You know, when we walk in, I was just like, you know, you hit up, you you about to hit me. You know, why you fussing? What are you at? What you angry for? You about to hit my car. And she, you know, just was going on. That happened so fast. Honestly, I don't even you know what she hit you with. Her hands. Yeah. I mean, we were actually like, "And y'all might want to see if she have a gun cuz she catch her purse." I swear to God, keep on keep on. I swear to God, with her hand in her purse. On December 3rd, 2022, officers responded to an incident after a caller reported a physical fight between women. The caller provided a detailed description of the female involved and gave the location as Perimeter Mall. The caller requested that officers arrive at the scene to take control of the situation. Okay, so we're coming down the coming down the mall to drop them off for work. She comes flying down the aisle and almost hits the side of me. And so, you know, I'm blowing to keep her from hitting me. When my daughter get out the car, she talking all this junk about all this. But you were the one wrong. No, that's not what happened. We got to When she hit us, I said, "Come on down." Said, "She can't beat me." So, I said like, "Just calm down. Get out the car then." She didn't do that. When I when I walked in to work, she seen me. She said, "Oh, that she was just talking. You could have left me alone. Just keep going. Tell me what's going on. Working on myself. Just leave me alone." You didn't listen. She met my mom. I I forgot about what happened. Sorry, that's my mom. I'm pretty sure if somebody hit your mom, you look the same. So, she hit your mom. Mason, come here. So, she hit your mom and then the fight started going. Both of y'all started hitting each other. Are you injured at all? Oh, no. I'm fine. Okay. Where did she hit you at? Um, I think she hit my face, but it was like not like Gotcha. And why' she hit you? cuz she when she when I w you know when we walking up I was just like you know you hit her you you about to hit me you know why you fussing what are you mad what are you angry for you about to hit my car and she you know this was going on it happened so fast honestly I don't even you know what she hit you with her hands yeah I mean we were actually fighting and y'all might want to see if she have a gun cuz she kept in her purse I swear to God keep on keep on I swear to God with her hand in her purse that's the other party involvement there. It was her against them two. This is mom. So apparently mom is driving her to work over up here. She comes hauling butt through the parking lot almost hits them. So road rage throws the situation out there. They honk their horns at each other. Start talking. Well, apparently she follows she follows him uh up or follows him inside. He's like, "Oh, you work here. You could have just waited blah blah blah blah. Yeah. Followed them inside and at some point they were a change of words. She hauled off and hit the mom and she standing up her mom started fighting with her. Both of them started fighting together. It's these two versus her. Y'all have IDs? You have your IDs? No. My first in the car. No, she didn't. When she go, I swear to God, this all my life. All I told her was slow down. You having a bad day. You can't be mad. You were in the room. We were trying to prevent an accident happening from your car. Then it would have been your fault. It would have made it even worse. Was he around when it happened? Yeah. Oh, yeah. He was. Well, he wasn't around. Yeah. Not somebody else held him back. Yeah. No, you saying you going to get jumped on. Is there a man? Yeah. Yeah. My son He wasn't doing anything. He just was trying to break it up. She being kids off of somebody not. The mother explained that she was driving her daughter and grandchild to work when they nearly got into a fender bender with another vehicle in the mall parking lot. I don't believe she was telling the truth. According to their account, the other female driver exited her vehicle and began yelling and calling them names. The daughter claimed that the other woman hit her mother first, leading to the fight. However, the statements of the mother and daughter didn't make any sense. I almost hit that car. So, I'm like, my bad. She opening the door outside like [ __ ] doing all that. So I'm like, "Girl, go ahead. It's my daughter birthday." You know what I'm saying? She got a party today. So I'm like, "Go on over there." You know what I'm saying? So I'm walking in. She walking in. You almost did. I said, "Little girl, get up. Get the [ __ ] away from me." I said, "I'm grown as hell. I'm not about to do this with you." So she get to yelling in the mall talking about, "Bitch, I drop your ass and do you know all this?" I said, "Little girl." So security was coming. I said, "Listen, who you who are you talking to?" This little girl right here. But what she think or the lady both they jump me and the son. So I'm telling her like you know I told security you feel me get get her you know talk to her cuz I'm telling you like throwing about the situation with my daughter right there. She walked up and said [ __ ] I don't give a [ __ ] [ __ ] your daughter [ __ ] and and threw her cup at me. Her cup and jump at me. So we got the fight. The mama ran up and jumped in. The brother ran up and jumped in. And that's what happened. And I tried to handle it the right way. You know what I'm saying? I ain't no kid. If we was outside of here, it would have been way different. But we're I'm grown. My daughter come first. I don't give a damn. I'll go get security on your ass when it come to my child. You know what I'm saying? Cuz if if I knew it was going to be all this, I might as well beat your ass before I came in here when it was bothering me. Then I I told her to go on. She ran up in my face before we even started fighting. I'll beat your ass. I put my [ __ ] down. said, "Little girl, go on up by my face." Like, I'm telling you, go on up by my face. And that's when they woke up and I let them know what was going on. And so, you said this started from Oh, go ahead. I'm right here. Okay. Don't walk up. I had a clue. Right here by Victoria. Right here. Okay. So yeah, just so when did all of this occur? Like this. This literally just happened probably like 5 minutes ago. No bull crap. You started from where again? You said outside and somebody You know how you coming out like the parking lot and somebody coming past. I didn't see them. It was blocked. So when I seen them, I slumped on my brakes and she all yelling through the window then opened the door and I'm like, you know, going on like she started from there. Ma'am, I don't mean to interrupt you. You mind if I take you first? I don't got no weapon in my face. So then she uh I'm coming and we was walking in at the same time and she was like, "Girl, cuz you almost [ __ ] hit us and and all this." And I'm like, "Little girl, you said there was some You said there was some guys with them." Yeah, it was a boy in the blue jump and he jumped me. They all three jumped me. Is he not over here right now? No, he ain't here. He probably didn't. Yeah, they all jumped. The mama, the daughter, yeah, come on. I'm sorry. I'm just upset. Yeah. You understand? Um, however, you know, we just trying to make sure we put everything together, right? So, when I was attacked, okay, I was bothered and I tried to handle it the right way and it went al I ain't even myself. My adrenaline rushing. I can't feel nothing but the love. They spoke with the other woman involved in the altercation who provided a very different version of events. Her statement revealed many hidden truths that the mother and daughter were trying to conceal. She claimed that the daughter threw a drink at her, instigating the fight, and that the mother joined in shortly afterward. Right here, I'm good. Move your head out. Huh? Will your hair shirt lift your arm up your shoulder? We have an officer going down also to watch the video if there's any scene what's going on. No, that's cool. You have to also get both sides and take some pictures if anything like that. Y video surveillance. Yeah, we're we're going through right now seeing what we got. Y'all either one of y'all observe the fight start. Yes, sir. Well, um then we're yelling back and forth and then black and white. She ran up through her. Be more descriptive on what happened. Oh, okay. Yeah. So, um, when she threw the water, we grabbed her, but we didn't see her brother come around. And then another another security officer was trying to handle him while the mom while the mom just ran up and just started fighting her. So, basically by the end of it, uh, her brother had hands on her. I had the sister back and we were trying to pull the mom and the brother off of her. The mom and the brother off of her. So, the brother was attacking her, too. Yes. Hey, question. Are you all wanting to press charges against her? Yes, you are. I'm not going to go for mall security says they have video footage, so I'd like to see that. That's where now I'm going to go down with All right. Yeah. What y'all see? Where' she go? She's right there behind the bush. So, she throws a drink. Mom's not with them all the time. Mom's all the way. She throws a drink. Mom's pretty mom comes up. You can see you can see the boy come up, but you can't see what they're doing cuz this thing's blocking the camera here. I'll get the the Yeah, the sun. Yeah, I can see they she definitely started something and mom comes out of nowhere. Yeah, that's the brother trying to keep everybody separate. Everybody's separate. She goes and she just runs up and [Music] they were already [Music] Where's the song? You see? Oh, you mean that's a brother, but he tried to get brother's trying to get separate. Separate everything. My brother's going to take us with the kid. All right. So, mom and daughter's going to go then. The officers carefully listened to everything the woman said and then spoke with security, but the question is who actually started the whole mess. Security informed the officers that surveillance footage was available to confirm the sequence of events. He went inside. All right, we'll go ahead and explain it to you guys. Okay. So, based off the video footage we have here as well as the witnesses that we have as well, both y'all are going to be placed under arrest today. Wait, wait, wait. Can I like can I let somebody get my child out first? You can watch for the time being and then you can make those arrangements. Okay. Video footage. All right. So, both y'all be placed in under arrest for uh for that. Both y'all stories sides of it will be also included in the report. Just so you guys know. Will be reluctant, but she won't. But as of right now, based off the physical evidence that we have as well as the witness statements we have, she came at her and that's So the issue came that unfortunately, man, when you when you threw the drink at her, that started the whole commotion. All right. But she was already fussing and cussing and going fussing. Fussing fussing and cussing doesn't mean I can throw anything and start a fight. Yeah. We're not going to wrestle by just for them having an argument, right? Just when the things start to be physical, which is wrong. Well, can I just uh No, ma'am. No, because there was a choice made as well to enter that fight, which you did. Why? Because I saw my daughter and I put I sure did. I get that. I'm going to defend my child. I get that aspect of it. However, just like you would defend yours, right? But there is still consequences for that side. You can't do that. just like throw a drink on the train. Yeah. So, we're going to hold off because we don't want to do anything in front of little man here. Okay. So, that's why we're going to hold off right now until we can get him situated. All right. No problem. Y'all can understand somebody. That's not That's violation, right? Yeah. Oh, I get it. But, you know, again, it's all good. It doesn't matter. Did you get his info? So, uh, he's going to take a picture of your neck really quick or your chest. Can anything that you have right now? Take your shirt. All right. So, we reviewed the video footage. U we see that she does throw a drink at you and then mom comes up and tries to tackle you and attack you. They're both going to be placed into custody. Okay. Yes. Um we'll get you a case number here in just a second. Okay. Um but one thing I suggest when I was checking for the weapon, I saw the pill bottles with the plastic baggies and pills in the Make sure you're carrying the pills in the proper container. Okay. I know they're just Tylenol, but for us, when we see a plastic bag inside a prescription bottle, it gives off the wrong side. All right. We thought it was narcotic. So, make sure you put him in the right container. If it's Tylenol, just put in the time offer. Yes, sir. After reviewing the footage, officers confirmed that the daughter had thrown a drink at the other woman, initiating the fight, and that the mother later joined in. Officers took photos of the victim's injuries, and the child was released to her brother, who worked at the mall. I think the security cameras were probably shaking their heads in disbelief. All right, hang tight. We'll get you a case number and um you'll be summoned to court if you want to go to court. All right. Uh I think it's going to be like February 8th or something like that. So So she wants press charges. So we're going to do simple assault on the corner right here just so he can't see. All right. Right there's good. All right. Do do this favor. Turn around for us. Can we not do this in front of her? No, I'm not saying that she like ma'am. Would you like to take those braces off and give those to him? Okay. Yeah, they were dropping. So, just give you guys some more information. They are going to put a criminal trespass ban against you guys as well. Y'all can no longer return a permanent ball. All right. They're asking us to do that. So, you'll make sure that's taken care of. I said that's my daughter. Let me explain explain to you about it. Sorry, I just don't want to explain stuff to people as strangers and stuff like that. But sometimes y'all can be rude. But it's okay. We're not trying to be rude. We just want to protect you too cuz I don't want to be spreading your news if that lady don't know y'all and all of a sudden she coming up trying to film or something like that. Yeah. Huh. Uh we have two decisions to make. We're either going to cite you guys for disorderly conduct and book you in on that through the city cuz that includes our fighting clause or we might do simple assault which is warrants for misdemeanor. All right. Misdemeanor. Simple assault. Simple simple assault or something. Both of them. For both of them. Go ahead. Get my baby shoes. Okay. Can I ask you just go ahead and leave for the day? Leave primit cuz I listen. I know he still works here. He's still going to be here. I don't want anything to escalate. There's there's some other stores around the corner. Maybe get you taken care of, but I don't want you to go in here and something else escalate and you get hurt and somebody else get hurt. Huh? You're down there. All right.
