Although all charges were eventually dropped, she repeatedly violated her bond conditions in the meantime, which led her to serving jail time, likely between seven and 21 days. Believe it or not, this is not Austin's first run-in with the law. While researching the case, I found 14 prior cases on his record, including seven felony cases. Today's incident, Austin was originally charged with domestic violence, resisting arrest, and assault on an officer. As the case moved through the courts, some of the charges were dismissed or refiled under different statutes. He now faces charges including three counts of harassment with a bodily substance, resisting arrest, falsification, criminal damaging or endangering, assault, menacing, and vandalism.
