smell it uh if there's nothing in obviously if there's nothing in here and we don't find anything we'll let you guys go and go do your thing all right but do you guys mind stepping out of the car for him for me um no no sir because I don't understand why you would need to go to that level when I'm just trying to go to my sister's house I don't even do that and last time I checked to be honest you guys can't do that off the smell yes and you have if we have the smell and you don't have a medical marijuana car we have right to search your vehicle what are you what are you talking so we're going to ask you again to get out of the car nicely and then if I have to say it again I'm going to rip you out that damn window those are your options why are you being so aggressive I'm not cuz we're already I'm already asking you once and he's already asked you once just get out of the vehicle yeah obviously because I don't understand they're telling me vehicle smells like you for no reason talking about oh if you have your medical marijuana they want to search my car every I don't understand why I'm just trying it's already late it's already 9: I'm already late to where I got to go now they're talking about it all for a headlight when I didn't even know it was that I went to the oil today they even did the check of all of it didn't even say anything so I thought I was on my clear so I don't I I don't understand why you're going to this power step sir I really don't because we can because you can yes can I talk to your supervisor can you get out of the car if you can get out stand a vagina so you guys want to search me give me try me don't check me you get a female detective cuz I'm not now yeah I don't give a to cop someone better than you because you're violating my rights sir especially you this sir right here nice this sir right here nice you a dick got you thank you stupid I'm just going to search your pockets not going to go anywhere near anything else all right I'm checking this back one all this for a headlight out could have gone if I was white would you guys gave me away with a warning because I didn't know my light was out that's funny funny just do her a front pouch on her sweatshirt all right just turn it slightly for me just went through the dryer you smell fabric all right going to put you in the back of my car all right sir can I please not because you guys did this last time we doing through this and you guys are just going to put me in there forever we're not going to put you in there forever come on come on all right F bro I'm tired of this [ __ ] sit don't throw yourself in just just shut the door and leave me alone thing out here yeah you wanted to supervisor yes sir for what oh why do they have a right to search my car drag me out of my car open my door when I I was did you comply with their instructions sir I asked did you comply with their instructions I asked them why I'm asking you did you comply with their orders I was asking them why telling them it didn't make sense so well here's the deal you're under arrest you tell it to the judge during a vehicle search deputies found a teal bucket in the glove compartment inside were three items a large ziplock bag containing a green leafy substance a bag labeled space cubes sour apple gummies with 20 gummies and 4 G of psilocybin and a bag of Cheetos crunchy marked as containing 700 mg of THC however testing showed that none of the items exceeded the legal THC content limit you have the right to remain silent anything you say can be used against you in court you have the right to talk to a lawyer for advice before we ask you before we ask you any questions to have and to have him or her with you during questioning if you cannot afford one one will be appointed to you before any questioning if you wish if you decide to answer questions without a lawyer present you will still have the right to stop answering at any time you also have the right to stop answering at any time until you talk talk to a lawyer do you understand these rights as I explained them to you yes yes okay with these rights are M are you willing to talk to me yes sir say that again yes sir okay so upon my search in the glove compartment I found marijuana did it test yes did she say no she said yes oh she said yes so I found marijuana and I found the gummies so my question are those yours no sir are they hers no sir no okay at any point during the day cuz you said it's your mom's car as well you said you're not sure she you said she smokes sometimes yeah okay so at no point did you guys look in in the glove box or anything like that when you took it from your mom no sir I I no no sir I couldn't even find the registration and insurance I haven't even been in that glove comp yet okay you talking about the the middle or or the one in the passenger in front of the passenger seat front of the passenger SE in the front of the passenger seat on this side no no no sir they were getting the registration that they go inside the I didn't see it no I saw it just in the middle you have any questions so that means I'm getting arrested for all this stuff well if we can't put it on anyone it goes on both no you you already know how that's going to go then cuz you know I'm not going to want her to go so it's none of ours and I'm that's your answer that's your answer I don't want you to change it now you already told me once don't change it and tell me something else [Applause] so I don't understand if if if it's none of ours how are you going to take both of us like if you get both of me on the car possession possession for both of you it's it's she's not a part of my family so that how does that make sense it's it's my mom's car and mine so it's my fault it's not her fault okay it wouldn't be her fault at all you smoke yeah but not not enough to go outside and get me in trouble not for this that's it's my mom's car and it's not my [ __ ] you're saying gummies what what is this Edibles or yeah Edibles have you ever had those before no sir I might have tried it when I was younger but I that's not a regular thing for me I work all the time I don't what was the last time you tried one of those smoking or edible edible hon like I'm being honest I can't even think uh last New Year's I think no like what 20 2021 yeah so last New Year you been arrested before yeah for for this wait was that even arrest yeah for actually driving on a suspended but I graduated with a 4.1 GP I this was the year that we came back from Corona and there was something I only had gym classes cuz I've been like I I did all my like I was all my p's and q's and [ __ ] and so I only had gym classes and I guess they would make us have to like log in for attendance online every morning and I wasn't doing that so they were saying I wasn't going to school then they suspended my license and and then I just got yeah in trouble for that and then my brothers were with me and then my mom and just the whole [ __ ] situation again kind of have you ever been arrested before arrest yes sir just that no sir okay so you only got arrested one time for
