Still, the officers stayed focused and professional, trying to uncover the truth without escalating the situation. During this time, she continuously resisted, screaming and making the situation even more complicated. She failed to realize the trouble she was putting herself into. However, with her ongoing resistance, the officer successfully got her into the police vehicle, and she truly deserved it. Oh my god. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Take it. Stop. You better losing it. As her behavior continued to worsen, she was taken to the hospital first instead of jail. After receiving medical clearance, she was sent to jail. It was a clear reminder that sometimes, even in the most challenging situations, maintaining professionalism is key. She was charged with driving under the influence, causing property damage, and obstructing an officer without violence. A cash bond of $2,000 was set. On February 26th, 2025, a not-uilty plea was entered for both charges. At the first appearance, the court found probable cause, deemed the defendant indigent, assigned a public defender, and released them under supervised own recgnissance with conditions including no alcohol or drugs and random testing. Formal charges were filed on March 18th, and the defendant appeared in court on March 20th, waving their right to a speedy trial. However, the defendant failed to appear at the next scheduled hearing on April 7th, causing the case to be continued to May 15th, 2025.
