First off, she bit his face driving down Nicholasville Road. >> Oh wow. >> Cuz she said a demon was on her. >> No, she really needs a psychic hand. And we've tried. >> But you're trespassing from this property, so if you show up again, you'll be arrested on that. So just don't show back. >> On May 27th, 2024, deputies in Kentucky were dispatched after a family reported an unwanted woman trespassing at their home. But this wasn't just any trespass. The woman had a long and disturbing history with their son and things quickly got bizarre. >> Hello. >> I was just going up here get some context as far as who she is and I think her son >> her son's what? >> On the sheriff's department. >> Oh, that's her son's on Okay. >> And she's nuts. Okay. >> So, what was she doing here? How does she know you all? My son is enga was engaged to her. >> Okay. >> And about a month or so ago, she said, well, first of all, she bit his face driving down Nicholasville Road. >> Oh, wow. >> Cuz she said a demon was on it. >> But then, >> hello, sir. >> Hey, that's my grandson. She calling him [ __ ] Little [ __ ] >> So, she's has she been trespassed from here before? >> No, but >> you all just told her not to come around. >> Yeah. Well, court. They have to go to court. She had son arrested. Okay. >> And we went to court. >> So she What was she doing up here? Does she's not supposed to be around here? >> She She's not supposed to see him. >> Does she have a no contact order? >> From the from the judge, they didn't want either one of them stay in contact with one another. >> Okay. >> And she shows up here. >> Okay. >> And I mean, she >> she got in my face >> and she was over at her dad's before she came here. I called him and I said, "Get over here." Uh I said, "If not, I'm calling the police." >> Okay. Well, he's scared of her. >> Yeah. >> You know, because I mean, she got in my fight. She said about choking people and stuff. Then she said I was the leader of a cult. I mean, okay. Yeah. >> And I killed my husband. >> So, she just offer a rocker. >> Oh. I mean, you just don't even know that. But she got up in court. I'm going to tell you this, and it's sort of embarrassing, but in court when they went to court. >> Yes, ma'am. And they let her speak and she said that my son was a demon and that he would steal her used tampons to get the blood to put spells on her. >> Yeah. >> Who does that? >> It's somebody who's not thinking correctly. Has she ever been used using drugs that y'all know of? >> A time ago, but I don't think she has. >> The family told deputies the woman once dated their son, but the relationship ended in chaos. At one point, she allegedly bit him in the face while driving, claiming a demon was on him. In court, she even accused him of stealing her used tampons to put spells on her. Needless to say, her behavior raised red flags for everyone involved. >> How'd she know he was here? >> Well, she he said he was he told her he was coming down here cuz she called and texted. >> But they're not supposed to have any contact. >> No, but you look she contacts him all the time. >> Yeah. But he has Yeah. And one time she called him like 10 times in a night and he didn't answer. But then he got scared. You know, you men sometimes he got scared something was wrong. >> Yeah. >> And he answered, you know. >> Yeah. Yeah. So, he still has a a thing there, a connection or something. >> Yeah. But I hope he gets over. >> Yeah. It doesn't sound like it's going to go good if he keeps doing that. As far as the relationship, it doesn't sound like it's going to be a good one. >> No. She really needs a psychic exam. And we've tried. Yeah. >> I tried to talk to her daddy and he wants to, but he's scared of her. >> Yeah. >> I mean, you know, he's failure to appear out of boom county bail out cash. >> Sounds like she has a warrant. >> She has a warrant >> out of Boom County. >> It's just a failure to appear for a court date. So, if she doesn't go with medical, then she'll be going to jail today to go to Boom County. though to take care of that warrant. >> Despite a court order banning contact, she showed up at the home anyway. She ranted about the family being in a cult and even accused them of being responsible for someone's death. Deputies carefully listened, but it was clear she wasn't supposed to be there. >> Well, if she shows back up, let us know cuz it'll be automatic cuffs. I mean, it's nothing major. It's trespassing, but it just by me verbally telling her not to show back up. If she does, we can actually show up and do something with her versus just trying to get her off the property. So, >> so now do you have to take her to jail? >> She'll have to go regardless. If if she goes with EMS, um, then we'll notify Frankfurt that she has a warrant. If she doesn't go with EMS voluntarily, then she'll go to jail on the warrant. And then it's it's Boone County. So, she'll probably go to Boone County real quick, get transport up there at some point, and then once she handles that, she'll be released. And then, so she'll it she'll be out in a couple days for that. >> She told me she walked all the way from Lexington. >> Okay. >> I said, "Really? You didn't work up much of a sweat. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Right. Right. >> Well, I'm sorry y'all have to mess with us today. >> She was She said the Eric kidnapped as a what? >> A warrant. So, I got to ride with them to the hospital. So, >> thank you. >> Yes, ma'am. But call us cuz I'm going to let her know she's trespassed if she shows back up. As far as the the court stuff goes, her in violation of the court order, whatever. That's a court law type thing. So he can notify the court, the judge who notified and she's within contempt of court. So he can let them know, hey, she showed up. It's documented. The court can look it up, document that she was here today, that we were out here. So if the court wants to do something on their side, they can with that. Um, but as far as on our side, we'll just trespass her. So let Eric know that he can do that. If he wants to notify the judge that she was in contempt of court of that paperwork. So and then she'll be trespassed. If she shows back up, then call us. So >> I appreciate you. It'll at least be a couple days before she shows back up if she does because she got that warrant. >> It's not an >> I mean I don't get >> when when when people have nothing to say and they run out of things to say and they start using vulgar language, they are the idiot. That's how I explain my son. We don't we don't cuss because when you start cussing, you've ran out of smart things to say and you shouldn't talk. And that's what happened. >> When deputies confronted her, she insisted she had only come to help. But records showed something else. She had an active warrant in Boone County for failure to appear. The deputies explained the situation and gave her two choices. Cooperate and deal with EMS or go straight to jail. And just I have to verbally tell you, but you're trespassing from this property. So if you show up again, you'll be arrested on that. So just don't show back up. >> You don't have nothing. I'm just going to patch down again real quick before I put you in my car. >> Yeah. in the back pockets. Use your mine. >> Oh, you don't have to back and forth. I'll cut front and lock them so they don't get tight on you. Okay, if you don't mind take a seat here. >> The woman argued, stalled, and rambled about demons, but deputies stood firm. She was told she was now trespassed from the property and warned that returning would mean additional charges for trespassing and contempt of court. >> So, did you get did you get caught up in drugs in the past? >> Yeah, I'm just scared of like having a car wreck at time. >> I got you. Did you get hooked on pills at first because of the car wreck and then after that just went to Would you go to meth or heroin? >> Um um I found heroin. >> Yeah. Are you still addicted to anything at the moment? >> Nothing good. How'd you get off? >> She sure will help. >> That's awesome. That stuff's hard to get off of. I can't imagine. [Music] >> Okay, good. You got family that need you? >> How'd you get burnt? >> Um, >> is that from the wreck? >> No, my ex there was a house fire and he fire. >> Oh, wow. I was kind like escorting him. >> Yeah. Dragging him out. So, were you all you you and Eric together hanging out and then he was just going to his mom's to see if he can get something and hollered at you to come over there. Now, >> was y'all staying at the hotel in Orangeburg? >> No, only like something. >> Okay. I left to go get something to eat and then he text me and said, "Where'd you go?" >> Where do you want to get the B&B? >> Yeah. >> And I said, "Okay, where are you?" And he said, "I came to Lburg." >> Right. >> I never had any problem there before. >> He just hits a ride down here real quick. They They were just I guess was Eric needing some money. Does mom help him out every now and then? >> Yeah. >> Does mom help him out though? She She provides to him, spools him, right? Yeah. Mhm. >> So, he showed up needing some money and then he told you to come on over and then she freaked out. >> Yeah. She said she knew about it, >> but I don't Maybe Eric didn't realize she knew about it. >> I think that's what happened. >> Do you have other kids besides Lucas? >> Mhm. >> Okay. When's the last time you talked to him? >> Um, >> been a while. >> It's been a minute. >> Yeah. Have you tried reaching out to him? >> Yeah. I wish you had a birthday. >> Yeah. I feel love. >> Yep. Just to let them know. Yeah. >> How many kids do you have? >> I have three. >> Okay. >> Because of the fire, my six-year-old lives with buddy floor. >> Mhm. >> He lives with him. So, I know he's okay for now, >> right? What's uh So, your six-year-old lives with Buddy Flora? >> That's his turnover. >> Oh, okay. >> How long have you been on? >> Three years. >> All right. I'm 33, so I started started late. I didn't plan on doing this. I just kind of fell on my lap and I thought I'd give it a try. >> Can you just join at any age? If so, I can jump up and climb a wall. >> Yeah, pretty much. There's not really a age cut off that I know of with like local law enforcement. Um, you just have to be able to pass the academy cuz I went to the academy. There's some 50some year old guys in there and they just have to be able to do the physical part and academics. Is it hard to stay clean >> for me? >> Yeah. Being around that I could only imagine. >> I'm not clean watching, you know what I mean? >> Elevated right now. >> Yeah. >> I can see that. >> Not necessarily just because my head space is different. You know what I mean? I'm not thinking about stuff anymore. >> My future, my health, my kids. It just depend. It It can be and once you get a good enough you know, mentally. >> Yes. >> I mean, yeah, you can always just if you wanted to just make a difference, you can call up at Boone County Sheriff's Office one day and just stay anonymous on the phone and just say, "Hey, FYI, drugs are being sold out of this location, this location, and then their detective will turn around and take a look at it and they might hit something and you you made a difference behind the curtains." So, that's what we do all day long. We just try to make a difference behind the curtains cuz >> All right. I mean, because it's not helping the kids that are in it. It's just not helping. >> No, it's not helping. >> No, it doesn't help anybody. >> The only person it helps is the person selling it and it gives them money and they don't care and then they blow the money on something else. >> Those kids don't see that money. >> The kids see the food stamps. You know what I mean? >> Mhm. They run around in diapers and no shoes usually cuz the other person's kind of greedy with the money. So, >> and I only know this cuz I live and I love you. >> Yes. Been there, done that. Does he abuse you? The dude you're with? >> Yeah. >> It's hard to get out of the situations like I say because it gives you a roof over your head right now. It's survival. >> But you got to get out of that. >> It's like I don't know if I should try to stay around until I can do something. >> Finally, she was taken into custody on the outstanding warrant and transported to jail. The woman was booked on. Failure to appear warrant. She was also formally trespassed from the property and told any future return would bring more charges. What do you think? Was this woman just struggling and in need of serious help or was she dangerous? And lucky things didn't end worse.
