for the away for I just here are three intense moments when shoplifters get caught starting with these two sisters clearly you guys just pulled her out of a bathroom and [ __ ] so clearly she was stealing I'm not Ste I'm pay for right now on May 30th 2023 police officers were called to a Walmart store after a shoplifting incident involving two women accompanied by a child who were caught on CCTV cameras one woman identified as the primary suspect was seen stealing items while the other acted as a lookout the suspect later entered the restroom to hide the stolen goods that's her right that right so is it just her or is it both of them that's only her her friend that's her friend okay so she's not still technically she's part of she um they have drawers she popped one of the drawers apart stacked them to so it looks like there's one but it's actually two stacked on top yeah they're together they got a kid with them that's a crazy thing do we know if they came in a car or do they have like a lookout do we know she was the lookout the friend was the lookout which way are they going they're going the other way going to the bathroom to the rest after reviewing the CCTV footage officers prepared to arrest the black woman however when they confronted her the situation escalated as she attempted to resist arrest so we're good on the on the black female yeah let's go gra Bo and idea why she was being arrested however she soon admitted it was because her friend had been stealing shortly after her demeanor sh shed dramatically and she broke down in tears cuz like I already feel like I need to go to the hospital I don't feel well you guys got me jittery I'm 4 months pregnant no let me out of these handcuffs now that's not going to happen I have a daughter I need to get the case of a serial shoplifter who attempted to escape from the police on August 16th 2023 Kent police officers responded to a report of a known shoplifter at Target as she exited the building officers approached her leading to a series of unexpected events so you're identified as somebody from this today you were seen for a while Poss concealing items to include clothing jewelry some other items check out and they wanted me to get you identify so that they Canute you for the other incidents and they wanted to know if you concealed any other items would you be willing to to open up your Pur so I can see you didn't conceal anything so there's items with Target tags on those I came in here with that what's that I came in here with that and just you our body cams are on so you're being recorded she has what looks like a underwear or some sort of under yes I saw like an underwear jewelry and like a pair of shoes I don't have no shoes shoes about the jewelry this so every single one of those things has tags on them and when they go back that's a lot of jewelry you can have this you have it that's what I saw sorry I'm not going to go to go please at that moment the woman realized she had been caught she tried to escape and took off running she didn't know that running would only make things worse so right now you're under arrest for fact what first I just off me stop no get possession of stolen property resisting arrest and drug possession additionally she was permanently trespassed from all Target locations for such a small crime things escalated quickly but what happens when thieves take it to the next level in this case an employee began stealing huge amounts from her workplace during an audit the business owner was told that over $225,000 had gone missing and was unaccounted for around the same time one of the employees had purchased a new car and was frequently coming into work with new designer bags and clothes it didn't take a genius to figure out certain amount of dollars very identifying marks on that that and you were the only person in the store okay so she also has the receipts of the opening of when the drawer was open what exact time where we're at right now is uh I can't I can't promise you anything but for me and I'm sure also for our same thing honestly is the best policy okay so could you tell us anything about that I did do it I'm having some issues with money right now the arrest was easier than the cops anticipated the managers had gathered strong evidence including Mark bills found in the girl's possession realizing she'd been caught the girl knew there was no Escape but still tried to explain herself um I just like bought off a new car so I haven't been working lately um I will end to that so was it just today or has it been in the it was today and then I've done it in the past before but never like large amounts how much would you say probably like to the b 300 maybe was the most beforehand it's in my bag need the serial numbers the bills in her purse matched both the markings and serial numbers recorded by the manager the evidence collected by the manager showed that over $22,000 had disappeared and with the girl's extravagant purchases that year it seemed accurate you want to press charges yes I do because I added it up it's ,000 that's been going on you're breaking my freaking heart I have a documentation in my car I wasn't prepared to turn it over cuz I was trying to roll it out but I'll show you what I Was preparing for my insurance company okay it's it's well over what she has here I was hoping she would show it all what you took this morning and you didn't so no I that's not make it that's make it not contentious you can just look at all of it you can have it um and that 22,000 doesn't calculate I came in cuz I was planning on just interviewing her right she was not originally who I thought it was going to be I was very shocked I I got it down to just I rolled out everybody but her and another girl and I actually just thought was the other girl to be honest I'm not going to lie to you but now looking at all this evidence and the time clocks when she was here it all lines
