When we go to domestic calls, 75% of the time, we end up arresting the male. But in these two cases, we deal with two terrifying women. >> Guess who went to jail for 14 hours because they broke his poor little finger? Me. >> We have a case where a man is stabbed by his girlfriend. >> She put me and I I just I live. >> And a case where a woman's lies are exposed by a secret video her husband took. >> He knocked me across the face. [music] >> Back up away. But first, the cops arrive on the scene where their first clue is a blood trail on the floor. >> What's going on, young man? >> Doing all right, >> you live in these apartments right here. >> Yeah. Who would you talk to? Somebody you talk to somebody right here? >> Yeah, I was talking. >> That's an accent right there. >> You got blood all over you, bro? >> Yeah. What's going on? >> What happened, man? Where's blood coming from? >> Is it your arm? >> Can I see it? Is it a cut? What happened? >> But I'm I'm end up going to the hospital. >> Okay, we're going to have a wants to come over here, man. What happened? >> You ain't going to tell me what happened? >> She cut me and I I just I got home cuz it's a bad cut. >> It's a bad cut. And I'm not tricking. I'm not I'm not mad or nothing. It's just It's up, man. Because I keep keep being a good person and keep doing the right thing as a father and I already got it's my second child and I'm just trying to do the right thing but man come on like I don't have time for that and I told her >> it's not uncommon for domestic violence to be under reportported especially in men seem to call less about being abused seems to be the case nationally police >> department police department Just like the first time when she cut me up and I got I had to goddamn go to the hand doctor like that. I don't want to get >> Is that what that scar is? >> Yes, that's what she stabbed me in my hand. >> It looks swollen, dude. Is that >> Yeah, it's still broken. I still I still >> Is that like recent? It looks swollen. >> Yeah, it's >> like a week ago. No, >> about a month ago. They had I had to get surgery. I just want to go where I'm going and let go. Yeah. Hey, they just cut a light off in the room. >> So they just cut a light off? >> Yeah. >> Nobody home. >> You okay? >> You again. >> Again, man. >> I got it on record. >> This is unbelievable. So this isn't the first time. This is a second stabbing that this guy suffered through. >> I recorded them talking on my mom's phone. Look, >> the last again. >> We have officers over on talking to her, figuring out what's going on. >> Not going to press charges. >> You love that baby, but you need TO THINK ABOUT >> TALKING ABOUT HE NOT PRESSING NO. >> HEY, for real. THAT GIRL NEED HELP. She got a problem. >> She need help, man. >> I see. >> She's done. >> No more lies. Cuz somebody about to get killed, bro. Your life is important. I know you love that baby, but you ain't going to even be here to even enjoy the baby or see her boo. >> Like, come on, man. She leaving you with that baby all day long, bro. >> This police department. >> I'm holding my daughter. >> You said you're You said you're doing what? >> I'm giving my daughter a bath. >> I need you to open the door. I need you to put your daughter down and open the door. >> No, I'm not going to do that. >> Okay. Well, I'm going to come inside. I'm getting the key. Okay. >> So, do they have exigency in this circumstance? I'd say yeah. Yeah, they do. She stabbed her partner or father of her child. She's locked herself in the apartment and she has a baby. They're going in regardless if she wants them to or not. >> Don't worry about it. I'm going to get a kid. I'm going to come in. Okay. So, you can open the door. We're going to come in. Okay. >> She got a lot of issues. Mental issues. >> It's a whole newborn baby in there, man. Like for real, it's not right. I got pictures in my phone. >> Hold on. >> From about three weeks ago. >> Y'all can y'all can hear him. >> That's my brother. These are his nieces. >> Okay. >> Question. >> Cuz y'all take custody of that child tonight if we had to place that child somewhere. >> I will. Yeah. >> Okay. >> That's huge. >> Have to worry about the state taking the kid house >> to my daughter. >> Do Do you have a key? Cuz if you got a key, I'mma knock that door down. >> I ain't got no I I ain't got no key. >> Where the key at? >> I ain't got no key. So, do do you mind us leaving your daughter with your sister? The one in the purple shirt? >> Cuz cuz we we going in the house. >> So, I'm trying to do it at least violent as possible. So, if you got a key, let me know you got a key. So, we ain't got to do that. >> I ain't got no key. >> All right. What she stabbed you for? >> She stabbed me over an argument cuz I'm on a I'm on the phone with my sister now. She talking about they ain't got my back and I'm like this my family. Like, come on. I don't get into your conversation. So, she like give me the phone. Give me the phone. I'm like, >> it's not that. It's not that serious. So she grabbed the knife, >> right? >> And she put a knife on me. >> Oh, did they get a I need to get a picture of that before you put it up. >> It's a hell of a reason to get stabbed if that's what actually happened. Crazy. >> I need to see that. >> Still bleeding. >> Yeah, I got you. >> All right, good. >> I said I said, "Bro, it's not that serious." And then she talking about give me the phone. >> What's her birthday? >> Cuz she already broke my phone before. >> Jasmine, open the door. This police department Jasmine, >> they got to be careful here. They got to use good tactics. She's blacked out the apartment. She's already stabbed somebody as far as they know and they're about to go in. So, they got to be super careful. Police right here. >> Come out. Show me in your hand. Get up. GET UP. GET UP. COME ON. COME OUT. WHAT? What are you doing? Come on. Come on. >> What are you doing? Come on. >> What are you doing? My daughter. Get the clothes. >> My daughter's going to work with us. Work with us. Put your hands up here. >> Why'd you break down my girlfriend? >> We've been banging on your door TIME. >> I GAVE MY DAUGHTER A BATH. I told y'all I was doing that. >> Yep. Well, >> open the door. No, I don't got no weapons. Open the door. >> Are you in charge here? >> I got you. Open the door. >> You are. Are you? >> You done lost your opportunity for that. Put your other hand behind your back. >> My baby girl's right there. Please don't touch my daughter. >> So that we don't have to call Deax. >> Why would you have to? >> Because we got to do something with her. Who can we Who do we can call? Your mom. >> Her dad just choked me and left the apartment. >> Okay. And I've been in here by myself since then. >> Can you answer our question so we know what to do with the baby or we got to call you back? >> Can you look at my neck before you >> to talk about that? >> I gave her a bath like I do every night. >> Could she had a case if she'd cooperated been like, "Of course, come right in. Let me tell you my side of the story. He was choking me. Look at the marks on my neck." It was self-defense, maybe. But now that's pretty much gone out the window. >> Ma'am, who can we leave the trial with? His sister, the victim sister is outside. >> Okay. >> She was willing to take the trouble. >> No. Nobody from his family touches kids. Okay. His family touches kids. My family needs to take her. Please. >> Where's some diapers and stuff? >> Who cares? You don't give a >> You don't give a You don't care. >> That's why I'm asking. >> You do not care, bro. >> Let's go out here and talk about it. Come on. Let's stop right here. >> Do you see my neck? You see my neck? You see choke marks around my neck? I'm light-skinned as hell. Do you not see this? Just choke me out in front of my daughter. Y'all don't see nothing. Y'all don't see nothing. You >> does have some pretty good marks on her neck. >> Can you please pull my shirt down a little bit, please? >> Pull it down. >> Yeah. Right there. Just in the corner. Nobody sees that he's choking out in front of my daughter. >> Well, we weren't here to see anybody choking, but we see the big gash on his arm from you stabbing him. >> I didn't touch him, man. Okay. Well, you should have opened it all. >> You should have opened the door to talk to us when we tried to talk to you. >> WHY SHOULD I OPEN THE DOOR WHEN I KNOW YALL GOING TO CALL DEFECTS like this? >> That's why >> I know y'all are going to call defects. I'm going to choose the hard way. Don't put >> I didn't want my daughter to be going through this. >> Pretty good mark right there. >> Because we're black and I know y'all are going to do this. >> OH. OH, it's not the black card. I just know I'M A FIRST TIME MOM AND I know my daughter is my first kid. >> Baby's fine. She's fine. Nobody's hurt. >> The baby's fine. >> So, we're fixing to bring her out. Well, I need to ask y'all a favor cuz this has been bad enough. >> Yeah. >> That's why I was going to say, can y'all just go I don't I don't care if you go right over there by that truck. >> Okay. >> Okay. That's >> cuz we're going to come out and go that way. That's fine. >> All right. And get the baby. >> We're going to talk about that in a second. Okay. >> Okay. >> Don't even engage. Okay. >> She having a worse night than us. She going his head. >> Mark on my neck. HE CHOKED ME OUT. He taught him. And this is my apartment. >> We're going to take pictures of your left. Okay. Turn and face him. He's going to use the camera right there. >> He always choke me, man. This is my apartment. Why you holding my daughter like you care and you don't? >> You black, right? You care, right? >> Go for it. >> You don't care. >> Okay. >> Look at my daughter in her eyes and tell her you care. >> Let's go. Step in the shoes. Let's go. That's That's enough. >> Hey, poor kid. We got to take this alcoh in there to see what's in there. Is there milk in there? >> There's one bottle. >> These kids got three aunties that care. >> Yeah. >> And for me, got it. That's good. >> Y'all don't give. This man just tried to kill me. Y'all don't give I got a child in their boat. >> You're protecting and serving, right? He just choked me on the phone with my daughter. You're giving her up to where? >> Yeah. Jam to some black music. >> 37 Tall. I'll be signal 82 one Bravo Fox trot from this location to Aworth ADC. >> Starting mileage 83013.4. >> So it's tough for police, right? We show up, we have to determine the primary aggressor. Who is the dominating force in this fight? In this case, it was her. We'll get back to charges in just a moment, but first the cops were called when this man was fed up with harassment from his ex-wife. >> What's going on? >> Super intoxicated. >> What's that? >> Super intoxicated. I need to give you a CAD number cuz this is not the first time. >> No, this type of situation, >> but I actually talked to >> She's not >> Can you step back in the car for me? So, she's my ex-wife. >> Uhhuh. >> I let her move back in. >> Can you step in the car for me? >> I can't cuz he broke my door. >> Get them separated. Standard procedure. >> Break my door handle. I cannot open the door. >> How did you get in the first time? >> Can I drive the If you keep arguing with them, you're going to end up in my car instead of yours. Okay. How long have y'all been divorced for? >> Five years. Four years. 2002. >> Okay. What happened today? She has an alcohol problem. >> When she drinks, she gets aggressive and violent. >> And I haven't talked to I called the other I called like about a week ago because I'm trying to have her removed from my house. I'm the sole owner, title owner of the property and she's a guest, but she's out waiter. She's outstate her welcome because of this drinking. So having somebody removed from your house after they've kind of have been using it as their residence. In most states that's pretty difficult to do might involve an eviction. Hence why she's still there. He probably let her move back in and she's been staying there. So you can't just make somebody homeless like that. >> What's going on? >> What's going on is that he is doing his manipulation and your deputy up there is like anti-women. >> He's just doing his job. >> Like I understand. I understand. Trust me. I know. We were married for 20 years almost. I have a grandbaby. We just had like I'm 41 years old. I have four kids. I just had a grandbaby. And I'm like going through menopause right now. And I have this. And then you're looking at me like I'm crazy. And I have this person. I know. But I'm about to like >> my my hormones are literally through the roof right now. Literally. Like he is an evil freaking human being. We have four sons together. We live here together. We just had a grandchild on Monday. This person has busted my lip yesterday. Literally have a video after video after video after video of him literally putting his hands on me, choking me to the point I almost passed out. My 10-year-old in there that would gladly tell you he walked out while I was passing out. >> And he's the reason why I'm a light right now cuz he walked into that. I have been abused multiple times. I have been dismissed, discarded, acted like, "Oh, whatever." Cuz I don't call the cops every time he does this. She hit me. I have it on camera. >> I'd asked her to leave. She has a card. >> She's trying to act like she's afraid, but she's free to leave like the whole time and she's trying to get inside. >> Okay. Where do you >> Where do you have it on camera from? >> Just from my I have like >> video is always helpful. >> Why were you recording in the first place? >> Cuz this is what happens. Okay. Why were you following her? >> She's trying to break into the door. >> I'm just trying to keep her on camera so there's no questions. >> I was just wondering cuz I saw her walking to the car. >> Yeah, she was >> away from me. See, even though you're on video, you can't like that. You cannot your elbow and hit me in the I know you think you're above the law. >> You're not. Yeah, you're [ __ ] >> Jeez Louise. >> Back up. >> She hit me like that. >> I really hate you. >> I hate you. >> Oh, now we're going to lie. Now we're going to lie like that. >> She hit me again. Grab my nuts. >> We're going to lie. >> Why is she coming up on me like that? If she's scary. >> Oh, really? Oh, I did. Oh, I did. I know my >> defend myself. >> Not looking good for her. >> Went for the nuggets. >> I'm done. >> And this is the end. >> What's the name of your son that was out here a second ago? That was also in the video. How old is he? >> He is 13. >> Did he see any of this? >> Yes. >> Mhm. like anything to happen today. >> Today? Yeah. >> Okay. >> So, I know I act like a crazy person right now. I know I do. I have four kids and there are three that will tell you three sons that will tell you they've seen him literally almost kill me physically and he wants to play victim. Oh, she I need her to leave. Oh, he wants to play something. And I have three boys in there, one at the hospital having a baby. And I'm literally trying to get this house ready to go for them to get home for my grandbaby to be home. And then I look like the crazy one cuz I have snapped. I have snapped. I am 41 AND I HAVE SNAPPED. I'm going through parmenopause. I have snapped. >> Not talking out of school here. I do know a couple women who are going through per menopause. And I can confirm that they say it's pretty nuts. It plays hell with your emotions and your hormones. And she seems self-aware. >> This [ __ ] put me in jail for 14 hours. I would never in a million years go to jail ever. I cannot handle jail. I cannot handle jail. Even now I'm not going to jail. I will go to the psychiatric ward before I ever go to jail. He should have been in jail multiple times for multiple things and his own parents, his own family woulding notate that. >> Don't listen to him. Just tell me what happened in your words today. >> What happened in my words is I have not slept in 48 hours. I'm tired. My baby, my our oldest son just had a baby. They're in the hospital and they're in there for 10 days because he's got to be on antibiotics. So, I've been up there every day. >> Mhm. >> And I got choked to the point where I almost passed out because >> today. >> Yes. Yesterday. Yesterday. >> Okay. >> Um Oh, multiple times. Like I love how he's up there showing you right now. I swear to God, I have multiple videos myself, too. Multiple videos. >> So, it's really tough for officers. We really try to have to figure out what happened that day. Like, why were we called in this moment? All this past stuff that was never reported is really difficult to parse through and and figure out. I mean, if you got choked out until you almost passed out, you think you would call on that or you'd have some kind of bruising around your neck. It doesn't seem like she does. I'm not saying it didn't happen, but it's really hard for cops to address that when we have something from that day. We got called for something we can actually get evidence for. >> Well, don't focus. >> I I've hit my limit. I've hit my limit. I've hit my limit. I've hit my body's limit. >> Don't focus on what he's doing. God, that's why don't we come come over here on the side of the car with me. >> I had one boyfriend that I was with for four years and then unfortunately because of that situation I'm back here with him living with him because I don't financially have anywhere to go except for my mother's house. But I choose to be with my children and he doesn't care because he doesn't work. He's a sovereign citizen. He's not a he is not a uh citizen of the United States and he is doesn't follow rules or doesn't believe in the cops or anything else. He does what he wants to do. I need I need a woman caugh up here who's like my age, 41, who's going through pan parmenopause, who knows what the rel and who has been with a piece of mother like him. Seriously, >> I'm serious. I am a girl all the way. I cannot do this anymore. Is that cop soon as he said, "Oh, oh, miss. Oh, you'll be in my car if you keep talking." Yeah, I know. Cuz he's got you in his pocket cuz you're aing dude and there's been multiple of you that have been on my side, but he is not. Clearly, >> he's not on anyone's side. >> Oh. Oh, he's on the side. I have a video. You want to see it? Where he said, "Oh, you keep talking. You'll go to his car when I ask a simple question." Oh, I will. I'm going to post it on >> So, we put people in the back of the car when they can't be calm. >> He showed up just trying to control the scene. He's being authoritative, but he wasn't taking sides. I think we know that. >> Literally, I have four mothering boys. I HAVE A GRANDBABY. I JUST GOT A GRANDBABY. I HAVE A GRANDMA. I am like I don't like cops right now. Like I do normally I do I do like the cops but right now they're not my favorite. Hold on one second. Just stay right here for me. Okay. >> So she's like obviously in a heightened state makes it stranger cuz she's kind of like I said before self-aware. She knows that. But having the alcohol on board and acting the way she is isn't really helping her credibility. >> What's going on? >> She's not really saying anything about what happened today. She just keeps going on about he's beat her. He choked her yesterday. Um, her son can attest to it. She hasn't slept in like two days. Um, I she just keeps circling around and around and around. I keep trying to think, what happened today? >> What day talk 13-year-old? >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Witnesses are always good. >> He just want to tell me what he's hearing. Okay. So, what >> lies >> and that's fine. That's why I'm talking to you and trying to get your side of things right. So, what happened prior to us coming out here today? What caused us to get caught up? >> I took a nap literally like I've been up since 4:30 this morning while his lazy fat ass has been sleeping. And I'm sorry. It's okay. >> My ex-boyfriend from seven months ago, the only person I've been with and 20 mothering goddamn years except for him called me when I was asleep. He got the phone call. He got jealous and here we are. >> So, were you guys like arguing? He took me, slapped me across the face. Knocked me on the ground. Yeah. Before he called you and acted like I'm the problem, he knocked me across the face. Knocked me on the floor. Smacked me multiple times. He has smacked me. And I've never called the cops on him. Not one time for all this that he's done to me. Physically violated me today. Multiple times before you guys got here. >> Do you feel like you need an ambulance? >> No. >> Okay. >> No, >> I just have to ask. >> No, I don't need an ambulance. I need like some backup. I have a scar on my back right here. >> Mhm. >> From him. Multiple scars on my body from him in the last 10 years. Multiple. However, guess who went to jail for 14 hours because they broke his poor little finger? Me. Which I'm glad I broke his finger. But I went to jail. And I don't do gel. I don't do that. Like that's not me. I cannot do that. So as crazy as I am, I cannot go to jail. Cannot do jail. But I did. and his ass was there in court on a Saturday morning first thing getting me out. >> We don't know if all these things she's saying are true about the past, [music] but I will say for women a lot of times they have a lot more to lose in these situations. So that's sometimes why they don't call on past abuse. The man might be the money earnner. He has the house. She has the four kids. They're afraid that if they call eventually they'll be separated. They won't have a support system anymore and they'll have nowhere to live and you know things like that. So, these are things that women consider while they're suffering abuse and sometimes don't call. I don't know if that's the case here, but that is true a lot of times >> because he knows I don't deserve to be there. So, he's the one that got me out. >> Mhm. >> He's the one that put me in there. He's the one got me out. He's probably the one that's going to put me in here tonight, too. >> But you're not taking me there. You're going to take me to a better tell you that or to the morg. Cuz I'm not going to jail. I cannot do jail. And I cannot do people like him or him. And I am not a feminist womenizing whatever. I'm not. I'm not. I am pro what is right. I am pro what is right. >> And I'm 41 years old and I have gone off the mothering deep end. And I'm very well aware of that. At least I'm saying >> he slapped her, pushed her and then locked her out of the house. I think Mhm. >> Okay. Whatever you feel. >> All right. >> Okay. So, it seems like the other officer there, the male officer, maybe went and talked to the son. Maybe he didn't cooperate her story of being choked out. So, he feels like he has enough to arrest the female. >> Are you going to arrest me? Hands behind your back. >> Wait a minute. Put your hands behind your back. You not >> Why are you arresting me? I want to know why you're arresting me. Wait a minute. He's going to tell you. Wait a minute. >> I have a right to know why you're arresting me here. I really do. >> This This is what kind of am I paying taxes to? This doesn't even pay taxes. >> I am a taxpaying citizen literally. And you are going to put your hands on me. Get your hands off of me actually. I would like to know seriously why I'm getting arrested when I want to press charges on him. I want to press charges on him. Can I say that right now? >> You can say whatever you want. >> Yeah. Well, uh, make a note of it. I'm pressing charges on him for violating the YouTube. Once we determine the person that's being arrested, never charge the other person. Just looks retaliatory. If there was past abuse, they can later go and try to go to the court and get a complaint issued. But we've already picked. We've determined who the primary aggressor is. That's who we go with. >> This is disgusting. Seriously, you're do this to me while that is in there with weed and lots of other things in there. And I can tell you what. >> You need to get all this. Hold still. >> Oh, let's do it. Huh? Let's do it. >> Down. No. No. >> Take me to the goddamn psych word mother. You want to do it? Go ahead. No. Oh. Oh, I know you. >> Oh, I know you. I'm crazy. You piece of white misogynistic cop. I sense a hoblin coming. >> You better be not black. You white mother racist pieces. >> They're on the >> Okay, >> time. >> I hope you get everything you Jesus Christ. >> I'm not going to do anything. Oh my god, I'm so tired right now. You want me to keep doing it? >> You'll help me, >> huh? >> You'll help. >> No. Can I just like my leg is sweaty? I'm doing it wrong. I know I'm doing it wrong. >> Somebody needs to go back to hobbling 101. I think >> I cannot wait to get you on Megan Kelly and Candace Owens and every goddamn thing else youing. >> Seriously, you suck. >> Seriously, I cannot wait. Like, I cannot wait. A mother of four and a grandmother who's never done any goddamn thing in her life. And you're like stupid red mustache ass. Oh, why aren't you hurt me now? >> Whoa. Easy on the red mustache lady. >> Cuz I'm making fun of your stupid ass. >> Yeah, you deserve every bit of it. >> I'm going to turn the other way. >> Grandmother. >> Grandmother. Suburban mother. And this is what you're doing. THERE'S PEOPLE OUT THERE SELLING GOD milk and you're worried about me. >> Yeah, exactly. >> You don't know me, but you will. You will know me cuz you don't think I'm nobody, but I am somebody and you will hear about me, homie bud. >> In politics and everything else, you will. >> For the woman caught on camera, her charges were battery and resisting without violence. However, the battery charge was dropped and she ended up just paying $373 in fines and fees. The woman who stabbed her boyfriend was charged with aggravated assault with a weapon and cruelty to children. Unfortunately, I was not able to find any court records for her.
