on Saturday morning a routine traffic stop in Lake County Florida led to the shocking arrest of one of the FBI's 10 most wanted fugitives Donald Eugene Fields thei was arrested by Lady Lake police after he was pulled over at 9:15 a.m. at US Highway 27/441 at Rolling Acres Road the officer noticed that the license plate on the vehicle Fields was driving did not match the vehicle and the registration sticker was also suspicious further investigation revealed that fields's ID had expired 2 years ago and belonged to another person who looked similar to him but was a decade younger FBI resident agent Greg freder Rico praised the officers involved saying the situation could have been different but the officers handled it professionally and bravely and their instincts paid off lady L
