all right all right list why am I get list on July 20th 2024 a dispute over parking and boat placement at a marina escalated into accusations of assault theft and property damage multiple individuals provided conflicting accounts which made the investigation complex officers were called to resolve the situation and gather all the facts to understand what trans fired what might have triggered the initial disagreement over the parking and boat [Music] placement are are they still fighting over here um as far as I know no sir okay who's lady she has a large mouth I apologize we just came from we just came home from her job she just got off had a couple drinks we come home there's a lot of people parked here these people don't live here okay hang on I'm talking to him I'll talk to you in can we go over there me and you me and you just hang tight me and you you can't speak hold on we're over with d is and then I bring the dog out and then I hear yelling screaming and then I I hear what would be a hit try to arrest me so I SL the out I'm walking the dog halfway behind the excuse me that Continental I run my dog back in and I run down there expecting a fight but it's three older ladies and then two gentlemen yeah I'm about to get arrested because some people everything seems split up than and then I start yelling help me you guys are not welcome here and I talked to the last man gra real Qui I heard her story you're going to have to give her a minute she's guys all work out yeah that's great it happens but it's hard time so that's what I'm trying to so um we have a problem with our last Tamer which he is not over with when the officers arrived they were confronted with a group of individuals who had different stories about what had occurred one man explained that he and his girl had just returned from her job at a local establishment the man explained that his girlfriend had noticed people parked in a spot where she felt they didn't belong so she decided to go over and investigate he followed her bringing their dog with them according to the man it was during this investigation that he overheard yelling and what seemed to be a physical altercation there's the other half is on over by that boat over there behind the van excuse me we are the first boat they're the last boat now that gentleman in the last boat I don't think is uh associated with them cuz he lives here it's a customer that lives out on the water and he Parks here and they're they're they're his guests right now sir it would be the boot down where that gentleman is with the handan shorts and the woman in the black and red that's the gentleman right there who lives the last f as far as I know they are not his guest all right all right so let's all right so yes sir okay so she gets off work you come out here with the dog oh yes sir we come home okay she wants to find out who theu is parking on our private property okay which is not a problem right cuz we have a lot of guests what's the private property parking lot obviously yes sir you can see the signs okay um she goes down there I go to get the dog and then I come out and I hear sounds of hitting okay so I look yes I put my dog back in and I run down there by the time I get down there everything's broken up but there's three women I'm my old lady and two men okay that gentleman right there with that beard and the blue shorts while he's talking super to me that gentleman in the gray shirt so I go down there to split up while they're fing up my old lady three other wives that gentleman in the gray shirt excuse me well I'm on the ground like this he's over me and the gentleman in the big beard is behind him so that gentleman was trying to protect me but not he's trying to on me that's my story everything gets broken up I walk the away I get to my boat and I make a phone call okay to the police call but then if I can talk to you about the incident that would be AB this the other half involved yes okay and I absolutely need a report hey I need you to call Rob we got attacked when we came back on the boat my work phone's in the bottom of the inter Coast okay who's all involved in this I I'm going to talk to the you guys involv in this actually passively everybody in One Way or Another off widespread scene a little psychotic G that decided she was going to blow up as we were disembarking the V and started yelling and started physically assulting it just escalated from there I had to pull her off of him it was it was the craziest thing I've ever seen he's got a long history here of being drunk I mean I didn't anybody so I didn't like whack the guy or anything like that but the dude was being very aggressive I pulled him off my son-in-law where's your son-in-law call him after I'm done with officers right there future son-in-law they're getting married in a few weeks um but yeah she physically attacked him and he just defended himself who was the first person that he attacked she actually I think she took your phone first okay I'm going to take one story at a time I'm going to have you go stand over there for me okay a stat right I just came in we the car yeah it's fine so we go sit in the car baby girl a second man involved in the incident stated that his uncle rented the right to park and more a boat at the marina and that they allowed guests to use the slip as well he explained that after spending the afternoon out on the boat his group returned to the marina only to find a woman who became upset with the position of their boat relative to hers this woman was reportedly angered by how their boat was parked which led to her initiating a physical confrontation with his mother didn't want to Hur that's fine I'm going to have you two separate actually I'm going to have you go stand right by the Jeep over there and I'm going to have you just hang right over there okay I'm going to talk to you separately okay thank you sir I'm going to talk uncle is Meritt yker he lives on that boat right there so he rents a spot here to be able to park his car and more back and forth he's allowed to have guests we were just all out on the boat spending the afternoon and not pass and coming back as we came back we took multiple trips cuz it was my brother and his kids I mean it was a large family out on the boat so we had two different people driving dingies because you know you can only put so many people on the boat at a time we get to the ladder and she's got a boat with no um the lady over there IED the term loosely but had some kind of it's a boat parked over there but it has no engine it wasn't there when we left but it's now tied there when we came back so we just you know when you go to a ladder and the boat's there you just kind of slide it over a little so you can climb up the ladder and out the she came over and started blowing up about how this is her house and we're in our her house and get the [ __ ] out don't touch her boat and we're like we're not trying to touch your boat we're just climbing up the ladder like you know again you know normal I've never experienced something like this normally it's very just cut and dry like you're parked at the ladder we slid you over a little okay she starts flipping out I pulled out my her phone to recorder her because I'm like I've never seen someone flip like this if we do end up having to call law enforcement I I wanted some kind of you know proof and you know my fiance is very protective but he tries to stay out of things but he does have a legal past it's all way in the past but I was like [ __ ] I want to make sure that if something goes down we're good cuz this is not what we deal with she then started attacking my mother and started shoving my mother and punching her in the stomach how is she at that point so we got to the point where you guys started aru her this is my mother so I'm recording her and I'm going to approach you but I'm not you know so I'm recording her and she comes up and she starts screaming at me STS back okay so she starts screaming at me like right there and I'm going like this I do have a phone here going like this okay my mom starts coming up I'm like just stay out of it she starts ripping towards my hand for the phone and at that point my mom mom came to get the phone from me and get back she leapt like I don't know how to explain it cuz it was so fast but literally like kind of like football left on my mother they went down to the ground she starts punching my mom at that point my fiance and my father get involved to start pulling her off of my mother okay at that point the guy that she is with starts coming in and throwing fists at everybody okay so we then separate she's now up just screaming no longer in the physical altercation my dad and fiance pinned him enough to just get control get my mother out of the way I helped her up and then once they got him out of control like they cuz my dad used to wrestle so he put him in some kind of mood that just got him to chill for a second then said I'm G to let you go but you know don't get back up at me he got up started screaming and walking off okay at this point I think that gentleman was already calling you guys she had already thrown my phone in the water I'm not sure how or when that happened cuz it was while I was trying to my mom off the ground um and then she just kept screaming at us once I said I said I somebody needs to call 911 immediately that is a work phone I have to work from it that's why it's out with me I work seven days a week I have to have it and she's like well no you know what you're going to call the cops now I said yeah 100% it's a work you threw work property in the phone I have to have a police report I have to have this filled out we're calling and at that point they stopped getting physical and started walking away okay and that's when I made the second 91s I was able to grab phone so okay and you were were you actively trying to call 911 on your work phone no I I I didn't I I never at that point expected it to actually get physical I was literally just recording so there'd be if she tried to accuse us of something there'd be proof that nothing happened I never expected it would become physical I was more thinking along the lines of someone being like oh they tried to do this or tried to say this be like clearly we didn't okay um so it was just like that I it turned physical so fast and I never in a million years thought it would be physical is there any reason why she would go after your mother and not you I don't know um I know mom kept telling her to stay away from her daughter I kept telling Mom to stay back were yelling I'm more of a you were kind of in the middle of them I was kind of in the middle and I don't react that same way again I work in business settings and in sales and I just I got you I don't have that personality so they were screaming at each other and I don't raise my voice so there was no yelling no okay um and as far as the phone goes uh about pressing charges um do you want to press charges phone yeah okay yeah it's it's a company phone I don't have an option okay do you want to provide me with a SW statement after I get adjust kind of what's going on with physical okay how you're going to have to give her man she the altercation escalated and eventually involved more people during the struggle the woman allegedly threw the man's phone into the water a detail he seemed to emphasize in his statement officers also spoke with a woman who claimed to be a victim of assault she stated that she worked at a local establishment and when she returned home an individual ual unexpectedly punched her in the face she described the attack as unprovoked though she suggested it might be connected to a previous issue involving a dog I live here these people were trying to [ __ ] I got to my house what's your name Laura all right woman involved in the incident provided a more detailed version of the events she explained that after returning from their boat outing and beginning to disembark an unknown woman started yelling at situation quickly escalated involving more individuals and creating a chaotic scene as the officers tried to piece together the facts they encountered significant resistance from the agitated woman involved in the altercation she repeatedly demanded to speak with the supervisor and insisted that the officers did not believe her version of events she admitted to having consumed alcohol before the incident which further complicated the investigation as her behavior and her ability to provide a clear account was impaired not I'm not I'm not asking asking you to me we need you to calm down goat I know leave [ __ ] alone we're allowed to be here and yeah the daughter uh started to record her just in case anything happen she wanted on film and I guess the woman was off one second give us a minute so um during the course of this the daughter right over there sitting in the black shirt was kind of in the middle of them and The Blonde the blond hair woman lunged at her lunged at the mom and during the course ended up taking her to the ground during the course of this the one hair lady snatched the phone out of her hand the daughter's hand and threw it into the ocean it her work phone really so yeah and then she she was trying to help get her off and then that guy over there came running over started swinging on everyone over there so her dad ended up I guess putting him in some kind of hold so that way he could get to calm down and he eventually calmed down they separated the guy kept you know yelling at him so my end up that's from what the daughter told me I don't know what she told you so the mom this is what the mom told me the mom said that they were I'm on they're uh unloading they they had family on the dingies bringing the the family over on the dingies there was a boat in the way no there was a boat in the way so they kind of just moved it out of the way a little bit and then they were climbing up the ladder when the mom was climbing up the ladder this is what she told me is that that girl grabbed her by the wrist and kind of pulled her up and then was like screaming at just when she's climbing out of the boat okay this lady just comes over yeah and she's like we don't even know where they came from Laura seems to think she owns property because she lives here and she only they only rent out of this boat dog so they own a boat but they're renting correct so they think they have power over this entire thing is what it sounds like so they're trying to tell her her that my you know my dad SL brother because has a spot here and has reserved some spots for us and all this other [ __ ] we're we parked here and we're getting in our car [ __ ] and then she started getting verbal with the mom and that's when the daughter pulled her phone out started recording and then did she have that video no cuz the phone's in the water yes the BL so that's when she took the phone grabbed out of uh she did yeah grabbed it out of her hand and toss it in the water so um so I'm going to start doing statements on the road of these people let these people calm down so Mom and then mom also was like when she was pulling her up by the wrist mom was also like punched and spat on yeah so she is unsure what she wants to do right now at this time she doesn't she's thinking about whether she wants to prosecute or not so all right let's go with the uh the daughter wants to pursue charges 100% on getting the phone stolen yeah uh yeah I'll both those are about to go into well don't go anywhere for a second you got the case number down no given her State and the contradictory statements from those involved the officers decided to take her into custody while attempting to arrest the woman she became combative and began walking away from the officers in response the officers deployed a taser to subdue her successfully arresting her and taking her into custody the resistance she showed during the arrest only added to the complexity of the situation here 129 get I I know right going be 134 86 13486 these guys like think it's all about property yeah that's what the fight's over yeah they're [ __ ] using the boat mhm and then she also said she also did say that uh when the that whole thing with the phone and everything was going on he come running over so her dad had put him in a a lock and to calm him down and I guess he's pissed off cuz he got hands put on him yeah he got thrown on the ground sounds like this guy yeah and multiple dudes fighting he said he had dudes like pin him down as amped up he is right now I can see that he got got thrown on the ground and he was still trying to fight him so all right one that requested you right there okay I'm sorry what's up she's not making any sense she's being belligerant everyone else is giving her their story she's obviously Dr she's requesting to speak to us she thinks we're not believeing yeah someone got hit she's bleeding her her Knuckles hurting who got hit she said she got hit and then was by a woman over there they're still talking to them and then I guess they said she threw her phone in the water but again she's not saying anything she won't give her story at all she's
