Come on out to the roadway here. So, we're on a we're on a flat surface. I'm sorry. No problem. Can you turn with me? Pull your glasses down. Oh, sorry. I'm sure you guys saw that she can barely stand straight. It's unbelievable to think that she was actually behind the wheel in charge of a 2,000 lb car that can end someone's life in a second. It's pretty scary to think that there's people like that on the road. Do you have anything any uh medical issues or anything that affect your eyes? Right. I want you to take a look at the tip of my pen. Sure. Okay. And just follow it with your eyes. Don't move your head. Okay. Okay. 2723 in the area. [Applause] Keep looking. I'm going to explain explain the uh and demonstrate the test and then um and then we'll go from there. Okay. Okay. All right. You understand so far? Yep. Okay. So, what you're going to do from that position, you're going to take nine heel to toe steps going forward, counting out loud. One, two, three, so on and so forth. When you get to step nine, you're going to take a series. You're going to leave your front foot forward. Take a series of small steps. Turn around. Take nine heel to toe steps back. One, two, three. Until you get to nine. You can keep your hands down at your side. Look down at your feet and count the numbers out loud. Nine going down. Nine coming back. Okay. Okay. You understand the instructions? Yes. You may be good. [Applause] Sorry. It's okay. Okay. Did you hit nine yet? I mean, look at this. She's so drunk. It's almost cartoonish. Anyways, someone like that. I don't even know why they're bothering to do the test. There's so much evidence against her already, but I guess it's just a formality. No, it's okay. You want to take you want to take nice steps coming back. You okay? Okay. All right. Stop. All right. The next test we're going to do is the one leg stand. Okay. Okay. What you're going to do is you're going to stand with your hands at your side, your feet together just like you do. Now, don't start the test until I tell you to do so. Don't start until I tell you to do so. What you're going to do is you're going to lift any any foot of your choice up approximately 6 in off the ground. Okay? You're going to keep your foot parallel to the ground like that. You're going to look down at your toe. Don't start until I tell you. It's okay. Sorry. You look down at your toe and you're going to count 1,00 1,002 1. So on and so forth until I tell you to stop. Okay? So again, just to recap, you're going to have your hands down at your side, feet together, pick one leg up, any leg your your choice, up six inches off the ground. Count 10,00 1, 10,002, all the way uh until I tell you to stop. I'm going to I'm going to time it in just one second. All right, you may begin. Forget to count them out loud. Remember your hands down your side. Sorry. It's okay. Okay, you can stop. 13 fixing of the location. How far how far out is uh your husband? Um he's at working. So like 45 minutes. Okay. Good morning. How you doing? All right. So, uh, I mean that's just just not, you know, beating it. Being honest with you. So, I mean, how much has you had to drink? I don't know. All right. What What did you drink? Okay. Sorry. That's Look, it's We're just doing our job. So, no, I know you are. All right. So this time we have to play channel a guy. Yeah. Sorry. Do you want to back my car? 1330. Can I have one female custody? Yep. Do you have anything in your pocket for anything? [Applause] I'm going to do a light search. I'll be okay. Back [Applause] land. Go around to the other side. Go around to the other side cuz there's sun's right here. I'll be right clear. [Applause] Sorry. I know. That's okay. [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] All right. So, if you watch the channel often, you know that in New Jersey, driving drunk is not considered a crime. It is considered a traffic infraction. So, she received eight charges. Operating under the influence. reckless driving, careless driving, traffic on marked lanes, open container, driving with an expired license, as well. She was charged with endangering a child, and cruelty and neglect of children. So, her case is still pending because this just happened a couple weeks ago. But, there is something redeeming about all this, and I'm pretty sure you've noticed already, but I'm going to show you the footage at the jail. And there is something that she is not doing that others in her situation have done. Let me know if you know what I'm talking about in the comment section. Jason, what's his last name? C A R T Yard. Can you please call the chief? The admin has been notified. Heat. Heat. [Music] So obviously I think that what this woman did was disgusting, but the one redeeming quality is that she did not try to use her position of power to get a preferential treatment. At no point did she say, "I'm the mayor. Please don't do this. I'm the mayor." And honestly, that's surprising because usually people in that position always try to get preferential treatment like the next case we're about to watch. Honestly, this is the most disgusting body cam video I have ever seen in my life. The sheer entitlement that is coming out of this district attorney is utterly disgusting. And the worst part is that it worked. Take a look at this. In Rochester, New York, Sandra Durley now facing growing calls to resign and is now under investigation after she threw a temper tantrum when police tried to stop her for speeding. Sorry, I'm the DA. I was going 55 coming from her. 55 and a 35. I don't really care. Okay. So, you can call Can you come? Can you please come over here? You're on a This is on a traffic stop, ma'am. Yes, it is. You can call Dennis Cole Meer right now. Okay. I'm telling you why I stopped you. You didn't stop at all. Did you not hear my lights or sirens or anything? No, I didn't actually. I was on the phone. Okay. Well, you're not supposed to be on the phone while you're driving either. Yes, I am. With the handsfree. Absolutely. Okay. Why are you so upset at me? I'm doing my job. You You just admitted to me that you were going 55 and a 35 on Phillips Road. To leave me alone. Officer Chris Fully. Chris Fully, can you stay over here, ma'am? You're This is a traffic This is This is a legal traffic stop. Do you have your ID? No, it's in my purse here. You have your purse right there? No, this is my lunch. Would you talk to your talk to Dennis? This is ridiculous. Just go away. Hello, sir. Good. Ma'am, can you please stay at the back? This is a Ma'am, this is legal traffic stop. Can you please stay over here? No. Hey, baby. Get your little guy out of here. Sir, I stopped her for going 55 and a 35 on Phillips Road. On Philips Road. And she failed to stop. She drove all the way back home and parked in her garage. And now she's not she's not complying with any of my commands. Ma'am, do not go inside. Oh my god. Ma'am, come outside. You can't just go inside. This is a traffic stop. Here's your phone back. I understand the law better than you. Would you 953? Can you have a supervisor come to the scene? No. Get out of my [ __ ] house. I don't know why. I don't know why you're acting like this towards me. Can you please go to the back of the vehicle? I'm not going to. I'm home. I was going I was okay. 50. I don't care if you got home. You were supposed to stop at Phillips Road when I pulled you over when my lights were initiated. I didn't know you were stopping me. There was lots of other people on the road. I was right behind you. Yeah, there were other people on the road, too. Okay. I was directly behind you. I'm not dealing with you right now. Can you please step over here? I'm not going to. What is the reason you're you're so against what I'm doing? I'm doing my job. You say you're a DA? I am the DA. Okay. Okay. Let me You hear that, ladies and gentlemen? She's not a DA. She's the DA. Anybody else that would be doing this right now would be in handcuffs on the ground and tased. She is not obeying the traffic stop. She's getting out of the car. Matter of fact, she got into her house. And the cop is scared to arrest her because he doesn't want to get fired. He is actually scared of her clout and her pull that she has with the local government, which is disgusting. and she knows she can use that and it's obviously working which is even worse. Let me get you my badge. I am the DA in of Monroe County. Just don't understand the hostility towards me. I'm doing my job. No, you're being [ __ ] How am I being an [ __ ] I am the DA of Monroe County. I understand that. But that doesn't give you a right to go 55 and a 35. And you even admitted to me that you went 50. I understand that, ma'am. I understand that. I don't You know what? If you give me a traffic ticket, that's fine. I'm the one who prosecutes it. Okay, just go ahead and do it. Go ahead. Go ahead. I just don't understand the hostility. I understand you're coming home from work. You're making And half the time I was on the phone with Dennis telling him, "Why are you pulling me over? You're not even supposed to be on the phone to begin with. You should know that." Oh. Oh. Oh. On handsree. Absolutely. You should know the law. Okay. If it is handsree, that's great. But at the end of the day, you're going 55 and a 35. That's 20 miles over the speed limit. Okay, you know what? That's fine. You know what I've been dealing with all day? Three murders in the city. And do you think I really care if I was going 20 miles over the speed limit? Okay, I'm just doing my job. If you pulled If you pulled over when you saw my lights, which obviously you did? I thought you were going somewhere else because I thought no one would ever pull a a black SUV if you ran my plates. I didn't run your plate. I just called your plate out. And then I'm following you because you're not stopping. So, I had to take the air from dispatch. Just please 953. You can have the air back. By the way, just come outside over here. No, I'm not going outside. Okay. I'm waiting for you just to leave. Well, I'm having a supervisor come cuz that's what my chief told me to do. Do you have your driver's license? I just showed you my driver. You show me your You show me your badge. Yeah. This is a 14-year-old having a seizure 200 East River Road. And I was just She's the DA. Yep, I know. And I was just trying to pull into my driveway. I was on the phone with Dennis Colemire saying, "Would you please tell the person who's following me that I'm almost home?" Ma'am, I understand you were going home, but I started my lights back at Phillips Road. Hey, on Philips Road. Yes, you did. And there are other cars. I was right behind you. Directly behind you at at the end. Go ahead. Like you want at the end of the day. Go ahead. If you want to write me a traffic ticket, that's okay. At the end of the day, at the end of the day, I was stopping you for speed. If you just had a really bad day. I've been dealing with And I get it. And I get it. We have bad days also, ma'am. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. We have bad days also. My license back. I'm going to just add it to the job real quick. At the end of the day, I was just making a traffic sound. Doing my job. What I was supposed to do. Well, fine. Thank you. Okay. So now supervisor's on his way and then we'll go from there. Supervisor's coming out here. Huh? Who? Sergeant Johnson. I understand you had like I get it. I We all have bad days at work. And I'm going to go in the house. Seriously, this is ridiculous. No, this is a traffic stop and I'm you out of everyone should know that if there's a legal traffic stop, which I have, I have the right to detain you until this is done. Then just write me the [ __ ] ticket. I really don't care. Okay. Well, then just hang out at the back of the car because I'm the one that's going to prosecute myself. You know what I'll do with the ticket? Okay, just come out here for me and just stand walking out there. So, she's saying she had a bad day. She's dealing with three murder cases. Who gives a flying [ __ ] Who cares? There are nurses and doctors that go to work and they lose patients. They see people die in front of their own eyes. Are they going to clock out and then automatically think they're above everybody else and they're above the law? No, they don't. This woman has a position of power and she is abusing it. And what's worse is these cops, man, they're driving me nuts. She should be in handcuffs by now. She refused to comply with the traffic stop. She got out of the car. She went in and out of the house. It's absolutely nuts how much she's getting away with. He turned around. I didn't know if it was me. I wasn't sure because there are other cars going back and forth that I got to turn to use field press and I'm like I'm just gonna drive. That's what I did. So I was getting and I got on the phone. I don't know even before I turned when I turned in and said, you know, it's me that they're stopping. Just tell them it's me. I would advise against that. I mean, you're supposed to pull off to the side of the road if somebody with their emergency lights is coming behind you anyways. Yeah. I just Cory, it's fine. Just we're having supervisors come and then we'll go from there. Oh, come on. Just I This is what my chief wants. That's at the end of the day. You called him. I spoke to him on your phone and this is what he wants. On the phone again. Seriously, that she came home. I mean, obviously, if I explained that to her, she came home. She failed the stop. I mean, it's arrestable offense. I'm not trying to arrest the DA of the county, but also I want I don't want to not do my job in not at least re something. So, no, I get it. And I'm not, like I said, I'm not going to I'll at least write her the freaking going 55 and a 20. At the end of the day, I got discretion whether or not. No, I get it. I understand. So, all right, ma'am. So, I'm issuing you speed and zone 55 and 35. I'll take care of it since I'll be prosecuting myself. Okay. At the end of the day, if you see my lights and sirens behind you, and obviously they're going off, just pull over. We can have a conversation and be on our way. I kept my eye on your vehicle. I'm not going to check my computer to see what plate it is. If a vehicle is not stopping for me, I want to keep my eyes on that vehicle for my safety so I can hold it at the end of the day. I I'm sorry that you had a bad day and I'm sorry it went this way, but I do respect what you do. Have a good day, man. So, get this. She didn't face any real consequences. She wasn't arrested. And a year later, she still the DA. Someone like that should be fired and imprisoned immediately for the crimes that she committed at the traffic stop. Unreal that this is the person in charge of prosecuting people when she thinks she's above the law. And in fact, she is above the law. It was proven right here. Disgusting. One of the most disgusting videos I have ever seen. But credit to the first suspect, even though she was a total degenerate, she didn't try to pull a move like this.
