on August 3rd 2024 officers responded to a disturbance call at a hotel after a woman Jessica repeatedly pressed the emergency button Hotel staff reported that she had been acting erratically since the previous night drinking excessively returning after being asked to leave and making claims of stolen money dude it's a joke the officer then arrived at a location where management explained that an individual had been behaving erratically since the previous day earlier that morning the individual was barefoot taking food from the Continental section pressing the emergency button without responding to staff led to a call for law enforcement an officer approached the room asking if everything was fine the individual denied pressing the emergency button claiming the phone was broken the radio I was like uhoh what what happened [Music] you had one that was that was hilarious she would only pick up my boobs when there were the steel toes and she would grab the boot and she would try to chew on it and I let her try to chew on it what she wanted and one time she got she got got y yeah my my favorite dog has always been the Press canar I had one she was 155 which was like this I like them like this small like that yeah yeah it's teacup Pomeranian you going to push it around in a little stroller too yeah I'd much rather that be that person you need to take a video of that and post all right so we have Miss Jessica stas who's been with us since yesterday she's just had a lot of erratic Behavior yesterday she was drinking at the rooftop getting really intoxicated we asked her to leave kep coming back three times um then she claimed that the guy that she's with stole $30,000 from her wanted immediate attention for that um this morning was walking bare fot grabbing pastries off the Continental thing so long story short we're going to kick her out this morning she was clicking the emergency button so I was answering it trying to figure out what happened what the emergency is she wouldn't answer me which is why I called you guys so we're going to go see what the emergency is and then we're going to ask her to leave do we want her out just in general I just want her out okay so we're not doing a trespass no let's do a trespass okay let's do a trespass okay thank you I'm going to just speak first just H management hello hi you pressed the emergency button so I wanted to come and see if you were okay oh yeah we're great thanks do you mind opening the door for me I didn't know I press emerc you're okay but anytime somebody presses that I have to enter the room what button we press the emergency button on the phone I so I had two people up here trying to help me figure out the phone's broken okay I have to enter though to make sure the room is is okay and that you're okay if the emergency button is pressed the officer explained that entering the room was necessary for verification the individual mentioned calling emergency services for a grandmother in another city the officer noticed smoking on the Terrace which was not allowed management decided to remove the individual from the property without charging for the night packing up was requested within 20 minutes the individual asked to pay a smoking fee instead but was denied a bell cart was offered for luggage please do thank you do we know she has a car here or Uber or I don't know what button is that so you press the emergency there's a button that says emergency on the phone what's partner good morning good how you doing we better I'm trying to get touch with I I called emergency on my mother in Orlando oh okay so you actually dial emergency from here yeah but they connected me to Orlando my grandmother's in trouble oh no okay from our side just looking around a little bit it looks like you're smoking on the Terrace which we don't allow smoking in our property so we're going to have to ask you to leave today we're not going to charge you for tonight or anything like that but we're not going to be able to keep you for another night so we're going to have to ask you to leave are we able to pack everything up within the next like 30 actually 15 20 minutes seriously yeah I'm serious we pay for TS can we just pay for smoking fee no unfortunately it doesn't work that way so I'll step out I'm going to give you guys a chance to kind of get things going I'll get a bell packing up no okay all right thank you I'll just right you're welcome the officer stepped outside allowing time for packing the individual insisted on privacy while dressing refusing to leave the officer clarified that staying inside was not an option a demand to wait outside was met with resistance the officer warned that refusal to comply would result in arrest the individual sh shouted obscenities arguing about rights and payment another person in the room was identified and his name was requested you leave now you're not going to watch me dress and all that yeah we'll step outside and you can put something on but then we're going to come and make sure that everything gets packed up and go while we we paid for our room to right so go outside you're going to pack because we're to leave but you're gonna step outside you're not going to be here while right well we she she'll get here so she can she can watch you put a shirt on listen ma'am let me let me explain something going watch any of this let me explain something okay you're being removed you're going to be trespassed I understand going you wait outside while the ens we have 30 minutes all we did was Smoke outside [ warned about an arrest more shouting and insults followed the individual claimed to be an investigative reporter and mentioned trying to save a grandmother an offer was made to help with a suitcase another argument began with accusations of officers having no right to intervene the officer repeated instructions but compliance did not follow the individual claimed to have purchased a substance legally at a gas station and offered it to officers when questioned the individual joked about it the officer remained firm noting the substance was illegal in that City and we didn't do a goddamn thing wrong and you're in my room and you have no business it's a room I rented so it's my room right now I paid for it so it is you can say right there you can say right there unbelievable good thing continued the officer dismissed the argument stating the situation was already determined before entering the officer questioned if anything was being concealed after securing the area a picture was taken the officer expressed frustration noting this was not an enjoyable task responding to emergency calls was necessary when guests caused disturbances I for two minutes I didn't smoke no waiting
