She refused to provide her identification, cursed at officers, and physically resisted their attempts to detain her. When placed in the back of a cruiser, she continued to yell, cry, and demand to be released, saying she wanted to go home and blaming the police for not listening to her side of the story. >> Go get him. She refused to get out of the car without speaking to a different officer. Officers eventually called for a female officer and medical personnel to evaluate her mental state. Ultimately, the suspect was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Her boyfriend, who remained cooperative throughout, was not charged, but was trespassed from the bar. Next up, an extremely racist woman turns car accident into three felonies on June 30th, 2023. A routine traffic incident quickly escalated into a disturbing and racially charged meltdown in the middle of a public street. Following a minor car accident involving a Hispanic family, a black woman, later identified as Tam Jones, launched into an unhinged tirade filled with slurs, insults, [music] and threats. She repeatedly shouted racist phrases like, "Go back to Mexico. Your kids are ugly." And made derogatory remarks toward the victims and others nearby while refusing to comply with basic requests from officers. You sure? Cuz she about to go. >> Well, she has a right away. She refused to provide her license, registration, or insurance information, continuously [music] screaming at the other party and officers alike. Her verbal abuse extended to her own passenger, blaming her for the crash and threatening her as well. Officers attempted to deescalate the situation and even offered medical help when Tam claimed to be in pain, but she resisted every effort to calm her down, yelling that she was in crisis and making threats like, "I'll spit on you and I'm going to mess you up. >> Go to your car. >> We need your license, registration, and proof of insurance. >> I mean, ma'am, we need the you need your documents." >> I don't I don't like she stuck at us. But her acting like this ain't nothing going to get fixed. >> I I I feel you. I I understand that. But somebody has to do something. If you want to go in her car and get her documents for me, cuz the report's going to be made. >> I need her license, registration, and proof of insurance. All that needs to be inside the crash report, right? And then we'll take a story from whoever >> and whoever was driving. You on my way. >> My car is still on my face. >> After being given numerous warnings and opportunities to calm down and comply, she was ultimately arrested. She was taken into custody after being physically restrained near her vehicle, and was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and aggravated menacing with racial bias. [snorts] But in this next case, cops give a mom beater a taste of his own medicine. On January 21st, 2024, police responded to a domestic disturbance call involving a man and a woman who appeared to be in conflict. Upon arrival, officers encountered the man who was visibly agitated and refused to cooperate. He repeatedly insisted that the officers not enter his property, claiming it was his house and that he knew his rights. Despite the officer's requests to speak with the woman involved, the man blocked their access, escalating tensions. He demanded the officers call his cousin who worked at the county jail, hoping that would influence the situation. >> Bro, this crazy, bro. Like crazy. >> Hey, nothing going on. >> Hey, can you please don't come nowhere further than this? >> Please, dog. I'm tired of this, >> man. You don't have to go nowhere. I ain't doing her, >> man. No, you can't, man. Get off my property. Okay, tell my purpose. >> The man was uncooperative and defiant, refusing to comply with commands, even when officers asked him multiple times to calm down and allow them to speak with the woman. The confrontation quickly turned physical when the man continued blocking entry, leading officers to attempt to detain him. During the struggle, the man resisted arrest and was taken down to the ground. According to the officers, he was punched several times in the face as they tried to control him, and he was tasered multiple times for resisting. >> Bro, get on my property. I stay here. Just my name, bro. All right. All right. Hey, man. Man, please call your charge, sir. >> Please from the county. Please call. So, COME OUT HERE BEFORE I GO TO JAIL. Somebody up, man. Throughout the interaction, he repeatedly insisted that he was trying to comply and that he only wanted to explain his side of the story. The woman involved explained that the argument began earlier that day and escalated when she refused to go somewhere with him. The officers confirmed that the situation was reported as a fight necessitating their intervention. Charges filed against the man include domestic assault, resisting arrest, and interference with official acts. [snorts] But hold on your seats because this next case is more shocking than the other. On August 14th, 2024, campus security and local police were summoned to escort a student off university grounds after he ignored a formal trespass warning. The man, Antonio, had [music] been served a trespass notice the previous day for assaulting another student and was explicitly instructed to schedule an appointment with the dean before returning. When officers arrived at the dean's office, they found Antonio calmly seated in the lobby. An officer reminded him that he was banned and needed a scheduled visit. No paperwork, no entry, but Antonio insisted the dean had told him to come back anytime. >> Hey, Antonio, what's up, man? >> What's up? >> You ain't supposed to be here. What you mean? >> You got trespassed yesterday. Remember? >> No, I didn't. >> You did. I gave it to you. >> So, you're on your way out. >> The dean. The dean is here. You're on your way out. I don't I don't trust y'all. >> Okay, let me search her real quick. >> There's no need for that, man. I don't have any weapons. >> As officers attempted to explain the protocol, he grew visibly agitated, accused them of racism, and refused to comply with instructions to move toward the exit. During a brief search for weapons, Antonio began shouting that he felt uncomfortable, that he required his medication, and that police were following and targeting him. When officers guided him toward the door, he clenched his fists, pulled away, and dropped to the floor, forcing them to physically lift him back to his feet. He shouted obscenities, referenced his anxiety and past fights, and insisted he had done nothing wrong. >> Y'all being y'all being racist. I'm going to I'm I'm going to continue to come in here because guess what? Did you hear what she said? She said the dean, right? The dean is here. The dean is here. This is president. This is racism, man. Just stop doing that. Just stop doing that. Do you understand that? >> I'm not resisting. You made me uncomfortable. You know that I take medication. You make me paranoid. You said no and you started running. >> No, >> that's resistance. >> This is [ __ ] man. Cuz I got a meeting with the dean. You cannot come to the college. Remember? Okay, we discussed that. You need to You can't come to the college to set up an interview. You have to call or email. Do not come to the college and talk to them to set up a time. All right? When that happens, they will let us know that, hey, Antonio's coming in on this date and time. He's cool to be there. that and only then are you allowed to be there. Okay. All right, >> your time. >> Get the out of here, man. I'm sick of you all being present. Get the out of here. >> You got your information. >> Eventually, officers handcuffed him behind his back. Antonio continued to demand to speak with the dean, to call campus police, and to schedule his return right now, all while resisting each attempt to move him toward the patrol car. Only after officers calmly explained that he would be allowed to set up an appointment once he was off campus did Antonio relent and agree to stand. He was escorted to the parking lot where he still protested his handcuffs and his removal from campus and was charged with disorderly conduct, trespassing, and resisting arrest.
