I'm not drunk, but you can't put hands on my woman and put hands on me the whole time on on body cap. I said, I'm not resisting. Let me go. He pushed me to the ground, hit my head against the sidewall. You can't do that, my man. I had to push her forward because she tried to elbow me in the face. As she was laying on the ground, she punched me in the groin as well. The officer threw him over into the planter and I guess when Rudy had landed, he hit his head up. On January 13th, 2025, outside a pulsing downtown club, a boozy night imploded into a shoving match between a fired up couple and stone cold officers. Tempers flared, fists flew, and egos clashed under flashing lights. What started as a simple bootout spiraled into handcuffs and courtroom threats. Watch the video to see the raw meltdown unfold. >> Chill, bro. >> No, hold on. >> Hey, you wanted a sergeant. He's coming. So, it's okay for him to do this, but I can't. >> If you wanted a sergeant, he's coming. So, just go to the other side and you can talk to the sergeant. >> So, it's okay for him to harass me. >> You cannot You can talk to >> I can't touch him. >> You can talk to the sergeant. >> And we men's, my boy, >> you're not a man. >> Listen, go to the other side so you can talk to the supervisor. You want to talk, my man. >> You want to talk to the supervisor? >> Freedom of speech, my boy. >> You want to talk to the supervisor? Freedom of speech. You want to talk to the supervisor? >> Lock me up if you want to. Go ahead. >> It's called freedom of speech, my man. If I'm trying to take care of the situation, he punched me. Why can't I talk to him as a man of man? I'm not even drunk. Look, look at me. I'm not drunk. But you can't put hands on my woman and put hands on me the whole time on on body cap. I said, "I'm not resisting. Let me go." He pushed me to the ground, hit my head against the sidewall. >> You can't do that, my man. >> My boss is coming to talk to you about you have you have IDs? >> I got ID. Hey, come here. I know. Here you go. >> Police back officers back no matter what. >> No matter what, they're going to have >> and I got my lawyer. Don't even worry about seeing me. She going to tell me cover. >> I will look at it and take pictures. I'm just trying to let my boob out. That's it. >> I don't have my boob out. >> I understand. >> We didn't do anything. I didn't say that you did. >> I didn't say that you did. I'm here to help you. I just got here. I just got here. >> That's my ID number. >> Hey, I'm here to help you. Criminal. I did not. I did not call you that. I do not say that. Like criminals. >> I didn't treat you like I'll be wrong. So I'll be wrong if I go punch that [ __ ] >> I'm an officer. Look at his eyes. >> I see it. I see it. >> You don't expect You don't expect the rage. >> I see it. I see it. When this man makes three times what the officer makes it officer here trying to tell him how to act. >> I see it. >> Gio is literally fighting with me to hold him back. >> Literally, we just told the other guy holding him back why this all happened because he refused to leave. >> And I think that's why he's trying to tell >> he's acting up. >> And this girl's straight up obstructing the entire time. Like I'm trying to force him back from the club. She's trying to get in between me and him. And then over here, Willy's got Will's got him in the planter because he got dragged in by this guy. And then all of a sudden she comes trying to drag Willie off of him and tell him, "Get him off and get him off. Back up. Back up. Back up." And over here, she fell over the damn whatever that guard port is. >> She's getting between me and this guy. I push her back a little bit. She trips over that thing, falls back, playing the bruises came from us when it's really the boyfriend that's been grabbing her the whole time. Everyone was trying to get her and this guy out of here, but they don't want to freaking listen to me. We tried telling them all we were trying to do was get you to leave after the incident that happened inside. They got dragged out by like three people, four people. >> Officers rolled up to a streetside circus with this dude Rudy channeling his inner gladiator, slurring about freedom of speech while his girl played Human Shield. She's wedged between cops like she's auditioning for a WWE tag team, all while claiming zero guilt. Liquid Courage had them mistaking the sidewalk for their personal debate stage. This was going to escalate faster than a bad Uber ride. >> I I heard your camera record. Perfect. I'd love to hear that. Hold on. >> I got I'm trying to explain. I was trying to talk to you. >> Yeah. Go ahead. Talk to me, please. >> So, we weren't here for the initial incident. >> So, we're waiting. You requested a supervisor. So, we're waiting on supervisor to get here. That's why I was getting your information down. >> So, the sweetheart the whole time I was telling him I'm not arresting. I'm not resisting. >> All I'm trying to do is figure out what's going on and for them to push me against the sidewalk like that. >> Me, too. Look at that. Look at that. >> No, they throw me on the ground, too. >> And I didn't I didn't do anything. >> We're not drunk. You're not letting us know. Yeah. Well, let me explain. >> Go ahead. I got everything on camera. So, go ahead. >> So, we have to wear cameras. >> It's freedom of speech. Go ahead. >> So, we I'm trying to help you. >> All right. So, I have to explain. >> You're not trying to help me. I'm not We just got right down here. I got you. What we feel is horrible here is that you all stick together. Okay. >> Obviously, you're on his side. >> No, that's that's not necessarily true. We were here. We don't know what happened. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> He was excessively aggressive. >> Okay. >> This never needed to happen. >> So, where do we go from here? >> Okay. So, you guys called, we responded because we were downtown, so we don't know what happened. >> We had no I understand. So, you guys requested a supervisor. So, so the supervisor was on his way. He's on his way. I I took his information down. I was trying to get her ID, too, so we can move forward. So, when the supervisor gets here, he's going to speak to them cuz they were the officers that were involved. Come speak to you guys and then we'll go from there. >> Don't you think if I was um over acting, they would have taken me they would have taken me to under arrest. >> Instead, they just pushed me against the sidewalk against Instead, they pushed me against the sidewalk. And look what happened. Look, look at this. >> He's not arrested though. >> No, that's what he asked me. He asked me be wrong if I protect myself, right? >> The problem is he wasn't being arrested or detained or I wasn't being aggressively aggressively under all of that. Might as well arrest him or detain him or whatever the case is. >> So I'll be wrong if I go and try him, right? >> They released him and told him to go. >> Why not? He tried me. He tried my rights. He tried my right. So I'm going to go try the law. You have your right. >> Record this. Record this. >> I have an attorney on the phone. Listen, he's going to put hands on me. >> I'm just I'm just refuse that. I refuse that. >> You a man, aren't you? >> Can I Can I talk to you as a man? >> Hold on. As you're a man, right? >> Can I talk to you? >> And if somebody was to try you, what you would do? >> Whatever happened between this this officer and them, his overly aggression right now is being very disorderly. So, we're trying to we're trying to investigate and help him as well. >> Right. But I understand that. He's just upset. Great. >> He's got his leg busted for no reason. I got my leg busted for no reason. My daughter has a right, but he's being disorderly. I'm telling you right now, if he continues to be distorted, we're going to have to take him to jail. >> The same way he test continues to be disorderly. >> Backup arrives and it's calm before the storm vibes as officers piece together the club chaos. Rudy's still hot, flashing leg scrapes like badges of honor, swearing he's sober enough to sue. His girls right there amplifying every whine into a megaphone of entitlement. Cops explain body cams and supervisors, but this duo's too buzzed on righteous fury to hear it. >> I'm going sit right here and wait on the >> I ain't afraid to go to jail. >> Jay wants to talk to you. >> It ain't the first time I've been in jail. >> Sit down, please. >> I bring in Miami Dade, Broward County, and Palm Beach. So, >> look at his shirt. Look at his shirt. $120 shirt for your >> your cop. It takes them two hours to make $120 this officer. Really? >> What is your complaint? >> They they they look they >> It was not none of them. >> Okay. >> It's the guys that are at the door. >> Okay. >> They look Yep. >> The whole time they pushed me down here, they were like this. >> I'm like And I was like, I'm not resisting. I'm not doing nothing, sir. Let me go. >> So, the So, the officer pushed you onto the ground? >> Yes, sir. >> Why did the officer push you onto the ground? >> I have no idea. So, I promise you. >> What happened in at the Comea social? >> Nothing. Nothing. I was trying to figure out what was going on. Did we not pay our tab? Were we too drunk? >> I don't know. >> So, you got removed from the club and then you tried to >> We wasn't drunk. We were We weren't drunk. He pushed all of us out. >> The the staff The pushed everybody out. Sir, I'm like, I'm not trying to fight you or nothing. What's the problem? Why are we getting kicked out? Do we owe money? >> And did they tell you to leave? You needed to leave. >> They did not. They literally just pushed us out. >> Okay. And then you just tried to go back and talk to continually go back >> like, "Hey, why did you kick me out? I didn't do nothing." >> And the officer said, "Wait, >> the officer?" >> No, no, no. But then the officers interviewed. >> No, >> nobody interviewed me, sir. >> Intervened. Interveneed. Got involved. How did the offic How did the officers get involved? >> No, they didn't intervene. Nobody. They just started kept pushing me, pushing me, pushing me. I'm like, I'm not holding you. >> Why did the officers Why did the officers push you? >> I can't answer that. >> What did the officers Did the officers tell you to leave? As they were as they were pushing you away, they did not. >> They didn't tell you to leave. >> They just said you need to get out of here. >> Okay. So, that means you need to leave, right? >> But I was trying to figure out what was the problem. >> Okay. But the officers are the officers are allowed to touch you >> and tell you to leave >> and then you and then you continue to come back. >> It's my fault. I'm sorry about that. >> So, I understand. My fault. I'm sorry. So, you continued to come back >> because I was trying to figure out, do I owe the money? Do what? >> Well, I mean, your your intoxicated state probably, you know, led to that. >> I'm kind of intoxicated, sir. You know, I've been drinking, but not to the point where I don't know what's going on, you know, but if you tell me I am Look, I work for the department. >> So, somebody somebody removed you that officers are also telling you to leave, right? >> And you're not leaving. They did. They did. And then they had at at the time at the time they were going to they were going to arrest you for disorderly conduct, right? I mean disorderly intox. All right. >> Yes, sir. >> Which he had discretion at that time. >> Yes, sir. >> Right. It's a misdemeanor. >> Yes, sir. >> So, and then I guess there was a you and your friends were like, "We just want to go. We want to go." >> I was trying to figure out what was the problem the whole time because I feel like it's unfair. >> Rudy's unloading his victim manifesto. Security hurled him like yesterday's trash. No warning, no reason. He's circling back to the club demanding answers. Do we owe a tab? Meanwhile, officers drop truth bombs. You got trespass, buddy. Keep circling. And it's disorderly in talks. Intoxication's the silent co-star here, turning confusion into confrontation. >> They were telling me, "Let's go. Let's go. Let's go." But I'm like, "Guys, we didn't do nothing wrong, so what's the problem?" You get me? >> That's all I was trying to do. >> But then you just had that real you just had that realization that actually you were trying to go back and you were trying to talk to people. trying to go back after you left. I was just trying to figure out do I owe money? Like what's the problem? I'll pay. I don't have a problem with money. >> That is You're telling me that's not going back >> to the club that you just got removed from? >> I'm just trying to make it right. >> But it's a club that you just got removed from is what I'm saying. >> Trying to go there. >> I'm not going to argue with you. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong. Do you get me? >> I understand. >> I don't want to go to jail, you know. But >> what what was your What was your first name? >> Rudy. >> Rudy. Ry. Yes. So, one of one of the options now is pulling video. So, >> just so you guys are on the same speed, one of the options right now went to go pull video. >> Oh, yeah. >> So, that's what they're doing now. Just so you don't think that we're not doing anything. So, he's pulling video right now. >> Yeah. No, that's fine because I understand that your officers also said to me that they have it on their body, which they didn't cuz their body cam was flashing green. So, that obviously mean that it's not recording. >> The one that the one that was speaking. >> Okay. Do I need medical attention? >> Because this is all swelling off. >> This is a scratch. >> You're not going to. >> Okay. But the bone here is not feeling good. >> Like you feel like it's broken. >> I feel something. It hurts. It really hurts. >> It hurts right there. >> Yeah. All that. All that right there. >> You could you could take yourself. Yo. Yo. Don't do that. Don't do that. you guys once you guys are done if you feel like you need to go get it checked out at the hospital. I mean to get >> it hurts. >> Yes. >> He's taking pictures right now. So he'll take pictures of your I You have another scratch on the other side. >> What does it look like? >> Oh, right here. I don't know what you mean with that. >> Wow. >> I don't know if that's old. It might be old. >> No, that's an imprint. >> Yeah, it's an imprint. >> Okay. Yeah, he's taking pictures right now. >> Okay. Raise your right hand. Do you swear in affirm that what you're about to tell me is the whole truth and nothing but the truth? >> I do. >> Okay. Can you explain to me what happened tonight? >> So, what happened tonight is that we responded to a situation where the group did seem a little more inebriated than usual. Um, there was a prior altercation involving one of our other security guards where one male made a statement that he is not friendly. We proceeded to let them go, but we confronted them a second time to escort them out. They were more aggressive than um than they were supposed to be. So, we did tell them that they have to leave. So, as we proceed to escort the male out, the female began to get more um she began to get more violent. So, as we were escorting the male out, she did try to rush one of my other security guards, which I did um intervene. I tried to calm her down to let her know, hey, we're happy to move him out. And she did continue to push me after I had to use force against her to try and move her out. She did swing on me. She hit me in my lip. Security spills the tea under oath. This couple wasn't just rowdy. They swung first. The woman rushed the guards, clocking one in the lip and groin while her man got dragged out. Cops hear it all, pulling club footage that paints Rudy's poor me act in neon lies. Rudy's denial game was strong. But reality hit harder than that planter. >> While moving her out the front entrance, I had to push her forward because she tried to elbow me in the face. As she was laying on the ground, she punched me in the groin as well. After that, we did escort them home uh completely off the premises. >> So when she when when you was escorting the mail out, she ran and and tried to intervene, which you stopped her. >> Yes. >> And at that point, she became aggressive. >> She was aggressive the entire time. >> She was aggressive the entire time, but at that point, she became she was actively being aggressive. >> So after that, she did push me. I let her go. I gave space. She tried to rush at the security yet again. Then she did hit me. Punched me in my face. How did she punch you? >> She punched me straight straight >> with an open palm closed. >> Okay. Based off of what you told me, would you like to prosecute? >> I would. Yes. >> Okay. The black male officer that was on detail for Clement, I'm not sure what it is. Um begin to use uh force like in the nature that he was trying to arrest Rudy at this point. >> Okay. >> Okay. In that same moment, I'm looking at everything and I see him hit his head against uh I don't know what you call it. >> Who would you see hit his head? >> Well, who would you see head hit? What? However, >> Rudy's head hit the planner. Like the officer threw him over into the planter. I guess when Rudy had landed, he hit his head out on the >> I don't I don't even know words got heated between them or whatever. And the bouncer said, "You need to get the out of here." And they started pushing us out. Do you know what the that bouncer looked like? >> If you can't remember, >> tall really tall uh black dude. >> Okay. >> And started pushing us all out. >> In the midst of everything where I was at where the ping pong tables is, there's a step down. I was pushed off the step down. That's where my leg got injured. >> Okay. All right. Is there anything you would like to add to this thing? >> There's not much more I can add. This is just craziness. >> Okay. >> Investigation. He's the one pushing me against the planter. Listen, >> listen. Yes, sir. >> My investigation is into his actions, right? >> Okay. So, when I do my report, when I do all this investigation, if you guys reacted a certain way and he reacted a certain way, if he is legal has the legal authority to do that, you're allowed to not like it, right? You're allowed to >> You're allowed to disagree. You're allowed to not like he has the legal authority to do it. It is. But if I'm telling him officer, Lieutenant, if I'm telling you, I'm not aggra. I'm not being aggressive. Relax. >> Just watch his body cam. He's a crooked cop. >> He's over here trying to push me. >> Any type. >> That ain't right. You get me? That's not right. >> Please watch his body cam. Someone based on investigation that everything that pursued lieutenant and the sergeant, you're under arrest for two two battery, two counts of battery. Hey, Leo and the security guards. Two felonies. You are resisting arrest. Are you safe? >> The video confirmed the battery on Leo's and resisting arrest. Rudy's world crumbles. I didn't touch nobody, but the footage begs to differ. His girls in cuffs, too. Both hauled off while friends scatter like roaches. It's poetic justice. Club booted out for boozefueled nonsense. Now jail for doubling down. >> So, both y'all going to jail tonight. But why? >> I search nobody. >> Okay, we're going to jail tonight. >> Where's the cam? >> Listen. Can I give her the rest of my items? >> You want to give your mother-in-law your items? >> My my phone, my wallet. That's it. >> Just like I can pray. Is there anything else that you need? >> Okay. >> What's going on? >> They watched video and I guess initially they they pushed the officers to the rest for battery on the >> Okay. So, wait. You had your camera on. >> They watched the video of the soldier outside security. Then what happened? Cuz I was literally just here. They told me to pull off that they were getting released and then I'm getting called. >> He's the officer. That's the sergeant. I'm lieutenant. That means there's nobody else in the entire city that outranks me. Okay. I'm the highest person in my kicked out probably unfairly. Off too, right? That happens to me. The officer says, "You need to leave." Which is basically because of trespassing. At that point, she and the officer get into it. She pushes them back. That's a felony. He stumbles back. He takes her to the ground because technically she could be under arrest. >> And she was the one that >> you're seeing it because you're going to go to court. >> Yeah. You have to pull the video for >> it's going to be an evidence and anything's wrong. Or if it's the wrong person, >> you can fight that. You can simply sue him. You can go through all your own processes because you have every right as a US citizen. However, guess what? That's what I saw. All right. All right. Going to have a seat. >> Hold on. It's a little uncomfortable. >> Yeah, man. Take your time, brother. You're not being You're not being rude or disrespectful or anything. Just take your time. >> I'm going to have to reach across your body, though, and grab that. Grab that. >> Officer, what are they being charged for? >> Uh, battery on a Leo and resisting arrest. >> Battery ones arrest over here. [Music] He has nothing on him. >> Um, I don't think so. >> No, bro. This is their phone. This is Go. Go. >> You have no jewelry. Nothing on you. Go, buddy. This is their phone. >> I do. I think I think somebody I'll come get you. >> Did somebody take my chain? I don't know. I'm sorry. >> Yeah. You handed it to your your brother best friend earlier today. >> I just met We had a conversation. You feel me? And I I'm I'm being charged. You know, you told me I wasn't detained, >> sir. Yes. Correct. When they whatever the video they just watched, this happened after the fact. I didn't I didn't even know this was going to occur. >> Cuz if that was the case, I could have just left when you guys were when you guys were here making the report is all I thought was happening. When they viewed the video, then after the fact, they saw whatever occurred. I still I still don't even know what happened. Rudy, no problem. Okay. >> No, no, I respect that. >> In the end, the couple's ego parade marched straight to lockup. All because they couldn't take a simple leave for an answer. Video doesn't lie, and neither did the bruises on those guards. Lesson here. Next time, swallow pride instead of fists. Clubs aren't your battlefield. Know when to fold or the state will deal you in. The individuals were charged with battery on a law enforcement officer. Leo, and resisting arrest. In the end, if you enjoyed the video, hit that like button and drop your thoughts in the comments.
