suspicious person at 1910 North Roosevelt Boulevard the caller reported that a woman was persistently causing a serious disturbance which likely included loud noises erratic Behavior or other disruptive actions that alarmed the surrounding community in life this ain't living you're right it's not I'm surviving but it ain't living okay so what's your name again dude $4 so what $4 so what's of force I need grab my floor upon arriving at the scene the officers encountered a woman who was acting erratically and making disturbing statements prompting immediate concern for Public Safety as they attempted to communicate with her the woman displayed an uncooperative attitude refusing to answer questions and frequently arguing with the officers what's going on I just needed a couple dollars for again okay cuz people are out here worried about you that you're out here screaming dear yeah they were worried that talk to me person one yeah but that's not that's not how it works to me boat with him the officer repeatedly asked her to calm down but her responses were erratic and she appeared to be struggling with her own emotions her unpredictable Behavior put the officer in a difficult position as her rapid mood changes complicated efforts to communicate with her effectively $2 $2 $2 well how much how much do this little get looks like it's like a gallon so maybe like more the officer decided it was necessary to detain her to prevent any further public disturbance and potential risks what do you do police officer I pray no you got a job I don't believe you're a person into custody she resisted immediately she continuously refused to cooperate and even used abusive and offensive language which further escalated the scene the officer attempted to maintain control using verbal commands to gain her compliance but she continued to resist eventually the officer managed to restrain her and began escorting her toward the patrol vehicle all right cat put Char your home boat all I want to do is go home to the boat for the people no you don't know want be me that's what we're putting in a handcuffs for you're acting real erratic right now you tried to talk to officer she's going to pat you down okay as part of the protocol the officer conducted a quick search of her belongings to check for any items that could be dangerous or illegal during this search he discovered an item in her pocket that appeared susp supicious later identified as a controlled substance this discovery raised additional concerns suggesting that her eratic behavior could have been influenced by substance use which may have contributed to her uncooperative and volatile behavior all right couple of things do you have anything on you a one hitter okay where is that at uh one in my during the ride she continued pleading with the officer to Let Her Go alternating between tearful cries and angry demands I appreciate it all right open your mouth for me uh stick your tongue up okay
