don't touch me don't touch me on November 12th 2024 a highly intoxicated driver caused a devastating crash involving two vehicles attempting to flee the scene her action shocked victims and Witnesses the community alarmed by The Reckless Behavior quickly reported the incident to law enforcement highlighting the urgency of addressing such dangers give me yours take that when the officers arrived at the location of the incident they were met by the family of the victim the Family's car was badly damaged in the crash showing how serious the accident was the officers began their investigation by questioning the victims and Witnesses at the scene are you are you good what happened I heard this big bang they they no more they um they talked to the woman that actually hit the car okay and she said something but then took off okay um but we did get a picture someone did get a picture of the um license plate okay oh my gosh this is Prett she hit yeah she hit both cars too so she was coming down Central she was coming down Central she hit that Volkswagen okay and the people just walked by said they knew who they're going to tell the owner the volswagen and then they hit her car here okay and who did she speak to Stu to me okay what does she say she stopped right there and she which time do you think this happened like 10 15 minutes ago I actually have it on my I have I would have it on my phone cuz I could see the Mercedes what time you think like 10 minutes ago right 15 minutes ago and what did she say she pulled over and honestly I thought it was my mom okay and each individual contributed valuable details about the events leading up to and following the crash a female witness who presented video evidence of the incident was among those who came forward to assist in the investigation I I go Oh I thought you were my mom I go what what happened and she goes I was turning the corner complimenting somebody on something and then I smacked into the car she's like what do I do and then I was looking at her car she goes I'm just going to leave and she okay what does she look like like light colored hair it was pulled back I would say like late 4S 50 okay I realize it was my mother when she pulled up got closer there was a dog in the front seat okay and there was like something that looked like a collapsed easel or some type of wood thing in the front seat okay she white black Hispanic white okay she looked all out of it she looked frazzled like she didn't seem like the other woman said she seemed like she was intoxicated yeah she was off okay sounds good and you said you have a ring camera this is yours right here that made this is my house yeah I'm looking I don't see anything but people walking by you would hear it everybody stopping to look everybody's stopping yeah doesn't look like we have any footage un of the actual accident what about her car he is here walking away armed with the evidence and information gathered from Witnesses the officers located the suspect at her residence upon arrival they found the woman and requested her cooperation initially she entered her vehicle seemingly avoiding direct engagement with the officers hi how you doing good are you Jill yeah are you the owner of the Honda over here y okay so what happened because I got a call for an accident no um so I I Sid swiped that car yeah a couple cars actually no just one just one which one the white Honda or the white Acura okay I was like saying hello to somebody Okay and like went into it yeah okay I understand so I have to do a police report for them is there a reason you didn't stop or well I stopped but nobody like came around okay all right I mean in the future going forward you still have to stop and report an accident okay like whenever it happens no matter what whether the owner's there park car however the officers completed their necessary documentation and instructed the suspect to exit the vehicle and physically present herself on the road complying with their instructions the woman stepped out of the car but soon exhibited increasingly aggressive behavior yeah occupied by someone or not you still have to stop and call the police to report the accident all right so what I need from you is your insurance information for the accident report like um the card like the insurance card oh okay yeah the policy number yeah can we go get it yeah you okay yeah I'm good okay yeah where were you coming from before you got home what where were you before you got home um totally at the store to get dog treats okay that's okay no I'm just curious yeah so here's my information thank you yeah I need to write that down for the report okay just this one here I don't need this no what do you need just this okay all right you mind hanging out for a minute fine I just got to write it down I'm going to get you a case number for the accident report okay okay all right thank you when the officers informed her that she was being taken into custody the suspect reacted with loud arguments yelling and screams directed at the officers although the officers attempted to deescalate the situation and calm her her resistance intensified she began physically resisting the officers by kicking and hitting them hey Jill come here Jill come here okay Jill you're not not free to leave what you're not free to leave okay yes I am no you're not I am you cannot you cannot walk don't touch me don't touch me touch he's touching me cannot walk away Jill okay put your stop put your hand he's touching me bab no no Jill Jill relax Jill you got to was pretty stupid stand up no okay we'll carry you then it really doesn't matter you okay are you hurt Jill do you want medical attention it's a serious question you want yes I do what's going on right now I want her aggressive behavior posed a challenge to the officers who were forced to take decisive action to subdue her using appropriate Force they arrested the woman and placed her inside their patrol vehicle to transport her for further investigation medical attention besides you besides you I want medal C tension what's the complaint of pain what's going on on my knees hurt okay yeah I got to do but yeah we're bring her to the hospital first yeah during the transportation process the woman began crying and repeatedly claimed she required medical attention taking her statement seriously the officers decided to divert their route and brought her to the hospital for a medical evaluation I'm what's up what are you doing huh what are you doing you so hang on a second no I just want them to put her on air cuz she's going to freak out all right Joe you ready hop on out ready for what for what come on we got to get out of the car you give me your balls I'll take themill come on no I'm not getting out Jill we're going to drag you out of the car no girl girl you got to hear me you're not a dude I'll bring something no you with me I'm totally not going Jill you got to get out of the car no come on we don't want to drag you out we just want you to walk out hate you I hate you right now yeah go she you me to hate me too after ensuring that she was medically stable and receiving clearance from healthc Care Professionals the officers transported her to the police station where she was formally processed and placed in custody try you drive me home don't get kicked no face mult multiple charges for her actions these included disorderly conduct resisting arrest battery on a law enforcement officer interference with Justice and damaging private property these charges were a result of her reckless driving in a hidden run incident her aggressive resistance during arrest and her disruptive behavior highlighting the severity of her actions and ensuring she was held
