crash including a woman and her infant had sustained injuries the officer who collided with the squad car was in severe pain later diagnosed with a serious back injury requiring hospitalization Pierre was also taken to the hospital where he was treated for a broken rib and a fractured left hand in the end Pierre was charged with felony counts of first-degree Reckless L endangering safety vehicle
