On June 15th, 2023, an officer was patrolling a high crime area known for the sales and use of narcotics in Elgen, Illinois. The officer observed a 34 yearear-old male interact with multiple people in what appeared to be hand-to-hand transactions in a parking lot. The officer stopped his vehicle for multiple traffic infractions after he left the parking lot. >> Officer McMill Police Department, you got your license, insurance on you today? >> Yeah.
