When you know what happened was I got pulled over. Officer the guy didn't even search me or anything. He just let me go. All right, come with me. Took me to jail. When I went to the court, the judge asked me, "Can you pass a piss test?" I said, "No, no, I'm going to take the chance to be honest with you." He hollered at me. He always just be honest in the courtroom. He was even lying to me this whole time. I said, "No, sir, but I can't pass a piss test." Take him to [ __ ] jail. Took me to the jail. And we pissed in the jail. I thought I was bleeding anyway. Came back. He said, "I'm taking away your adjudication privilege because you were being a little smart in the courtroom." I genuinely thought I was being honest. And that's why that happened. And that's why I'm wearing the scary. I was feeling like that. But like I really I hate all of this. >> I mean you don't have any violent charges or anything like that in your criminal history. You just have the drug charges, right? Okay, so they'd look at you as a first-time violent offender. Okay. I mean cuz it's considered a violent crime here. Um but like I said, it's your first offense. Um you don't have criminal history here in New Mexico. You cooperate with them and you're open and honest and you know, I can't make you any promises on on amount of years or whether it's just going to be probation because you're a first-time offender Well, you've seen some crazy things happen. >> I'm not able to get probation till I'm out of the state.
