the vehicle as the situation quickly escalated the passengers including the individual with their legs out of the sunroof became agitated how did the officers manage the escalating tension among the p while they driving three persons in the front of the vehicle while they driving reckless in the state of Georgia all right why are they doing you have your driver's license on you just listen FIS your wasteband real quick make sure you have no weapons on you why why you driving with shoot somebody in the front of the vehicle but three people was in the front of my car oh yeah man I saw you when you okay and I know what I saw those two legs that I saw up in the here through the sunroof that person was sitting in the front of the vehicle you saw leg outside of the car while I was driving yes sir yes sir we both we both know what's going on you pulled up at the H me gas station saw me and turned over to the gas station turn around the officers initially detained the driver and two others in the front seats questioning them about the reckless driving and the risky behavior of the passenger with their legs out of the vehicle the driver denied that three people were in the front of the car even though the officers observed the situation firsthand when asked if there were any weapons or illegal items in the car the driver initially denied having anything of concern as the situation progressed the officer continued questioning the individuals about the Reckless Behavior particularly the passenger with their foot in the sunroof let me get the driver's license oh my God [Music] you she resisted which further complicated the interaction at one point a male passenger claimed to be the brother of the female and he became physically involved attempting to intervene on her behalf I'm just somebody El so he however according to the officer's instructions she struggled against being detained shouting at the police officers and demanding that they release her she also became more confrontational claiming she had done nothing wrong which led to further physical restraint the male who was still in the car tried to intervene multiple times calling the officer's actions into question he accused the police of wrongful conduct and insisted that the situation was unjust is this a passenger this is so this is the driver somebody talk to the person so I'm going give him the police officers as the tension built the officers had to ensure that the situation remained under control and one of them requested backup to help manage the escalating confrontation the female passenger was ually placed in handcuffs and detained while the officers continued to sort through the details of the incident when they drove by him gotta so that's where reason why he stopped him I don't know what the hell is going on with this girl we got in the back of our car right now that's about to bust our window out [Music] yeah she was uh say we could take her shoes off she go it down the detained individuals that the female passenger would be charged with obstruction for resisting the officer's lawful orders the maale passenger who was involved in the argument continued to accuse the officers of being in the wrong despite the chaos the officers proceeded with the arrests and the female passenger was taken into custody for her actions after the female was detained one of the passengers asked the officer if the car could be released to a sober person what what was the other thing was the other one I was going to say I check your eyes oh yeah this one can I eye check yeah that's fine come on over here real quick the only reason I'm not taking the bests life I'm I'm I don't know I'm just trying to find out if you're able to drive the car if not it don't matter to me option if the driver failed the sobriety test the officer however was focused on ensuring that the person taking the test could safely drive the C back first please run the cameras back first I'm not
