cops sometimes let the suspect slide due to some serious reasons but this guy got away with a DUI for simply being too cool I don't think you're under the influence I think you're starting to get met James McCollough who was just on his way to the local liquor store you didn't use your turn signal pulling in yo actually yeah I know but when you pulled in the driveway off the public roadway all right so I'm gonna have you stand feet together arms of your sides all right what I'm gonna have you do keep your head still you're gonna look at the tip my fingers your eyes and your eyes only do not move your head do you understand all right so look at my activity I'm looking at the finger tipping my finger you see it just fall with your eyes and your eyes only okay oh you're moving your head sobriety test the officers still refuse to arrest him maybe he just wanted a match James coolness in any case James received charges only for the turn signal and an open container and was off to enjoy
