Hey everyone, shocking news out of Bowling Brook, Illinois. A former music teacher, 61-year-old Brian Finn, turned himself into police on Saturday after serious allegations surfaced. Finn, who taught at Brooks Middle School, is accused of kissing a 14-year-old student on the lips and slapping their buttocks. He's been charged with two counts of battery. The investigation started April 8th after reports of inappropriate communication with the student. An arrest warrant was issued Wednesday and Finn was released on his own recgnissance Saturday. He's due in court June 4th. Finn was let go from his job on May 5th after the school district's internal investigation. Two other employees were also fired but haven't been charged.
