I just >> Do you know phone numbers? >> No. >> You don't know phone numbers? >> No, I don't. I like I just like my phone >> 3931 University. So, he took the boot and was hitting you with the boot? >> Yes, everywhere. He hit me >> in the head. >> and right here on my my calves, just everywhere. He He just hitting me everywhere, grabbing my hair, choking me. >> think it would be >> good idea for you to get checked out by medical because steel toe boots are dangerous especially with a blow to the head. >> I've had a concussion before and I feel fine right now. But I I I personally just can't do the medical stuff. My My parents can't afford it. >> Okay, so don't worry about I can tell you that the hospital, if you let them know after the thing, they have special things set aside if you cannot afford it. You just have to let them know afterwards. >> I don't want it on my medical record cuz my dad's kind of crazy. And I don't need him seeing this on my medical record. If that's possible, then that's fine. >> It's It's totally up to you. I would just highly recommend >> I >> at least getting checked out by a doc. >> I personally just want to do what I did last time and just wait until I feel worse. Like that's what it is right now. I feel fine other than just this >> So because I'm going to be doing a report, I just need to be able to detail exactly where he hit you. So I know that it's in your where you have a Oh yeah, you have an open wound with a knot or not really open but like a like a knot and a scratch or an abrasion that made it red. Anywhere else? >> There's >> What happened to your upper arm? >> It's him. Same thing. He just kept in the same spot repeatedly. >> And that was old? >> The recent like yesterday, two days ago and he been adding onto it. And everywhere else too that >> So was that in there today? Can you Just show me what happened just now. >> This. >> Okay. >> I can't my my hand's messed up but it's over here. This right here. There's that. >> Okay. >> head and left hand On the side? Okay. All right. I am Officer Proto. Why you get pictures and hang out with her? I'm going to go see if they'll let me take pictures inside. How's it going? Um No se habla español. Necesito pictures of >> in the bathroom the room >> Yes. Sorry. the order >> order your order >> the house >> I'm sorry. >> You order. >> This is my house. >> Yes. I'm I'm I'm asking if I can go take pictures of where the like what all happened. >> No. No pictures. >> No. No pictures? >> No. >> Okay. It's 1211. Okay? >> Uh-huh. >> But uh my report the so I can write so I can write what I see. >> In my room or >> What where where it happened? So I can see if anything was thrown or if anything else happened or anything like that. No? Okay. All right. Y'all be safe. If um y'all need anything or have any questions, I'm Officer Morgan. Soy oficial Morgan. >> My my my my my my son The the lady is come here, not my boy. >> I I understand that she came here, but from what I can understand >> Mhm. >> he was being the aggressor. He was attacking. >> But my son is >> And I I can't But I I I can't see anything that shows anything different. >> Mhm. >> She talked about getting hit with the boot, and he initially lied to me >> Mhm. >> and wasn't honest with me. I can't I can't see anything in the room to see if there was anything else that occurred other than the boot that was laying in the floor. That's why. Okay. All right. Thank you. Okay. Yeah, that's it. Can't get in? >> No. >> Didn't think so. All right. Are you comfortable getting a ride back to home safe? >> My house is, but I would prefer to have my phone and be able to see >> Yeah, I I I understand that, but we we cannot get back into the house right now. Okay. So, getting your stuff back is going to be a civil issue. >> How do I get my stuff back? Cuz that's all I can contact my family on. >> Okay. Well, we can give you a ride back Okay. Is somebody there? >> I should have I was sleeping. Now that I think about it, it's Saturday. My mom My mom's going to be out with her boyfriend. My grandparents, I don't know if they're awake, though. But, they live over by I don't know if they'll be awake, though. But, that's the only other place I can think of. That's the only place I can think of. I don't have any other family that I can get >> Okay. And do you have a way into the house, Mom's house, or >> If my brother's there, then I would. If not, my window might be open so that I can get in. >> Okay. That That is your residence, though, right? >> It's my residence. It'll show up on my bonds paper. >> Okay. >> That is my residence. >> So, we can't stop you from opening your own window. So, if that's how you get into the into the home, then that's that's your thing. Um I'll see if I can give her a ride. >> As long as you've got and you got pictures of her >> Yeah. >> and she get a green card? >> No, I'll get that next. Uh wasn't sure how that was going to go, so >> Yeah. So, I think I think our best bet right now is to get out of this area cuz they're already >> Getting more people. >> Yeah, they're getting more people coming out. So, I think we need to get from this area. >> I believe Yes. >> That's all they're doing. >> Little >> if I give a courtesy ride to the female subject here? Okay. So, real quick I'm going to give you some paperwork. Okay? Uh since you are were dating relationship, it's considered family violence. Okay? Okay. All right. So, do you want that now or you want to wait till we get out there? >> Uh I'll do it now while I have light and I can still see my stuff. >> Okay. Let me get that to you real quick. All right. I'm going to bring this flashlight back here. There. I wasn't expecting him to leave right away, so I'm going to start off with this. I'm going to write some information here when we move out of here, okay? I'm just going to get to a safe place for now, okay? All right. I'm going to finish getting that paperwork for you, okay? Okay. So, I know you can't really see all that well. This is going to be the information sheet for the the report itself, okay? So, it's got a case number here. And then the date and time and then the officer that's doing the initial report. That's Officer Morgan, he's the other officer that was with me, okay? So, and all this is how to get a hold of the report itself. This green card here is a family violence information card. It's got all kinds of numbers and resources available to you, okay? I highly encourage you to reach out to some of these. And then this one we do need back from you, okay? This is going to be your affidavit, your your statement of the events that happened tonight, okay? So, as soon as you get this filled out, you can call one of us, we'll come back and get it or you can bring it to the police station, okay? Do you feel like you can do that tonight or have an officer come by tomorrow? I know you can't really see to write. If if not, it's yeah. If it's not right away, then it's totally fine. >> I'll just try and get a video of it tonight or tomorrow. >> Okay. >> How do I get I guess my phone and stuff back cuz I know that his dad's probably just going to break all my stuff. >> Yeah, again, it's it's going to be a civil issue. You'll have to go through the court process for that. So, just so that peace As you saw, they didn't want us going back into the the residence and >> there's hardcore drugs in there and he's just trying to protect them. >> Yeah. >> Cuz they're illegal. >> Unfortunately, once we exited the the residence, we couldn't go back in. It's legal issues on our side. >> Yeah. I just don't like how he charged that man. >> I'm going to leave you with this card also. It's got the case number on it as well and my information and the other officer's information case for name, badge number. So, on there is a non-emergency number, so you can call that and an officer can come by and pick this up from you, okay? That way you don't have to make the trip. And this affidavit, I'm not sure if you filled one out before. It's going to be your your first and last name on these two top lines here, okay? So, you're going to write your name twice and then fill out your statement and there is more room on the back. >> Yeah, I remember this. >> Okay. And then wait to sign until you're in front of an officer, okay? You sure you don't want any medical attention? >> No, I'm good. >> Okay, again, if if it starts getting worse for you, make sure you call or go to the emergency room, okay? >> That's what I did last >> All right, there's all that for you, okay? >> Okay. >> All right, you going to be okay here? >> Yeah. Yeah, I'm good. >> All right. So, more paperwork. Do you need extra of these? >> Yeah, I'm going to fix my seat belts and I'll be right in there. Unless you need me to come in right now. Cool.
