she's a teacher too and now it's 2:00 in
the morning which ironically is bar
closing for us too is there any way you
can let me take her home no she's kicked

she refused to get out of the car she
had to be physically pulled from the car
she's can't do nothing about that no

on that but I do know she has a lot of

course every day Police pull over
suspected DUIs and although they can
start off as routine it can truly be
unpredictable that once police approach
the car they're scanning for all the
signs I once received a radio call of an
auto accident right before the end of my
ship and I'm thinking no problem I'll
get there handle it and that'll be the
end of an uneventful day however it's
never that simple so I pull up and I
noticed that a car had hit an unoccupied
park car and then hit a tree now after a
quick investigation the driver was
arrested for suspicion of DUI and
amazingly He was unaware of the accident
he was just in and all he cared about
was walking to his house that was right
across the street but long story short
the Mel did receive probation had to
undergo treatment but who knows if he
actually learned anything from the
situation that he caused so today we
have another traffic stop situation when
the officer walks up we get a good look
at this woman's eyes and it's an
extremely concerning situation because
she appears severely intoxicated now the
officer lets this woman know that
according to her paperwork she shouldn't
be driving that she needs to contact the
DMV and in my opinion most times these
people know that their driving
privileges have been revoked and they
want to see if you know how to do your
job correctly now at this point the
woman then tells the officer that she's
going to sit there and wait till a
supervisor arrives and this might be a
good idea for the moment because at
least she's not trying to drive away in
her current state she then exits the car
briefly and she starts being a little
verbally argumentative but at this point
we can clearly see how slur This Woman's
words are so now the officer begins
giving her all of her citations and he's
being professional letting her know that
her vehicle has to be towed and during
all of this she's allegedly on the phone
with her lawyer and if it was I'm sure
he or she could hear how slurred Her
speech was now be aware the officers
were patient and at this point they ask
the woman to ex the car she refuses they
then gave her a direct order to leave
the vehicle she still refuses so at this
point they remove her from the vehicle
and this is proper procedure because she
doesn't have a license and she's
displaying Behavior for possibly being a
DUI and she then gets arrested so now
the grandmother shows up and she appears
to be completely unaware of what's going
on with her granddaughter but the
officer took his time and he explained
everything the best he could to the
grandmother with shows compassion and
care for the situation but lastly keep
in mind if you didn't know in the State
of Florida it is a crime to operate a
vehicle without a valid driver license
and depending on the circumstances you
could be charged with a misdemeanor all
the way up to a felony and unfortunately
for this woman she had to learn the hard
way she was charged with battery on a
law enforcement officer and resisting
with viol totaling a bond of $5,000 she
is innocent unless proven guilty in a
court of law
