notified by the United States Marshals
that they believed a wanted fugitive out
of Colorado was in the area the marshals
advised State Police that the suspect
has active warrants out for his arrest

a short time later a state police
officer who was out on patrol saw the
vehicle and attempted to conduct a
traffic stop but the driver

Comm later that day rent's vehicle was
towed to the state police office where a
thorough search took place during the
search officers located a loaded handgun
methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia
rent was booked into the San Juan County
Detention Center on his active arrest
warrants out of Colorado as a result of
the pursuit Ren was charged with
aggravated fleeing an officer fell in in
possession of a firearm possession of a
controlled substance and possession of
drug paraphernalia Ren was later
extradited back to Colorado to face his
active warrants once the warrants have
been taken care care of rents will be
extradited back to New Mexico to face
the new charges the front's
