on February 6th 2023 officers conducted a traffic stop on a woman due to her erratic driving behavior which raised immediate concerns about public safety and compliance with traffic laws erratic driving often signals potential issues such as intoxication distracted driving or mechanical vehicle problems and officers are trained to address such situations promptly to prevent accidents or harm to others upon reaching the vehicle the officers observed that the woman appeared to be under the influence her behavior physical appearance and inability to engage in a composed conversation LED them to suspect intoxication about your name can get you uh charged for criminal impersonation which is a felony no okay know I am Li you're really Angela you don't know your social security number or the address that's on your license it's still it's not it's not it's not that's what you should be okay can you take off your hat for me when was the last time you arrested um it was for um I got his with my boyfriend a long time ago a long time ago like how long ago I don't know you don't know prob 5 six years ago 5 6 years ago okay the driver was uncooperative from the very beginning she immediately began questioning the legitimacy of the traffic stop repeatedly asking why she had been stopped in the first place this type of resistance can complicate routine procedures as officers are obligated to ensure the situation does not escalate further while still performing their duties I think she's lying about her name I think she I think she's giving her sister's name so no booking photo for Sister Sister hasn't had a contact which all it was was a collision in 2018 who she giving and previous arrest in this is a who the chin has a Mary for DUI I thought this was DUI that was Darren DUI this is this is her so s also you should see the the difference in the D photo yeah so that is hurt okay now look at sister doesn't know Heros doesn't know uh the address that's on the shocking they're only two years apart there's a significant 1938 1936 down there all right last chance I'm telling you the truth your name is Angela yeah what's your dat bir nion 320 32087 32087 yeah 32087 okay the officer in an effort to deescalate the situation and maintain transparency explained the reasons for the traffic stop however this clarification did not satisfy the driver who continued to contest the stop by creating various stories to defend her actions this Behavior made it increasingly difficult for the officers to proceed with their investigation so uh you're not her so yes I am I'm looking at photos of Angela and you're not her okay you really want to catch a felony charge over this Alicia no should have a DUI warrant if you can confirm that so and the didn't [ __ ] do that's the fued up part huh but thei didn't even do it's for alcohol and I didn't even do it okay well here's the deal is you're lying about your name because you have this warrant okay so you want to come clean now or do you want to keep saying that your Angela what no I don't okay your name's Alicia correct correct there's no point in lying about it anymore so just tell me what your name is you escalating the situation her refusal to exit the vehicle was accompanied by pleas for leniency and emotional outbursts including crying and yelling such Behavior not only heightened the tension but also placed the officers in a challenging position as they tried to balance enforcing the law with avoiding unnecessary confrontation I take okay then I'm going to open the door and you're going to attempted to bring her out of the vehicle the woman's resistance intensified she yelled and cried loudly drawing attention to the situation and making it increasingly difficult for the officers to maintain control her behavior suggested a combination of panic Defiance and an unwillingness to face the consequences of her actions I just I want to get this [ __ ] taken care of honestly and I want to get cleaning over this is an opportunity I know this isn't the way that you want to deal with it but this is an opportunity right um so uh there's two separate things that are going on here right now right so we got uh obviously the the just the warrant arrest okay and then then there's an investigation as far as the force that was needed for this okay so that's what I'm doing right now like I'm going officer Adams and and Mar he knew not a war without even like looking it up how the hell is that well if we know who you are told me did they know who you are no I'm not known for this like get a dii for dope too so no it's for it's for alcohol that's so I if this is this your first DUI charge and have you been convicted of anything no okay you're not going to jail for a year at all because I didn't go to court I didn't go to so so whoever's telling you this crap they're filling your head full with garbage falling out it looks like [ __ ] stupid okay you know what I mean I I get it I understand okay so try to take a deep breath okay as best you possibly can all right I understand that you're scared shitless of going through withdrawals I completely understand that okay but I'm telling you right now that you are going to have to go through hell to get yourself where you want to be I'll be at court tomorrow right and take care of this yep and I I believe there's is there bail yeah I can't get bail though there's no [ __ ] way no has like of money you know okay I get it so um so any kind of I mean obviously you said your knees hurt a little bit is that just from the concete in the back of my legs and stuff okay and all stuff and that's why they they arrested me c arrested me and then they let me go okay that's awesome okay um okay well he's he's going to take you you didn't want to go to jail and be dopesick pretty much you didn't want to go to jail for a year you're not going to jail for a year even after being placed in the patrol vehicle the woman's Behavior did not change she continued to cry and yell demonstrating a refusal to cooperate or accept the circumstances the officers maintaining their professionalism documented the incident in detail ensuring that all aspects of the situation were recorded accurately for both accountability and future legal proceedings so you miss missed a court date you ain't go in jail for a year okay take a deep breath okay and if you would if you would have said that and we would have told you the same thing would you would you not have resisted and did all that crap ask that question ask that question next time that this is a stupid hybrid that starts up when the battery gets low I'm really sorry it's all good okay all right Elicia should so so you know you're under arrest for the warrant okay I'm not going to book you on your new charges but you are going to receive a citation for them okay your new charges are going to be making false and misleading statements not criminal impersonation you're not so it's not criminal impersonation which would be a felony okay false misleading statements um and resisting arrest and then uh I believe your license is suspended as well why I think oh look yeah I I I might have read it wrong but um so here's the deal you have the right to remain silent anything you say can't be used against you in a court of law okay I'm toad this is just getting [ presented in court to face charges related to her actions during the traffic stop all right so I mean is it possible you get out some Tom like you know they got they got to look at this video and see what the hell is going on because I don't know what's going on that's the [ __ ] the I honestly swear to God don't know what's going on uh your bail is 10,000 go see a judge tomorrow though Y and they could you know can't they like go through that [ __ ] and start the process like looking find who the hell use my name or if they use my name and the officer just put that on my record cuz I think you got pissed off cuz my car got impounded and you got I think I think you got a search for I think you got pissed off about it I swear to God I'm telling you everything right now you know I didn't want tell me what the hell it's for all he did you get booked no it was a [ __ ] rful offense it was a [ __ ] restful offense tell me how the hell that's not you know what I mean say it's an wrestful off mhm yeah yeah well they didn't [ __ ] arrest him my name or whoever know it's F Str as [ __ ] you know what I mean when they're not even like come on look at the videos like words of videos with this person I mean can you look it up can you can you tell me cuz nobody would tell me would tell me well it's it's a Everett PD case not for alcohol it's it's not for alcohol it was a drug DUI what see I got in a car a long time ago yep it was a car accident and it was a drug DUI in your room they never me and and released at the hospital yeah I the hospital for a while so it was you it wasn't someone else okay well so what the [ __ ] do I do they they they referred it to the prosecutor's office and the prosecutor accepted the case that's how it works and I was even dop sck then and then some guy gave me a pillow Riv cuz I was dop sck I don't remember really much I had P CU I did my daughter at that time you know I mean [ __ ] D Su is for [ __ ] alcohol [ __ ] it is not it was for drugs it's [
