers responded to a domestic violence incident in Georgia this soon turned into a heated confrontation Savannah Police Department yes come in hurry up please come in right here get her out of here hold on what's going on hey look stop touching me right here look look look come over here for me excuse me stand over there for on the man' come here he said come here can you come here and talk to me you going to get taged no no no no no no she's pregnant she's pregnant she's pregnant get off me get off me she's pregnant M stop Xavier shut the stop talking to me no see what you [Music] doing stop stop bro look you already pregnant I'm not trying to hurt you upon arrival at the scene the officers entered the apartment where they found a highly chaotic situation unfolding inside they observed a female engaged in a physical altercation her aggressive behavior being the focal point of the disturbance the officers aiming to deescalate the tension and restore order approached the female to provide support and separate her from the ongoing conflict chill out I don't give we going to go on cars chill out all right all right you don't have to put me in cuffs all right let me get my glass talk all right come outside and talk to me real quick come on we can step outside and talk put your shoes on put your shoes on we going to step outside and talk come on you you don't I'm not bro are you dumb BR who's who's broke this she broke this is coming from watch out I don't know hold on stop outside for me a little e broke imag you got pregnant yeah I got pregnant but yeah however the situation was far from manageable as the female who turned out to be the suspect in the case exhibited extreme emotional distress she was crying loudly yelling at the officers and directing her aggression toward two individuals present at the scene was my wife are you dumy are youum we went fuing process have a seat for me have a seat for me just have a seat on the stairs for me have a seat on the stairs for me that's it I don't want to move don't [Music] I don't want to no can one of y'all just chill out over here for me all right so well I'm going wait for my put your phone in your pocket all right I got I'mma put your phone back inside which one all right I got it can you take me off CS no not right now the officers took immediate action by physically intervening to separate the individuals involved once the situation was somewhat under control they detained the female whose Behavior remained erratic and uncooperative step over here for me she got her phone in her pocket can I he my phone can you wait just wait can you take these cups off me please no come on let's go downstairs you got the shoes on no where your shoes at can you take these cups off me please I put the put your shoes on put your shoes on can you take these cups off me put your shoes on please give me a second walk with me walk can you get these CS off me walk all right I'm walk all right you hold her for me real quick Floy all right but can you take the cups off me though she's pregnant [Applause] but so I just want ahead take the C off no we going go downstairs and we going one of y'all got your cars right here yeah they're both behind you all right bet let me put her in one of these cars it was soon revealed that the female who was visibly pregnant had come to the apartment which was her ex residence and initiated the AL altercation by assaulting her girlfriend despite the officer's repeated attempts to calm her and communicate effectively she refused to [Applause] cooperate want her mine yeah okay you want do you have her phone no it's in my back pocket the case the it has a boy on the case that's mine it's in her back right pocket can y'all take the cups off me cuz why only so is that her phone can you these are not comfortable can you and it's not I'm the only can you take these off it's cuz you're resisting the officers realizing that her behavior posed a significant threat to the safety of others and herself escorted her out of the apartment and placed her in their patrol vehicle meanwhile the officers spoke with the other individuals involved in the incident to gather a clearer understanding of what had transpired stop resisting is that her phone though I'll put her my phone all right well figure out who it is I'm taking it all right can you get off me nope can you just H the phone hold on all right that's fine give me this phone as well give me this phone pass it real quick we got no have a seat for him please all right these individuals provided detailed accounts of the events describing how the suspect had arrived unannounced and attacked them without provocation their statements painted a troubling picture of the female's violent Outburst which had left one individual with visible injuries including mark on their neck so what's what so this is my house that's my ex we were married she's pregnant with my kid but we're not together we waiting want to process her divorce but when you say she's pregnant with your kid she's pregnant we did a a uh so it's your a yes my egg okay so um so um she called my phone like 20 times of before she came here I didn't answer what time what time did all this start uh she has my phone I can't I don't know she has my phone so give me an approximate uh what time is it it is 8:57 so like 9 no like 7 7:00 okay so like okay so she called me I didn't answer cuz I was out then she called you yes so then out of nowhere we're cleaning up and we hear a knock at the door you two are cleaning up yes we're cleaning up and we hear a knock at the door so um I go to open the door I tell her to step in the room cuz I already know how this is going to go so I Tred to her as the officers continued their investigation they diligently documented the accounts provided by the victims and assessed the scene for any additional evidence they noted the level of distress among the individuals involved and the clear signs of a physical struggle and her we're together fet okay but I was with her and obviously okay so um when she comes she knocks on the door she knocks on the door so try to tell her like you can't come in like you don't I don't have to get to my house so she pushes me out the way I'm not trying to push the girl so I'm just like trying to block her she pushes her way in yeah she pushes her way in then she's going through all my stuff going through my house so at this point I know she's looking for somebody cuz she's opening every single door that she sees so then so when she pushes you in what do you do at that point you just let her come in yeah I was already behind her and I didn't yeah I'm no I'm I'm just asking questions I'm just trying to get the situation down so she pushes her way in and you just kind of step back and allow I'm think we just stay right here so then she tries to go to my room and I'm like no you're not going to my room like you don't you're not going to just walk into my house and walk yourself around my house after Gathering sufficient details the officers determined that the aggressive female's actions warranted her arrest and further legal proceedings despite her ongoing Defiance and erratic Behavior they transported her to the station for first further investigation and processing CU I was trying to block her and she grabbed my throat but they but then we moved to the that's a mark right there yeah turn on the other side chees she's got some on you got some on you too like right here so we moved into the kitchen and they're still arguing then she swung first she hit her in her face then that's when I tried to hurry up and get in between them cuz I knew they was going to about to start fighting so I to move up under the little C thing hey man you can get in the car you don't want to get with so my so she's arguing or whatever trying to get to me and she hit me and I'm just like okay like I'm I'm not used to that cuz she hit her all the time so I beg back I did not hit her I did not hit her she's oh she's taking up for her all that comes up okay well I'm you're taking up for her cuz she's pregnant so I'm like don't hit her I'm just ask so she's like don't hit her she's pregnant at this point I have not hit this girl this girl has hit me so I'm just like I I go in the room I mean I'll go in the kitchen and I'm calling my mom I'm like she just hit me she just hit me later the female was brought before the court facing charges of battery under the Family Violence act and [Applause] theft right you are being placed under arrest tonight okay and you will be going to jail she admitted to hitting her in the face of the side of handcuffs she admitted to shoving her way into the door once it was
