listen I want to talk where is my yes I've been asking for one I've been asking for one on July 3rd 2023 an officer observed a vehicle driving recklessly the car was speeding significantly over the limit creating a dangerous situation for other motorists and pedestrians the driver took multiple abrupt and risky turns showing no regard for traffic regulations these Maneuvers endangered the driver and posed a serious threat to others headit the vehicle while I'm trying to W citations is it a traffic startop yeah yeah it started out the vehicle while I'm trying to do citations she opens the trunk I'm standing there and then I can tell more and more she's slurring her words then her eyes are all bloodshot water and so then she tries to jump back in the vehicle when I tell her to stop cuz she was baking when I first pulled up so I could oh so all that smell like was the fruity juice yeah and then she goes to try to get back in the vehicle we like there's a gun in this not here what in a box or at least a gun box she got very confrontational on the when she grabbed her bags and then we're like slurring you guys need this in the officer okay relax your hands so I can fix this cup I don't care would you have a power trip dude I'm trying to fix for you I don't like I don't like you I don't like you I don't like you a lot of people don't you're not the first Dad I know like City I know all the got [ __ ] sh the officer decided to approach the vehicle to assess the situation further upon reaching the car the officer observed that the driver a female appeared to be in an intoxicated State her behavior and demeanor strongly suggested that she might be under the influence of alcohol or drugs concerned for Public Safety the officer signaled the driver to pull over the driver complied but exhibited resistance and agitation throughout the process as the officer initiated the traffic stop and attempted to engage with the driver her erratic Behavior became increasingly evident she seemed disoriented and argumentative refusing to cooperate with the officer's instructions Gil call gilin do that do that that call gilin Gil why to my wrist because you want stup get in potential severity of the situation the officer decided to take the female driver into custody however the process was far from smooth upon arriving at the police station the officer placed the female driver in a separate room for further investigation this step ensured that the investigation could proceed without unnecessary interruptions or distractions the officer informed the driver that they intended to conduct specific tests including a breath analyzer test to determine the level of intoxication got you got you all day every day CU I livez I my [ __ ] I work when for your [ __ ] all laboratory technician or technologist who is employed by a hospital or a physician of your own choice to perform an additional chemical test if you are convicted in court of driving Under the Influence I disagree you may also receive a greater sentence because you refused to be tested do you understand no do you now agree to be tested I don't all right I consider your actions or refusal to driver's aggressive demeanor intensified as the officer attempted to gather essential information she not only refused to comply but also issued threats directed at the officer creating a tense and challenging atmosphere recognizing the need to handle the situation carefully the officer refrained from reacting to the driver's provocations they remained focused on the task at hand demonstrating professionalism and restraint could at pleas have your ha time yes you were not in my car I wasn't in your car so you were not in the white Mercedes I wasn't in a white Mercedes so who was there then decision was made to ensure that the driver could not further threaten herself the officers or the public upon arrival at the jail the driver was secured and processed according to standard procedures her behavior remained uncooperative and combative throughout the process making it clear that she had no intention of cooperating with law enforcement you have not Me My Rights brother shut me give me
