This is a man being ordered to leave a business for violating a 1 5-minute loitering policy. It began when he stopped to greet a family member instead of completing his transaction. When officers asked him to leave, he chose to challenge them by demanding their names and badge numbers. Look at this case. Officers issued a lawful order, leave or be arrested.
