I just committed a crime yell that lazy mother stuck in his dick and he break my son how would you feel if I done that to your kids on February 6th 2022 a woman slapped a man across the face prompting a response from a rookie officer so why don't y'all so when so when when did this all occur and where where did it occur and when did it occur well you know what is lawsuit time all I know is he's alleging that you hit him you committed a crime and we're just trying to identify crime I'm going commit a crime all right that motherucker is going to die because he raped my son and you mother did nothing about it we don't know anything about it oh yeah you do when did it happen when did it happen when did it happen H well see I've been in jail for 2 months so that's 40 days okay so with that 40 days right there forget that but yeah you mother FKS know what you're doing I know what you're doing 2.5 you put your handcuffs on me and I'll own this goddamn town I right now I mean we're just trying to figure out exactly what's going on why why why did you you go I W don't you go see my son and get the seal flood out of him yeah we yeah we'll get that we'll get that taken care of but at attempted to intervene the woman began crying out in distress alleging that the man had lustfully assaulted her son she became extremely agitated and expressed her anger towards the police for not protecting her child she accused them of failing to act and claimed that her son had died as a result of their inaction my grand baby he had I'll kill that I don't care if you or anybody else knows it where where did all this take place and when did they investigate it cuz I don't know what you're didn't investigate you know why no I don't won't he pay y'all off again huh rap another child okay y are just a might as well be child musters too because you know what you let him do it and y'll let him get away with it my son's dead now because of y'all I have no idea what you're talking about man yeah you better have no idea the whole goddamn Town knows and you know what 2.5 put your handcuffs on I'll own you I'll own this whole goddamn town if you committed a crime more than likely handcuff but a Baby Raper I'm not or a child killer the woman demanded Justice for her son who she claimed had died because of the police's failure to act she expressed a strong desire for Retribution stating that if the police didn't take action she would do so herself trying to remain calm the officer explained that violence would only worsen things and that they were there to address the current situation however the woman refused to cooperate continuing to accuse the police of wrongdoing and insisting that the alleged rapist had not been held accountable she became increasingly belligerent directing her anger toward the officers present and making threats about what she would do if she were not given the Justice she felt her son deserved all right just calm down man calm down listen there I understand your frustration but you getting yourself worked up have calm down I watch that mother right my y there's nothing I can do you perfect people y'all don't do a goddamn thing y'all do nothing y'all wear that badge and you do nothing okay so this morning when you had to interact with him did you touch him I did hey rap my goddamn son put me in jail for that and I swear to God getting a little britzy over there with it um so basically the running down to the story is this though the slap did not cause noticeable injuries the man declined to press charges for the battery it was clear however that the woman was not in a stable mental state officers concerned for her well-being and the safety of others began making plans to have her evaluated further at the jail he lives uh with his mom and dad over here 800 something Street MH and but he's also like a little bit transient too but his daughter goes to school right around here so he's always walking through this area okay every time he comes across her she's hysterical in the way that she is right now saying that he raped her he raped her she raped he raped her kids right so clearly she's on the 20 side of it she's made multiple threats in regards to she had a baseball bat she would knock him upside the head with it um at one point she did physically strike him on the left ear okay uh he's wearing a hoodie um so it didn't leave a mark or any type of like uh scratch or any type of Bruiser or anything right but it [clears throat] did strike him in his right ear doesn't wish to prosecute regard for a simple battery they don't know each other not dating or anything of that nature clearly she has high issues in regards to this as well so along with the 1015 I would a request paper act as welled will not spontaneous utterances that she made in the car so you might as well just kill me and what have you um to have her evaluated while she's at the jail okay yeah I didn't know you were on today it's nice to see you she's good she just had uh some cigarettes and a Little Rock in her pocket and stuff like that nothing crazy huh she if we didn't she wouldn't tell me her name man did the guy would you able to provide a name no but I'm sure you'll probably be able to get it out of her um okay way down there um if not you can just po J they'll have a finger maybe even one of the orange kind of guys check 10 there's orange kind of dep down there might have a fingerprint scanner you can utilize that while you're down there as well um what I'll do is I'll make sure all this is filled out 100% okay and I'll snap a picture of it and send it down to you all right started her uh simple battery hands and feet and then Baker r as well okay all right definitely the baker though yeah yeah I'm going to definitely let him know he is uh I take does not need to be on the streets right now she is in no mental state of mind right now to be able to do that yeah I can see just your your conversation with her yeah it was going down real quick yeah yeah I get I get her down there um I'll look and see you said it happened over there by the um the uh bus stop right there right there okay so I'll see if there's any cameras maybe we can actually see the physical hit I'll look around see if I can find anything over there okay I know there are cameras somewhere yeah kind of shoots that way I might check a CLE probably a Taco bill cuz that bank is clo maybe we can get something so yeah but I'll get his signature his phone number all that and uh I'll get him the vbo and uh just pull your case number and I'll de the rest of it all right let me grab all this well they they won't allow her to take the cigarettes in there no no cigarettes the only thing she's going to be able to take is her glasses and her scrunchie all the rest of it trash soap cigarettes actually look to see if there in here yeah just a couple of those little uh she made statements about taking control of the situation and challenging the officer's Authority her refusal to comply with their instructions indicated that she was not in a mental condition to understand the consequences of her actions the officers continued to document the incident noting that the man had no visible injuries from the slap the woman was ultimately taken into custody one there okay questions oh no man I'm going pretty straightforward yeah State this I'll take pictures I'll send them to you and uh y two paragraph done yes sir in reference to the 13 she'll be 10:15 I'll be 51 to BRC starting mileage 21934 in regards to the 48 that 204 is on they done it to my kids y'all done it to my kids that's okay cuz you know what this right here 2.5 yeah what's that guy's name ju [ __ ] you know what I don't give a you know to identify her she had a a bag and stuff with her over at the um at the bus stop uhhuh and she put it over there by the church so soon as I done with this guy here I'm going to go over there and see if I can find her stuff she might have an ID in there so just give me a moment to look on that and go and P your case number that way I can get him his drvo and get him on his way thank you bro yeah
