Are you the one that got choked? You need fire? It's coming, right? >> I wonder if I do out with the victim. >> Sit tight. >> You this whole side. >> Okay. Yep. Yep. Is he still there? >> Yeah, he's inside. >> What's he doing inside? >> My dad works here. I guess they're doing like 50/50 in business. Came here to see my dad cuz he opened like two weeks ago. >> Yeah. >> I had conf problems a couple years ago. Like transmission was for my truck or whatever. Supposed to build it and he didn't like the conflict, you know, like motor out like issues in the past years. >> All right, I'm going to get out of the way and give these guys some room. Stay there. So anyway, there's the victim right there. He said the guy is a suspect. Really big guy. Apparently he's in there with the dad. Hey, you the dad? Where's the other guy? Is he >> I got him calm down. >> All right. >> He's inside. >> Okay. >> I am carrying I have conceal. >> All right. Yeah, I know your son is too. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. So, what's going on with the guy? >> My son came in to visit me. >> Yep. >> Cops here. We walked around talked about transmission. >> Let's Let's get this other officer over here so we can all hear it one time. Put it out one time. >> Okay. >> Let you guys know I'm carrying. I have concealed life permit. Um, keep your eyes on uh keep your eyes on the door while you're >> There's a back door, too. Okay, there's three back doors. >> Okay, so face us. >> We'll we'll be working. >> Okay. >> Uh, son came in to visit me. First time in the shop. We talked transmissions, HV tuners. We checked out transmissions in the back. We walked outside. I smoked a cigarette. Checked out his truck. He just got done putting an engine in it. We're talking about the HV tuner stuffing. Stay with that. I'll get it. >> Yeah. Who is this? Who is this other guy though? Is he a business partner? >> Oh, he's your business partner. Okay. >> For 50/50. >> Okay. >> They had a little bit of bad blood year and a half ago about a transmission we were building for him. It took this gentleman over here 3 years to build the transmission. >> Normally, it only takes a couple hours. He got into it. They had a little texting conversation. I just found out about that things did not go right. He didn't want him in the store. He told him to leave. I said, "I'll handle it. He's my son. Ryan then turned around and went at him and gave him a hard shove. >> You're Ryan? >> That's Ryan. >> Okay. That Ryan gave your son a hard shrian. >> B R Y A N. Yeah. >> B R R I A N. >> Gave him a hard shove. >> They locked into it. Next thing you know, Ryan, which is like >> 50 lbs. >> Yeah. Big guy. >> Uh about his size. Not that heavy, but >> Well, you got all muscle. Hey, it's all muscle. It's all muscle. Hides it good. I took him down and had him in a choke hold about he about passed out. >> Okay. >> Um beating on him. Uh I took myself and one of the gals in there. I I yelling out 911. Just calling inside. They'll tell you the same thing. Sarah came over. She's trying to help divide this up. >> Okay. >> Just real quick, my son doesn't have access to the firearm, does he? >> He doesn't have any, I don't think, with him today. >> I'm usually the only one that carries, >> right? But he has some at home. I believe I know he has a hunting rifle. >> He knows he's going to have to come out and talk to us, right? >> That's fine. >> He's got to. And I'd much rather him come out here and talk to us. >> He will. Yep. >> I calmed him down. >> All right. >> I mean, his veins were bulging. >> I'm sure they I'm sure he were. He's beating his business partner's son on the ground, choking him like, "What the hell came over?" >> He has no right of being here. And I says, "He has a right. He has to come see me." >> But he should have told me when we opened the store up here a couple weeks ago, he has no right to come into the store cuz they had a little confrontation. >> Yeah. I would have talked to my son outside. I would had no problem with >> I know there's a way to resolve this. Just call 911. Yeah, >> but he probably has some cuts and bruises or something or works on him. >> Yeah. Yeah. What's this guy's name? >> Ryan. >> Okay. That's Ryan and that's Brian. Okay. Ryan, we're going to want to talk with him. All right. >> He's helping the customer right now. I get him >> probably customer. >> Yeah. Probably be nice to have him come on outside and talk with us. All right. Well, said we're doing investigation. We don't know what's going on. I much rather have him come outside. Get him out of that place. Uh he's got uh marks on his neck. Yeah. He could barely when I came up here he was >> like acting like real legit. He was choking. Even his dad said like he was choking and it was not a he was not acting like he's got more marks on his neck than most DBs. Clearly uh almost looked like he used his left hand. If I look at him he had marks in his right hand. Okay. I was I forgot what unit it was that came and I was then I was expecting CP like uh let's calm down. I said, "Hey, you know, okay, you're going to have to, you know, you do that even though you have a right." He didn't call the police. If you call the police and then he did something, you can defend yourself. Yeah. Yeah. Like, hey, he's a big guy, so we'll leave him out of there. But at the same time, when we got a third, he's going to have to give him a second. Let's just see what goes on. He's a businessman. We're not going in there. >> Is he saying that he lost consciousness or anything? >> How do you get into worry about regardless? >> It's a straight up assault and that the point of the matter is I'm going to give him a minute and then we're going to We came in aggressive into his place. Who knows that? >> Hey Ryan. >> Hey. You have [laughter] what's going on. >> I want I need you to sit over here. Yes, sir. >> All right. Listen, >> I know you're a partner. Sit over here. >> All right. Listen, I know you're a partner. I I've seen you had an opportunity to call 911. >> I wish you were. All right. I wish you would. >> I have before. And you guys don't respond in that timely manner >> within possible. >> I know. They inoculates you though. Just call 911. That's right. All right. That's understood. >> Okay. So, this is what I'm going to do right now. All right. I'm going to detain you. I'm going to put you in handcuffs. All right. Just hand up. This is going to happen. This is just chill. Yep. >> Only because of the nature of what we've seen. >> I just want to do this now. We're going to do an investigation. You're a big guy. And this way we don't have to call other units. We don't have to worry about anything. Okay. And also you got any weapons on you? >> Uh no. >> No knife, nothing like that. I just need to make sure. All right. You're big guy. I don't want to be messing around. We're two little guys. Sit down right here. Okay. Okay. Tell you what, if you want >> talk, we have Miranda. So, you're you're basically detained. You're handcuffed. So, he's going to just read your Miranda rights. You're not under arrest yet. I'm going to go talk to him. >> Okay. >> All right. And then we're going to sort this thing out. But at least right now, everything's cool. All right. >> All right. So, real quick, you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in the court of law. You have the right at this time to talk to a lawyer and have him present with you while you are being questioned. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you before questioning if you wish. You can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements. Do you understand each of these rights I've explained to you? >> I do. >> Having these rights in mind, do you wish to talk to us now? >> Yeah, I can talk. >> All right. >> All right. So, just tell me your side start to finish. Uh, I've had a problem with this individual. Um, we did a transmission build for him before I had opened this shop and he never paid for the services. He never paid for the materials. I went to his father who I was doing some other stuff with business-wise and I asked him and his father just paid the money. We left it at that. I was going through a uh um in the process of a divorce at the time. He said some pretty nasty shit about me and my kids and I left it at that and I said told his dad I said I just don't want to see him anymore. So somehow he come into the shop and I didn't say anything cuz I didn't want to cause a scene. He's there with his dad. I didn't want to, you know, take discredit his father or anything like that. So I just let him go. His dad's walking him around. I don't really trust the guy. So I looked back a couple of times. He never said two words to me. And then um Craig, his father I'm pardoned with, he um he asked me to come over and talk to him. I said, "Craig, I'm not interested in talking to him. He hasn't even apologized to me yet." I said it calmly. I wasn't upset. Um I said, "Actually, what I'd like you to do is leave the store." And he basically said, "It's not your fucking store." And he stood there and I was like, "Okay." So I said, "I'm going to ask you one more time to leave the store." And he turned to me, squared up, and I was like, I walked towards him. And I said, "If you don't leave the store, I'm going to make you leave the store." So the side door that's over there. I went, I chest bumped him. And then he started walking away, turned around to swing at me. I grabbed his arm. I put him in a a Brazilian jiu-jitsu move to restrain him. and his arm behind his back similar to what you guys are probably talking on this one. Um, and I don't know why I can't think of the move right now. Mine's strong blank. So, um, probably blood pressure. So, >> is this your car? >> Okay, just hang on. >> Yeah. make that. >> Okay. >> I wonder if I should just move my car and go around it. >> Hey. >> Yeah, it'll be all right. They'll be all right. >> You got video in there by any chance? >> We We actually had the cameras. It's not been set. >> So, we we just opened the store two weeks ago. Would you like me to proceed? >> Oh, okay. >> So, um, where was I at? So, I don't know if he was trying to swing at me. I can't I won't say for 100% certainty that he was trying to swing, but he did throw his elbow back cuz when I bumped him, he kind of turned around and he was headed toward the door. And then the next thing I remember, he put his hand or his thumb inside my mouth and he was like trying to pull my head back this way. And at that point, I just crossar choked him. And then he fell to the ground. I had him pinned down the ground. Greg was jumping on my back. And I was just like, "All right, when he calms down, I'll let him go." That's all I said. I was like, "When he calms down," I said, "Are you going to leave the store?" He said, "No." So I kept choking. And then finally Craig realized he couldn't get me off of him. So Craig stopped. He tried to grab me, you know, using a one- arm choke, basically took his arm around my head and pulled me back like this, but I wasn't letting go. And then he finally said, "I'll leave. I'll leave." So I let go of him. He got up and he walked out of the store. That was it. So I don't know. I mean, obviously blood pressure's up when something like that happens. So, um, if you guys have any questions beyond that, >> I'm going to go, uh, I'm going to go talk to Papa, see what Papa got to say a little bit more, and then, uh, we'll figure out what we're going to do here, right? We also get back footage of it. >> No, I asked him. He uh, he went to St. uh, St. Clair. So, I'll give the keys to Papa. You know, we'll see if this is see what's going on. I got all that. >> All right. There's no footage, video footage, is there? >> No, there isn't. Any other witnesses? >> I just Yeah. >> caught the end of it. She came in as I was trying to pull Ryan off. >> I saw him swing at Ryan and Ryan pinned him on the ground. >> Brian swung at >> No, the kid swung >> at the at the old guy >> trying to trying to push him off. I I had my It was Ryan was in front of me. I could not see that. >> Okay. >> That wasely different angle for me. >> He said he didn't have to. And Ryan was like, "Get out." The kid like swung and then I was trying to like pull Ryan off. >> Okay. >> All right. >> I'll be with you in a moment, man. >> You ever had anything physical with him before? It was all texting. >> Yeah. It was just It got pretty nasty. It's like he didn't even know me like that. He was talking about my kids, why my wife left, cuz I went back to Afghanistan to help rescue people that I'd worked with when I was deployed over there. and my wife left me after that. So when Afghanistan when we did the pull out, I had interpreters, guys I'd worked with on deployments, even families let us stay in their house or on their property. And uh I felt it was an obligation to go back. And when I did, you know, he uh he just had some nasty shit saying I I'm >> And so you're in you're he's your business partner. Dad is >> Craig. Yeah, Craig is >> all right. So, face Mason. Here's the deal. >> I didn't see the whole thing. I I saw the back. I was on the back side of Ryan. I did not see any swing. >> She might have, >> right? She said she saw that your son kind of initiate. Now, I don't know your son and you know, maybe he's got something going on his life. I don't know. You seem like this guy is your partner. You went in business partner with him. So, he's not necessarily a bad guy, right? You might have been a little bit hoted, but it's like they had some bad blood from before. You asked him respected to leave. Your son was going back and forth. Okay, that's not against the law, but when he says leave and then he turns around, he swings him. That's what she said. I I know. I know. I know. I'm not looking at I'm not looking at charging your son, but it sounds to me like he messed with the bull and he got the horns. >> I I And but you should be calling 911 right away. >> I had you did. I know. I wish he would have called 911 before he put hands on him. But once you swing, like you go in instinct mode and it's kind of like >> Yeah, they're both at it. So >> I know. And here's a big guy. Your son is armed, right? >> He was. >> Yeah. >> Did you know that he had a gun on him? No, I did not. >> That could have gotten bad. >> Very bad. >> So, it's like I can't even blame >> I don't know if if the your partner knew he was armed or not. >> I don't think he needs to be in cuffs. >> No. Okay. Well, I know. I just put him in cuffs because you know what? At works, I got possibly an assault, too. Strangulation. It could be nothing. He could be just, hey, he was acting as an owner, defending himself and his company. You know, that's kind of like what it looks like. I feel like your son's kind of out of line, though. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> It could be both. Okay. I I do believe that Ryan does not need to be in cuffs. >> Yeah. >> Second thing is is >> I will fix >> Well, he's going to be trespassed from here. He's going to be trespassed from here. Means he can't come back here for a year. >> I got I got no problem. I'll tell him that. >> Yeah. >> I got his keys. Well, he has to come back to get his truck, but then he'll be he will not be in the >> Well, actually, you're going to have to be the one to tell him you want to trespass or maybe he can even say he wants him trespassed and then we'll leave it at that. He gets trespassed. Don't come back. I don't know what the what the beef is, but he doesn't need to be here. And uh your partner is 50% owner. He can help. >> Yeah, but they didn't have to. He One thing is Ryan did not have to grab him and throw him across the room. >> I know. I know. But at the same time, >> that's what I saw. >> And my back was towards >> You didn't see the beginning of it. >> If I get the back of Ryan, I don't see my son on the other side. And when he throws him across the room, I don't see my son punching cuz I'm behind somebody. >> No problem. No problem. You're Listen, you called the police. You did the right thing. Okay. >> I believe >> I can fix it. Yeah. >> I believe he needs to be on cuffs. >> Yeah. Well, it's my son needs to sit and do a written apology and stay away from here for a year. >> Well, your son actually make more. >> Got you. >> I've already put my son in his place twice. >> I know. I know. >> All right. So, check it out. There's a lady in there, a witness, who said that she saw his son first swinging him. >> What he said? >> Yeah. The guy, the father of the son, is like he doesn't need to be in cuffs. whatever. He kind of like it sounded like his son messed with the bull and got the horns. He threw a freaking weak ass punch, but the point was he took the aggression and he was armed. So, this guy just did what he had to do to defend his business. I don't I don't feel that uh >> he kind of messed with the bullet, got the horns. If anything, it'd be him for assault four. But if he doesn't want to press charges, we can just drop it and let it go. I think >> works for me. Yeah. >> The sun needs to stay. You have your own office, your own space. I do. Okay. So, I mean, you have to have grounds, >> right? Have ground. >> So, we're going to take you out of handcuffs now. All right. We did this based off. I'm first coming on the scene seeing what I'm seeing. We don't know. Now, I want to explain a couple things. You >> what? Uh, after talking I talked to the father, but I also talked to independent witness. She said she saw him swing on you first. All right. Now, there does come a point like you do got to manage your aggression, but at the same token, you don't know what you're dealing with. You might not have known he was armed, but he was armed and like you guys had some bad blood. He messed with the bull. >> He messed with the bull. He got the horn, so to speak. All right, that's kind of what happened. But I got to come in at first. I got to secure the scene. And he's here observing, but it just be the two of us. So, we'll just put you in cuffs for that. Do you want him trespassed? Okay. You don't want to trespass. So, and obviously you don't want to make any charges against him. Or do you? Okay. You don't want any charges against him. He got dealt with, you know, he learned. Papa says he's going to take care of his son. I mean, you guys are business partners for a reason. All right. And uh he had to call the police. He didn't see the whole thing. He only saw what he saw. He did not see the first swing. So, that explains why he was kind of initially thinking like, "What the hell? You're throwing my son around like a rag doll." But uh honestly, the son should be smarter than mess with a big strong fellow like yourself if you can't handle the, you know, the challenge. Like, what are you getting involved in the fight for? He should be a little bit smarter. Especially if he's armed. It's just not a good The good thing is he didn't lose his cool and start pulling out and talking some shit about it because that would be uh that would be bad news. All right, you understand what happened? >> I do. >> Here's what I want to do. I want to get your name. I'm going to get Papa's name. I'm going to get uh son's name. >> Son's name and witness name. We're just going to quickly put some stuff in a computer and that you don't want to press charges and that you don't even really want to trespass him because this is your partner's father. It's your partner's son and you believe that your partner will take care of it. And then I'm going to go to St. Clair. I'll talk to him. Say, "Listen, it's the graciousness of this man. He's a powerful man, but he's also a generous man, a forgiving man. Don't do that again. And if he tells you something, he's 50% owner. He speaks with that authority. And then you and your partner work it out on that side, right? All right. Hey, you know what? You got an actual really uh you're a good man. You're a great American. Like you're strong and yet at the same token, you're respectful. So, I appreciate that very much. You get his information. Sure. >> I'll get those two information. I'll go to St. Clair and clean this thing up and uh I'll clear out the fall, do all that. >> I appreciate the professionalism from all three of you. And I know this isn't any easy and you probably got way more important shit to do. >> Every call is important. Every call. >> Listen, if we can settle this the best way, that's three citizens. He's lucky. He'll be grateful. You're thankful. He'll be thankful. The witness will feel like, "Oh, good. At least he listened to me and that it all worked out." That's four people out of 63,000 who are happy. That's a pretty good percentage. That's only the first call of the day. >> You guys ever need anything from me? >> Just be a great American. >> All right. You the one I was speaking to. No, the other one. Okay, sir. I >> Okay. All right. M sir, put your information down. Come on. Just want to let you know something. Okay. So, you're actually the key. You really keep it open because you saw like this guy's actually been really good. The son was actually pretty decent in the sense that he didn't pull out a gun and start talking shit. He did him down, but >> Well, what are you supposed to do? Let him run. >> I told you. Yeah, I totally >> I'm going to tell him he's not pressing charges again. I'm going to tell the son. This guy doesn't want to press charges against you and he doesn't want you trespass. That's a lot of generosity, right? >> He's going to take care of his son. Look, this is family business. Let's work it out. Okay. It's nice to see that. There's actually good folks right here, guys trying to make business trying to do that. I'm talking to this man right here. Thank you. >> Excuse me, sir. Can I just get one minute of your time? >> Sure. Okay. All right. Can I get your last name? >> Yeah. So, he doesn't want your son trespassed. He doesn't want to press charges on your son. >> You're going to handle it with your son. I will. >> And uh actually, he's a good He's a good man, your partner. I mean, you're a good man. He's >> He has his moments. >> I know. Listen. Listen, we all have our moment. >> I'm the calm one. He's >> But you mess with the bull. >> Yeah. >> You better You better be ready for the horn. And your son was wise. He didn't start pulling out his weapon and doing all that dumb shit like it's it's just that would be stupid. So, in reality, can you spell your last name? >> L A G E. >> First name, sir? >> Craig. C R A I G, >> middle initial, date of birth, and phone number. >> 4654. >> I'm going to I'm going to advise him like, hey, you got to quickly deescalate. Try give a good effort to call the police. I can see in here there's not necessarily a lot of room to like retreat or whatever. You don't have to put up with somebody's crap. And there's a point. >> It's all right here. >> Yeah. There is a point where it's like enough. Like I'm I freaking told you and you turn on me. like that's it. You know, if one one of the things if you go too soft too quick, you may end up finding yourself having a more drawn out thing. Then you also have to modulate. Don't go too hard when on the ground. Like be careful. But okay, I'm going to I'm going to add you witness your partner, your son. I'm going to go tell your son no charges going to be against you. You're not trespass with your father. This guy was actually like >> I can tell him that. Okay. Well, I I need >> Oh, you need to finish up. >> Well, I want to finish up so that he knows you got the keys now, right? >> I got his keys. I have his weapon. >> I'm just going to tell him so that he understands cuz I don't want him thinking like I'm the victim like Okay. Yeah. You might in one sense. Hey, >> I got you. I got you. You're good. >> You're an awesome >> Hey, I'm just here for everybody else. I'm military. I'm retired. He's >> I know. I saw your shirt, man. Was it Afghanistan? >> No. >> Where? >> I was Desert Storm in Bosnia. >> Oh, okay. You're a little older. Yeah. Yeah. >> So, I retired 203 years ago. We had some old guys fighting, man. There's a lot of old guys who were doing a fighting, deploying and all that type of stuff. Hey, let me let me clean up with your partner and then I'm going to just set them loose. Okay. Hey, you're good, man. Hey, how's army? He was army. >> Yeah, I did like a shit ton of years in the army, right? Yeah. He's big army guy right here, too. So, don't worry. He's that old army guy. Old old army guy. >> Oh, your army also. >> Yeah, I was a long time ago. Actually, not long. >> Oh, get out of here, man. I feel like I've seen you around, man. I was I was in first bat in Okinawa. >> Really? >> All right. So, I'm just want to get uh some further uh comments from you before I write the report reference to what you observed today and witnessed. You're on audio video recording, just so you know, on my phone. >> Okay. >> You all right with that? Okay. >> Yes, that's >> No problem. Okay. So, what tell me again your what you had seen. So, I I knew prior right when the kid walked in, I knew who he was and that it was going to be a problem because of already being told a story prior to, you know what I mean? In the front where you saw me on the, you know, facing the door. >> Yes. >> Um, walk in. >> You walked in the front door. >> He walked in the front door. Yes. Okay. >> But he walked all around the building. I heard Ryan say something to the effect of why is he here to Craig the dad and Craig kind of like brushed him off, blew him off. I knew that it was going to be a I didn't think it was going to be an altercation, but I knew something was going to get heated like maybe yelling or something. But then the kid um was like said something like what's up to Ryan like all you know and Ryan's like you need to get out of here. And that's when I turned around Ryan and he's like I don't need to go anywhere. And Craig said something to the effect of he doesn't need to leave or something. And then that's when Ryan said, you know, get the f out of here. And that's when Craig was kind of like they're kind of in a triangle. Craig, that's when the kid like swung, but Ryan got on him so quickly. And then Craig grabbed Ryan. And then I ran over and grabbed Ryan also because like Ryan was just pinning him down so quickly to the ground, you know. And then um Craig, you know, told him, "Get out of here." You know, Ryan finally let go. He said, "Get out of here." And everything. And I was, you know, pushing Ryan saying, "Calm down. Take a deep breath." And everything. And then Ryan told Craig to leave as well. They both walked out the back door. And then that's when the kid went to leave and was out there revving his truck, everything like he was going to leave. And then Craig came in and said, "Sarah, I need to talk to you." And then I walked outside and then that's when he's like, "He's calling the cops and all this." And you know, so then that's what happened when you guys came. >> Okay. Did you have So you saw you saw Ryan, Craig, and Brian kind of like in a triangle for instance? >> Yeah. Like the kid just went right up to him all cocky and everything was like I don't have to go anywhere. >> Okay. >> And yeah. >> Did Do you know if Craig actually saw it? Cuz it kind of sounded like he didn't see it. >> He was right there. He was right there. >> So he couldn't have missed his son swinging on. >> No. >> Okay. >> And I knew I thought Craig was packing because I saw him keep trying to grab his leg when I was trying to grab Ryan. And Ryan, you could not. And Craig was grabbing Ryan as well. I was grabbing Ryan's arm. Craig was grabbing him by the shirt, like just jerking his neck back really hard, but I kept >> reaching out leg. >> Yeah. >> So, what he had, but it made me so nervous. And then that's when I was telling Ryan, "Stop it. Please calm down." Like, "What the heck?" You know? >> Yeah. and and then I thought the kid was going to leave, but then that's when you know >> Okay, so basically the swing kind of triggered Ryan to like go into reaction mode like immediate he knew by instinct what to do if somebody swings at him just close a distance and >> correct. Yeah. Oh yeah, definitely. Like >> did it end Did it end the aggression of the person who threw the swing? Oh yeah, he cuz the way Ryan pinned him down, he couldn't move. So >> when he pinned him down, was he doing anything additional or was it just holding him down? >> He had one hand on his throat and like one hand one leg like pinning like one arm. Like it was happening so fast to be honest. I couldn't you know like I mean the kid couldn't move period, >> right? He made it so that there was no It wasn't that he was just trying to So, I'm trying to figure out like was he trying to stray him? Was he just trying to keep the guy from flailing about and hitting him? >> I mean, I thought he just pinned him down super good. The kid's face got really red, but that's cuz he I mean, I thought cuz he was biting so much. I think if Ryan wanted to hurt him bad, I think he would have. But Ryan just got him pinned down and, you know, >> ended the aggression, >> right? >> Amazon. >> And while while Ryan's holding him down, both you and Craig were trying to bring him off, but but Ryan was thinking, I'm just I'm just kind of trying to envision. I'm not putting words in your mouth. This is just kind of what I'm thinking. So, if I was holding somebody down and someone's trying to pull me off, like, I'm not going to let you, he didn't just be like, "Okay, I'm going to let him up." He's like, "No, he's going to hold him down because he knows if he lets him up, it would just be more problems." >> Exactly. Right. And it didn't last long. Ryan did call him down when he knew the kid was like, you could tell the kid got scared, you know, and I think the kid knew like, "Okay, I just, you know, poked the bear type thing." And then that's when did say get out. >> Yeah. >> You know, told the kid to leave. >> Okay. >> It immediately got, you know, went out the back door. >> All right. I appreciate it. So, I'm going to just hit the high the wave tops of that and then I have your recording and that's pretty much what I assessed. You know, unfortunately, they Yeah, he got scuffed up pretty hard. He got scuffed up pretty hard from that. But, uh, >> I mean, when it first happened, they were like he was all jumping around trying to get at, you know. Right. Gregan as soon as he grabbed him, he was able to get him subdued, you know. >> Yes, ma'am. >> All right. Well, listen, I appreciate your your spending the time with me so I could get a better understanding of what occurred. >> Yeah, no problem. No problem. >> Okay. Thank you, ma'am. >> All right. Thank you. >> Good day. Bye. >> I was there for a good half hour walking with my dad and him were 50/50 with the business. He's walking around, showed me some some of the things and stuff in that. Took me in the back, showed me a couple of transmissions. I wanted to smoke a cigarette, went outside, uh went out to my truck, show them that I replaced the motor in it, tuners, and this and that. He mentioned HP tuners and Let's go inside and so I show you the paperwork cuz it's $3.99 for the program or something like that. And uh my dad went grab paperwork and was going to work to that right corner where the big rollup store was at. And my dad said, "Hey, come on over here." And he goes, "I ain't going over there. Not talking to him this and that." Um my dad said, "Why not just did something to his truck and wanted to show you this and that?" He goes, "Oh, this is not his place." And I said, "I know it's not my place, but my dad my dad owns this, too." And he goes, "You're not supposed to be here." Blah, blah, blah. I said, "My dad said, "You can be here." And he rushed around the island in the middle, threw me against the wall. And then picked me up, basically threw me against the wall, threw me down, just started choking me out. after my dad was trying to pull him off like that. I was pushing my hand against him. Never saw that 400 lb guy first myself. That's a complete lie. I went outside the door and that's when I called 911. >> Okay. >> Tell me. >> Listen, I'm going to I'm going to write it up. I'm going to send it to the prosecutor. I'm going let them figure it out. I got an independent witness who said otherwise. I'm just going to leave it at that. All right. That that's just it. Sir, listen. I'll grab some photos of your uh of your neck first, huh? >> Get a photograph. >> Look at the other side just for comparison. >> 100 pound guy swung on a 400 lb military guy. Huh. >> Yeah. >> Thank you. All right. Appreciate
