In the end, Alicia Orzells day on the lake didn't end with sunshine and calm waters. It ended with charges of battery on an officer and misdemeanor disorderly conduct for domestic abuse. And the kids? Well, let's just say their day turned out sweeter. The nice officer took them out for ice cream while they waited for a guardian to arrive.
