doesn't necessarily prove that the
female subject is the primary aggressor
and separating the two subjects without
cuffing the female subject while
conducting the investigation would have
worked as well.

I kept saying, "No, no, no."
She wouldn't leave me alone.
So, I said Finally, I gave in and I gave
her my phone.
I gave her my phone. She must have read
all the texts.

and then she smashed my phone on the

when she was asking for your phone, were
you guys down here or were you guys

From that point on, what happened?
From that point on, she got mad.
Started yelling. I was apologizing.

She started I don't know. Got into the
swinging.
She was starting to swing at you?

And Towards your body or towards your

I just kept apologizing, backing off. I

laid a hand on her. I had no intention
to my my wife. Got you. And then she
grabbed the golf golf club.
Swinging it, smashing things. Smashed my
TV.
Smashed the cabinet.

Smashed Went through the pin window
glass the
patio glass but that didn't break. And
then started throwing things on the
ground.
And
kept hitting me.
And Now, did she hit you with the golf
club?
She tried to hit me with the golf club
but I grabbed it. She was swinging it.

So, most of your injuries are from her

So, once she grabbed the knife, what
happened after that? Then after she
grabbed the knife and I just ran around
and got on the bed, tried to avoid her.

she took the knife and threw it at me.
And I ducked, and it went over my head.

And then there was more hitting and
fighting.
Wrestling, putting me in headlocks.
Did she strangle you?
Uh with her feet.
She had She did with her head like this
with her arm.

thank god, that was going on for a
while, about an hour.
And after the knife, then we stopped. I
tried to make her calm down.

then that's when everything else
started.

I left her in the garage. She was in her

Took a shower. I said I'm going to bed.

Then she came up.
Um I don't know if she showered or not,
but she came to bed. She was undressed.
And she was apologizing for her actions.

um for the text that she sent.
And then she said, "Delete the text.
Delete the text. Delete the" I kept
saying, "No, no, no." And I said,
"Okay." I went to delete the text.
My her text, and then there was another
woman's name on below hers. Got you. And
that's what she saw.

So in these particular investigations
that involve domestic violence the
arresting officer shall attempt to
identify and shall arrest the party that
the officer believes is the primary
physical aggressor. The term primary
physical aggressor is defined as the
most significant rather than the first
aggressor. If the cops believe that the
female subject did just 50% of what the
male subject has alleged the female
subject will be arrested. Also in
domestic cases the other party, the
victim has no say so in dropping charges
because the law states that the officers
are lawfully obligated to make an arrest
in these cases.

So, the suspect was arrested and charged
with aggravated assault with intent to
commit a felony, battery on an officer,
battery by intentional touch, and
providing a false ID. Now, the cop acted
so surprised that the male subject slept
naked. I mean, the cop was either
surprised that the guy slept naked or
the cop was wondering if the female
suspect had beaten the clothes off of
him. But, many individuals sleep naked,
especially most empty nesters. So, the
male subject had all of the physical
injuries on his body while the female
suspect was free of any injuries. And
the female subject didn't mention that
she was being attacked. So, that usually
is a clear indication that the female
subject was the primary aggressor.
However, in a self-defense situation,
making a determination would involve
more investigation. Well, I am the prime
analyzer, and that was my analyzation of
this video, and I will catch you on the
