We have a tasing, a Karen arrested in the middle of a lake, and on top of that, we have a spoiled brat who threw a shirt full of piss at a police officer. Without further ado, let's get started. >> Hey, why are you assaulting me? >> I didn't assault you. >> You assaulted me. >> Put your hands behind >> Put your hands behind your >> The [ __ ] up! >> You [ __ ] >> The [ __ ] you doing? >> [ __ ] [ __ ] >> Get down on the ground. >> Get down on the ground [screaming] now! >> On the ground. >> We're pulling up. >> What you're seeing here is a triple tasing. Now, you have three officers that are zapping him at the same time, and he's still standing. Let's take a look at another angle. >> Dude, why are you assaulting me? >> I didn't assault you. >> You assaulted me. >> Hands behind your back. >> The [ __ ] up! >> You [ __ ] >> The [ __ ] you >> [ __ ] [ __ ] >> Get down on the ground. >> Get down on the ground [screaming] now! >> Get down on the ground. Get down on the ground. >> Do what? >> What the [ __ ] did I guy Get on the ground now. >> Get [screaming] on the ground. On the ground now. Get on the ground now. >> Do it. >> On the ground, man. >> Do it, [ __ ] Get on the [screaming] ground now. >> [ __ ] >> Get back. Get down on the ground. >> 34 dispatch, taser deployed. >> Turn around. Turn around. >> It is like >> One effective. >> [ __ ] [ __ ] >> Hand Interlace your fingers. Interlace your fingers. >> You [ __ ] break my Violated my civil rights. >> That's nice. >> Which car? >> Uh, got this >> 10-20 at the call. >> 34 dispatch, he sucker punched me in the face. I don't think I have any injuries. >> I sucker punched you? What in the [ __ ] are you talking about? You [ __ ] attacked me. >> Just relax. >> You [ __ ] attacked me. Sucker punch. >> Here's all the info. >> You got any weapons on you? >> No. I'm in [ __ ] sandals. >> Hey, careful leaning back, my my guy, all right? You got those prongs in there. We're going to get them out for prongs. You got those taser prongs in your back, so careful when you lean back. >> All right, so he got charged with battery on Leo and resisting, and the judge sentenced him to 12 months of probation and anger management classes, I guess, for good measures. Now, let's move on to the next body cam. >> Recording. >> I'm recording it right now. Go kind of go close to her, see what's what's going on there. It's a really weird place to rest. >> I was thinking the same thing. >> How you doing, ma'am? You doing okay? >> Yeah. >> I'm serving as a fish and wildlife. What was that? >> I'm almost >> You're almost where? >> There. >> Yeah, we're just uh doing a quick uh inspection. Do you have a life jacket on you? >> I don't. >> You don't have a life jacket. Can you paddle over here for me? You got your paddles backwards a little bit. I don't know if you noticed that. You probably get get a better bite in the water if you flipped them around. >> Can I just get to the >> The shore? You feeling okay? >> Yeah. >> Okay. We're going to pull up next to you. I'll let you grab onto here, okay? How long you been out today? >> Oh, too long. >> Too long? >> Too long. >> Are you with anybody? >> Myself. >> Just yourself? >> Apparently. >> You said apparently. Is anybody else in your party with you? >> Not not that I know of. >> No? All right, ma'am. Can you do me a favor and stand up for me and come over to the side of my boat? It's real shallow here, okay? You need help? Whoop. Good. Go ahead and try to stand up for me right there. >> Okay. Okay. >> So, you're in real shallow water. It's about 2 3 in deep here. Right? You should just be able to stand stand up in the sand. Don't try to stand on the boat. You're going to fall, okay? Can you stand in the sand? >> So, this is going to be one of the very rare videos where I don't really agree with the cops because clearly she was in distress. She's completely plastered in the middle of the lake with a kayak and she was clearly a danger to herself. Now, I don't think she's a danger to others and I thought that DUI and BUI laws only applied to motor vehicles. Well, it turns out I was wrong. >> Oh, yeah. Okay. Can you hold >> Here, put this down like this. You can use it as like a There you go. Okay? All right. Then there's nothing under your seat, no ID or anything like that? Nothing under your seat? >> think so. >> What's that? >> Just a beer. >> Just a beer? Okay. All right. Well, can you uh come over here for me, please? What's your name? Uh Katie? Do you mind stepping up? You feeling okay? All right. Let me get some information from you, okay? Just need your uh your name and where you're from. Let me get a piece of paper out, okay? >> Okay. >> Okay. >> So many freckles. >> What was that? >> I have so many freckles. >> Yeah. Is that it that Is that normal or >> No. >> No, it's not normal to have freckles? >> I'm It's so [ __ ] bright out here. >> It It's uh it is kind of bright, but the sun's behind some some haze right now. It's not too bright. I don't I'm not wearing my glasses. Um I got a lot of freckles, too, so So, I'm smelling some alcohol coming off your breath. Have you had >> I'm drunk as a skunk. >> Drunk as a skunk. >> you I'm drunk as a skunk. >> Okay. And you're not here with anybody. You said that you I kind of got mixed signals there. >> I had I had friends, but don't know where they are. >> You don't know where they are. Do you know their phone numbers? >> I do. >> You do know their phone numbers? You done with that piece of paper? So, I'm seeing you You told me you've been drinking. Um >> drinking. this >> How long have you been out? >> Hey. Too long. >> Too long? All right. >> Thank you. What is it? How does What What happens now? >> What happens now? So, I pulled you over. You remember where I first pulled you over? You were going under the bridge there. That's a That's a pretty busy channel. So, what it says here is that you cannot legally operate a kayak while drunk in Florida. Under Florida law, it is illegal to operate any including non-motorized ones like kayak, canoes, and rowboats while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. So, I would understand a jet ski because you can definitely harm people, but with a kayak, I don't see how she could harm anyone else but herself. And that seems to be the purpose behind DUI laws, right? Because if you're getting drunk, you're getting behind the wheel, you could harm others, and that's why it's illegal because we want to protect other people from the drunk driver. But in this case, there's not that danger factor for other people. So, I don't understand why the law is like that, but let's keep watching, and I'm really curious to see what you guys have to say about this in the comment section. >> We're done with the that part, okay? When I say right, you must touch your right index finger to your nose. When I say left, you must touch the left index finger to your nose. Do you understand? You may begin. Okay, you got to tilt your head back and close your eyes. Remember, lean forward again. You're lean You're leaning up against the back rest here, okay? Close your eyes. Tilt your head back at a 45° angle and close your eyes. Not yet. Put your Put your hands back down. I'm going to tell you which finger to use, okay? So, scoot up to the front of your edge of your seat. There you go. All right, don't lean back on anything. Tilt your head back at a 45° angle and close your eyes. Keep Keep your eyes closed. Okay, you can relax. All right, keep your feet flat on the floor for me, all right? Try not to lean up against the the thing. All right. So, I need you to make a fist with both hands, place your left fist against your chest, your right fist against your left fist, just like that. I need you to remain in that position till I explain the rest of the test. Do you understand? Okay? When I say begin, you must perform four tasks. The first task is to count out loud from one to four while you move your fists in a step-like fashion, making contact between your fists at each step. It'll look like this. One, two, three, four. Not yet. Don't start until I tell you to. The second task is to memorize the positions of your fists after you count to four. Clap your hands three times and return your fists to the memorized positions. Third task is to move your fists in a step-like fashion in reverse order, counting out loud from five to eight, returning your left fist to your chest. Fourth task is to open your hands palms down and place them in your lap. >> So, I've never heard of this particular FST before. It's quite unusual, and I could see how someone that is 100% sober and has a very good memory could ace it, but with someone that's drunk, there's no chance whatsoever. These instructions are a lot longer and are a lot more complicated than the walk and turn test. So, she has no chance whatsoever to complete this. >> Are you ready? >> I'm not ready. >> No. >> Yes. >> Do you understand what I said? >> what you said. >> Okay, you may begin. >> That's really good. And then, I forgot what happens next. What was the next >> I I can't help you. You got to All right. >> I I failed. >> You what? >> I failed. >> It's not a pass or fail. So, do you have somebody that that we can call that knows you're here? >> I'm in [ __ ] Dawson. I don't even know where I am. >> You don't You're in So, you're in You're in Destin, Florida right now, okay? So, I need you to stand up. All right? You know exactly where you're at? >> I don't. >> Okay. I need you to stand up. I need you to place your hands behind your back, okay? >> I know. Don't. >> No. Put your hands behind your back, okay? I'm going to explain it to you. You're under arrest for boating under the influence, all right? I'm going to get a life jacket for you so you can sit down so I don't have to worry about you falling in the water, all right? You okay? Go ahead and take it or is this Yeah. All right. Go ahead and take a seat for me here. Do you remember where you rented the pontoon or the the >> Not mine. >> kayak? It's not yours? >> Not mine. >> Okay. Did you rent it or is it a friend's? It's a friend's? I'm going to put this around your neck. >> So, I guess they're treating this just like a regular DUI or BUI and now they are going to bring her to the police station to do the breath test. Now, I would assume that she's at above 0.2 because she is completely smashed. >> But, I wasn't driving. I was only boating. >> You were only boating. >> I was okay then. >> You got to keep blowing. You got to blow blow blow for a couple seconds. About 5 seconds. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Try it again. Take a deep breath. Keep blowing till I stop. Don't let me say stop. Keep that tone up. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. That's good. Keep going. Keep going. Almost there. Almost there. All right. Stop there. >> Why does it matter? >> It's just It's just how it It didn't It didn't take that? >> No. >> And we're going to trade out the handcuffs, okay? >> So, I don't know if her sample wasn't enough, but they didn't tell her what her blood alcohol content level is. That's too bad cuz I am very curious. Now, she was charged just as if she was driving a boat or a car with a full-blown BUI. I don't know if I really agree with this because she wasn't putting anyone in harm's way, but it is what it is. Now, let's move on to the final body cam. >> It's my own. Oh, it wasn't her. It was her people that banged. I don't know. >> Who are you fighting with? >> I was walking away. Oh, you talking about really, bro? I'm just trying to The verbal assault and trauma I got >> So, you weren't fighting anybody again? >> No, I'm good. I'm good. >> You good? You don't need us for anything? You don't need EMS? >> Maybe she do. I don't know. Damn, bro. >> My boyfriend and whatever I guess. >> All right, she said she's fighting with >> You're You're fighting with him? >> Why do I have to tell you everything? I'm out of it like that. I don't know. >> What what apartment is this happening in? >> I don't know. I don't >> You're okay. She hit me. Help. >> Does anyone see people fighting up here? >> Fighting? >> Yeah. >> No. >> What's going on? >> Yeah, he's just a police. >> Yeah, we keep getting calls. You You guys good? Yeah. You guys don't need us for anything? >> No. >> No, they're great. They're great. I was just going to go over to the other room. >> Why don't you go back down to the first floor so you don't fall? >> No, I ain't going down to the first floor. >> Your boobs are hanging out. >> So, this lady's papayas are literally falling out of her grocery bags and you might ask yourself, well, why are her oranges out? And this is why, it's because the shirt she was wearing is now full of piss. You heard that right. How did urine manage to get its way to the shirt that is on her chest? I have no clue whatsoever and I don't even think I really want to know. Now, when it comes to her mangoes, I think she should put them back where they belong because she could even get charged with indecent exposure. >> Back up. Back up. We are Go for a walk. >> Okay. >> It's a little something right now. They'll take you home. We'll just pay for your little >> Can somebody grab it for us? >> I have no carrier over here. >> Where's the shoes? >> What What apartment is she living in? >> No apartment. >> I'm sorry. >> Call on false. >> What? >> Call on false. >> steals in the falls? >> Yes. >> Where's the other person at? >> I have no apartment over here. >> Wait, wait, wait. >> So >> Before it gets too loud >> Put your shirt on. >> I paid for a lift. >> Thank you. >> You know we're going to go home at the same time. She's good, but she >> So you want me to put this [ __ ] on? >> Bro, get up. >> It's wet as [ __ ] >> You pissed me >> Where's the other Where's the other person at? >> What? What's going on? >> I just want you I'm not going to sing you over the door. >> No, he's doing this whole [ __ ] >> Why are you sweating so much? >> The worst >> Did you see him sweating? >> The worst >> You need to see him in the back. What? >> They're in the party. >> They live upstairs. I'm going >> That's all I'm saying. >> I know it's all rent for my life. That's what I'm saying. I just came out of my house you all saw me. >> I know I saw Did you hear what was going on? >> No, they're just they're all crazy. I can tell you that. >> I don't know. I don't know about that, but All I know Are you involved in it? >> No. He involved. I had a Uber. He involved. >> I don't know about none of this, but all I know is that I heard drunk kids. >> My I had a >> I'm going to sit here, man. >> I'm here. >> We got to figure out what's going on. This is the second time we're here over a fight. I don't 15-year-olds don't fight. >> No. >> I don't know. >> No. >> So we got to figure this out. >> [ __ ] >> Hey. >> What she just did right there is that she threw her shirt that was full of piss on the police officer. And that is probably one of the grossest things I have ever seen in a body cam. I mean, lady, how unbelievably nasty are you? She should be charged with discharging a chemical weapon on someone cuz that is disgusting. >> No. That was stupid. >> That was stupid. >> She is. I got her. >> Get off. Come on. Come on. >> You done. >> You definitely not going to hit >> You don't throw things at officers. No, stop. That's a easy way to catch a charge. >> All right. Stop moving. >> Stop. You can put her in the back of the car. It's fine. Why Why would you think that's okay, man? >> I don't care. >> You want to search her? >> Go ahead. Search me. >> You have anything on you? >> [ __ ] on me. Ha ha. Search me. >> What? >> I'm putting the gloves on. Yeah. Ha ha, yeah. Search me. >> Hey ma'am, stop. >> no. No, you Go ahead. Go ahead. >> I'm going to double lock these cuffs, all right? >> The hell you what? >> No. So, in the end, even though she threw a piss shirt at a police officer, she was only charged with disorderly conduct. Now, that's it for the video. Thank you so much for watching. Don't forget to subscribe, and I'll see you guys on the next one.
