Today we've got two cases where fast food comes with a side of police intervention. We have this woman and her lawyer who refuses to leave a McDonald's only to end up in the dreaded rap so I can get up. I can't. You don't understand cuz then I will end up having to hurt people. I don't want to have to. But first, police arrive at this Taco Bell after reports of a couple throwing food at employees through the drive-thru window. Little did these officers know they were about to meet the most annoying couple in the world. Hey Andy. Yeah. Let her take it. Okay. Put the window down. No. Put the window down. You can't squeeze over there. Yeah. Put it down all the way. What's up? Um, do you guys have your licenses on you? Okay. Are there any guns or weapons or anything in the car? Okay. What happened tonight? Let's separate them. Let's see if she can get out. And then see if she can squeeze out. Just go back. Looks like she is might have enough to open her door. Would you mind coming out here and telling me that? I'm going to have you step out on that side. Okay. You want them out? Yeah. Out. Yeah. Hey, miss. Miss, hey, miss. Can you step out for me, please? I I don't want to step out of the car. There's no reason for Okay. Well, I'm giving you a lawful Here we go. So, you need to step out of the car. Can I ask why? Because I told you to, and I'm allowed to. But that that's not that's not a reason. It did is a reason. Now, go ahead and step out. Step out of the car. You're going to go to jail. Step out of the car. I told you to step out of the car because I'm telling you, stop. Step out of the car. Listen, why don't you ask for another unit to respond because we're getting non-compliance from both occupants. I'm telling you, get out of the car. Do you want to go to jail or go home? Sounds like we might have some field training going on here. I just want to ask because I told you to now step out. But that's not a lawful. Listen, I please step out of the car. I like the ammunition you have. Listen, I'm talking Can I please just talk to you? Step out. Can I please ask why I have done this? Because I told you to. We're trying to investigate a possible crime. Now, step out of the car. Listen, you're on private property. Just step out. Come on. He's right in your ear, passenger. I don't want to have to cut your seatelt. Come on. Step out. Say anything. Step out of the car. You can't say anything. And I don't have a lot of room here, so I can't even reach in. Just step out. That's fine. Just step out. I just didn't do anything. I just You're not in trouble right now. Just step out. Come on. Say a word. I'm I don't have to be in trouble because I'm not saying you're in trouble. We're trying to investigate a possible crime. Step out. I don't have a lot of room to work. Just step out. What is the possible crime? Hey, stop reaching over there into the controls. Stop. You need to step out of the Stop reaching over there. I can't I literally can't see in here. Just step out. Just reaching over pulling stalks and [ __ ] keys. Just come out and talk to us. I'm just encouraging her to be non-compliant and rolls up the window. trying to figure out. Okay, they confirmed these are the ones that threw stuff at them and we got the plate already. So, and now it sounds like it might be a domestic. She wants him out, wants him in. She also sounds intoxicated behind the wheel a little bit. So, we're just trying to get her out and separate him at this point and she's not stepping out and saying you don't have a warrant, blah blah blah. So, she's failing to comply. So, step out. Well, come on over here. Let me talk. Let's talk over here. What is he doing? Uh, start the car. It is. That's why we're trying to get you back here and just have a conversation. Okay. Once we have a conversation, then we can clear things up. Hey, this is tighter than I thought it was. And it's running. I don't like this. So, let's just try to talk to her from right here. I don't want you to get squished. Okay. Okay. Or have her throw it in reverse. This is just a really bad spot altogether. So, let's just let's just try to do everything from over here. It looked like you had more room when I was over here. That's why I was I don't want anyone getting squished. Put the window back down. Put the window back down. It's like a couple junior sovereign citizens. It looks like this kid's been in his mom's basement watching too many YouTube videos or something. Hey, what's the crime? What's the crime? Yeah. What's investigation? Well, I mean, you're throwing stuff at employees, stuff like that. We just We just want to talk. Okay, then what? Put the window back down. I don't know what they're on, but it looks like there's smelling alcohol. Smell her speech. She's not making sense. She looks like her eyes like she's up and we can't even get out of the car to talk to her cuz she's not complying with their order to get out. So, she's about to just be under arrest in general here. But the problem is I don't I don't want to do anything on that side of the car. Yeah, we're still working. So, they can absolutely ID these people, demand their ID, have them step out to be interviewed. They're investigating crimes here. Sounds like multiple things. They They didn't leave when they were told to. They were throwing items at people. So, they do have to comply. They do have to produce their IDs, of which they are doing none. You need to step out now. I can't hear you. You need to step out. You're being detained right now. You need to step out of the vehicle. It's a I'm not talking to you. I'm talking to her. And yes, you're being detained. Put your window down, please. Because you're driving a vehicle. Okay. You're suspected of a crime and we believe you're intoxicated. You need to You need to step out of the vehicle. I'm talking to her. You need to step out of the vehicle. You need to step out of the vehicle. Come on. Step out of the car. We can I would rather this I can go through there. I would rather get him out. He can be detained, too. He's being obstructive. And if we need to have her come out this side of the car through him. I just don't want to get squished. And he's he's just step out of the car. Hey, unlock the doors. Unlock the door now. Obnoxious. Unlock the door. Open the window. Yeah. Open the window. Who called us? Huh? Who called us? Yeah. Yeah. Whose fault is this? These are the two that were given the problem. Did somebody throw something at you guys? It was on the floor, but we had to go out and sweep it up. Throw it at somebody. You're fine. You're fine. She has never been a problem. She's been apologizing for him the entire time. So, okay. So, what do you want done? 100%. There's no crime committed. Okay. So, you can do for this. I just needed them to leave my drive. I just So, they're trespassing, huh? We're leaving and that's it. So, they're trespassing. Do you want them back ever? No, we're done. [Music] illegal. We're not doing already on the app. Okay. Do you want them back at all? Preferably ever. No. Do you want them advice on trespassing? I just feel like that's what my GM would tell me. What are What do you want us to do about that? All we have to Okay. Trespass. She's intoxicated. It would seem so, but she's not following her orders to get out and even talk to her and investigate and separate from him. Okay. You were asked to leave before. Okay. You were asked to leave before. I was asked to leave before. Do you have your ID? Let's start. Let's start over. I didn't commit any. Okay. Yes. You're being trespassed from here cuz you guys aren't leaving. I I am in a car. I can't leave. Okay. Well, it also sounds like you weren't letting her leave either. So, who's he on the phone with? How would I not let her leave when she's driving? How? And you saw something going on between them. What was going on between them? Trying to get him out of her car. Like telling him to get out. Did you see anything going on between them other than that? Okay. All right. Hey, roll your window down. Can you ask her? You're being very patient up to this point. I I depending on the state or the agency, you might already had your window smashed. Step out and talk to us. No, I'm not. I'm not. Okay. You're being advised to trespass. So, I need to ID you. Give me your ID. Ident. Listen. Identify yourself. You need to identify yourself or you're going to go to jail. You need to identify yourself. You're going to go to jail. You understand? What time am I? You're trespassing. We're advising you on trespass. Listen. Listen. I'm leaving and that's okay. Just watch it. Just watch it. I got I got And that's okay. I give you the ID. There you go. Stop reaching. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. Stop. I'm giving you the ID. Stop. You're under arrest. Open the Unlock the car. Unlock the car. Unlock the car. Get out of the car. Step out of the car. Please step out of the car. Please step out of the car. Just step out of the car. I didn't know. Okay. Okay. Okay. Easy. We got Okay. Okay. I'm sorry. total regret. He's now realizing the uh self-righteousness he was feeling while he watched those um videos on the internet. He's not getting the same feeling now. I didn't know it was this big of a deal. I'm really really really sorry. I didn't know. You didn't know the hundred times we told you. I know. I didn't know. You're ridiculous. Correct. Julia, can you please help me? Can you be quiet? Yeah. Can you please be nice? Can you please be quiet? We tried being nice. I'm sorry. Don't accuse us of not being nice. Hey, can you step out? No, I can't step out cuz I haven't done anything wrong. Well, I'm asking you to step out of your vehicle. You're asking me, but I not liable to step out because I've not done anything wrong. You've talked to her. She said I'm not an issue at all. Okay, you can hear her talking. She does sound kind of thick tonged or something. There's something with her speech. So, there there could be impairment that of course hard to investigate when she won't get out. I understand that, but we're here trying to investigate something and separate parties. Julia, please bail me out. Julia, Julia, please. Julia, help me. Julia, separate your feet for me. Jail. I mean, Julia, please bail me out. Separate. Stop moving around. I'm not. Julia, jail, bail. I don't have anything. I'll get your light. Go. I got it. Please bail me out. Julia, she she can't hear you. Julia, please bail me out. Julia, please bail me out. Would you shut up? Gosh, I didn't do I know. Can we Yes, you did do something. You're not listening. You're under arrest for obstructing now. Okay. All you had to do is talk to us so we can figure out what was going on. Advise you on trespassing on your way. That's what you're doing. I didn't You didn't let us talk to you. Wouldn't let us Why are you putting your seatelt on? You're not listening to anything we're telling you. Listen, I'm just a college student. I work two jobs. I just got married. I'm just a me a positive member of society. I just am an emotional because I just it's late and I want to go. Oh goodness. Okay. Are we going to Can I just bail him out tonight or can someone get him tonight? That depends on how this goes. It's not going well. You're not doing anything we ask of you. You're not providing your identification. So, we're investigating not only a disturbance, we are investigating a possible domestic between you two. And now we're investigating whether or not you're under the influence and you're okay to drive and I don't have to explain because I'm crying the way you're talking I can't talk to you report some other people. I can't even investigate it cuz you're not doing anything I'm asking you to do. Listen, I'm not under the influence. I am being an emotional because my boyfriend of four years to cop her. Listen, I'm just And they also don't want you to come back here and get trespassed. Absolutely fine. I have to be able to identify you to advise you of trespass. Do me a f favor. Damian, stop talking. Okay. Julia, please. We're going to go back. Julia. Julia, please bail me out. Julia. Julia, bail me out. Julia. Julia, bail me out. Sit in the car, man. Don't make it worse. You're making it worse. I didn't do anything wrong. Lean back. Look that way. I can look wherever I want. Don't touch me. Shut up. I didn't do anything wrong. Shut up. I didn't do any Julia, bail me out. Julia. Julia, bail me out. Julia back. Press me again to see what happens. Julia, bail me out. Julia, bail me. Whoops. That's what happens. Okay. So, I'm the one that's got to trespass you. She doesn't have a personal problem with me, but I will not come back like like she has. Perfect. Do you have your ID on you? Yes, but am I going to be in any type of trouble? Because I haven't committed any crimes. Well, you're committing crimes by not listening to the commands that we're giving you. We've been here for like 10 minutes and nobody has listened to us. They're lawful commands. I have reasonable suspicion of several crimes being committed. I'm not going to explain it all to you and argue with you. I haven't done anything. I'm not I had to leave another call to come here and deal with this. Okay. So that's how serious this is now. So you need to listen to this officer and do what he's saying. We see it all the time. Like if she's sober and she just complied, that'd be it. Been nothing but kind and patient with you. So we've been telling you to provide these things. We've been telling you to step out of the car. These aren't optional things. And you're arguing with us and rolling the windows up and not talking to us. That's called obstruct. Okay. But you're also not stepping out of the vehicle, which you have the power to do. So you're done. I am in no way not trying to be mean or disrespectful or do I'm trying in no way not trying to you're not working with me at all. You're doing nothing but respect my rights as a citizen. I understand that states for Do you know what obstructing official business is? Yes. And that's not what I'm doing because you're complying with our commands. Well, I haven't gotten out of the car when we asked you to. I haven't done anything. We can ask you to get out of a car when we have reasonable suspicion of contact with you. Okay. Separate parties. Turn my car off and it makes you feel better. It would feel better if you stepped out of the car like I asked you to several times and now you're not providing your identification. Do you have your identification? I provide my identification without stepping out of the vehicle. Okay. Well, let's start there. Do you have that on you? Yes, but I don't I mean I baby steps. I have not committed a crime to have my ID. All right. Well, I also explained this all to you already. You can look me up. I have no warrants. I can't look you up. You're not providing your identification. Okay. Well, are you going to give it back to me? Like Yeah, I'll give it back. What am I going to do with it? I'm I'm going to reach down here and grab it. I asked for it. I'm just telling you because I want you to feel safe. I feel grabbing. Are you concerned about his feelings now? Just for the record, no one did anything in any type of domestic or anything at all. So, I don't know understand what type of crime is being investigated. Okay. Well, now that we have that done, Julie, is the car registered to you? Yes. And this is your ID. Fantastic. All right. Now, would you mind stepping out of the car over here so my partner can talk to you? Why? I'm I I just How many times do you want us to explain it before you get out? Listen, I'm I just don't understand what I've done wrong. Like, what what did I possibly do wrong? I know I'm crying and emotional, but that doesn't mean I'm done. Just because I'm upset. Like, really, genuinely, what have I done wrong? I haven't done anything wrong and no one can give me an explanation as to what I've done wrong. Legally, I didn't even have to give you my license. But I'm just trying to work. She knows all the laws, guys. Your job, but I'm tired. I just want to go home so I can go to work. Okay. I mean, I haven't done anything wrong. You're not listening to anything that we've said, and I've explained it to you when I didn't have to. Well, what is it that you want me to do? I want you to step out of the vehicle so you can talk to my partner. No, I have it right now. Can you step out of the vehicle, please? If I have my ID back, I will step out of the vehicle. I will turn the car. Listen, this is it. You're under arrest. Negotiation for obstructing. This is it. You stepping out or no? If I step out, will I not be under arrest? Sure. I I need to hear you though. Because I don't know what I've done wrong. Okay. Okay. Well, clearly I just don't know what I did wrong. Okay. Can I talk to him before anything happens after I talk to you guys? No. We're done talking to him for the night. Okay. He's with us now. Go on. Am I going to be able Is he going to be able to be bailed out in the morning or something? Not a concern right now. I'm talking to you. I will answer those questions for you. Okay. Okay. I don't know why. Hallelujah. Walk this way. Okay. I'm not doing anything. I know. I'm just letting you know you're walking this way. That's it. Okay. I'm just putting I just want you to feel safe. I'm just putting bones in my pocket. Okay. Okay. And I'm emotional because I'm going to pat you down real quick for weapons. Okay. Fine. That's completely So come over here. You're under arrest, Julia. For what? For obstruction. For everything we told you about 15 times. I lied to you. What time you guys open? Julia. Why you yelling? Because I didn't. She needs to get me out of jail. She's going to jail, too. Huh? She's going to jail, too. For what? Same thing. You You are obstructing. Obstructioning. She tried to leave. Are you stupid or something? She's not complying our commands just like you. What do you mean? When you don'tident when I when you don't identify yourself. When you don't identify yourself and you delay our job. That's called what you're trying to do. It doesn't matter. Well, if we tell you he's hearing you, but he's not listening. I didn't do anything wrong. I was in the passenger. So, listen. Stop screaming cuz number one, she can't hear you. And two, she's going to jail and you'll probably lose your voice. So, probably not the best, right? I know, but Julia. All right. Sounds like the end of uh a Rocky movie or something. I tried. She can't hear you. Julia. Julia. off. Bring out the mouth hobble. Come on, you fat piggy. Come on, piggy. Piggy piggy piggy. It's a real sweet talker. Come on, piggy. Piggy, your mom never loved you. I'm going to your mom, too. THD fake [ __ ] all over the place. There's got to be more on board. What? Uh I Look, I know you guys have been taking something. You're not in trouble for that. I just want to know. You guys been drinking, smoking? What? No, I'm I'm not We're not drinking. We're not smoking. I mean, I know you're on something. I don't care what. I just want to know what so I can let them know. So if you have any medical issues, they know about anything. We're on private property. We didn't do anything. Okay. I mean, I'm sorry. We're really not. I'm on a little drug they call private property, officer. All right. Yep. Purse, uh, phone, wallet, everything right here. Okay. Yes. And can I please say something? Anything in there? I have a medical marijuana prescription prescribed by a doctor. Okay. So, anything in there is completely legal. How old are you? I am 21. Okay. Weed's legal if you're 21 then, right? Yeah. No, but I'm saying I have a medical prescription. That's fine. I'm just letting you know. It's really important to me to be educated about the law because I thought I was, but there's more to learn. Well, I know there's nothing I can do about it now. I'm sitting here looking like an idiot and I'm literally going to miss it. Lessons learned. You really think I'll get out tonight? I'm sorry. I'm just really emotional right now about it. I'm really upset. This is just something that's really scary to me cuz I don't I'm not a I'm not a bad person. I'm not a criminal. Like both my parents have their master's degrees and like have great jobs and I grew up going to museums my whole life. Like I'm not a bad person. Give me a second. I really don't want to cry and make a scene. Okay. Well, we'll get her charges in just a moment, but first, cops are called by McDonald's employees for reports of a woman exposing herself to staff and customers. She's here. Okay. You want her gone? Yes. You want her banned? Yes. All right, ma'am. Yes. Thank you. Thank you for being back to where we go to the office. We have our daytime. All right. Is that Well, so they want they want you guys gone. Car three. Okay, that's cool. Then we need to be able to get out the door before it's happening too much for that long. Time for sporting goods 498. I'm sure they just want her. You want both of them banned or just her? Is she cool to stay? Is she cool to stay too? No, she's not. No, him. Okay, I got you. anywhere. You're cool to stay if you want. You're the one who has to go and you're the one that's getting banned, right? I'm getting to leave. I keep our rem. Let's get a a rush on that. Do you want your shoes or by the front door? Well, here's the deal. We'll we'll figure this out between myself and my lawyer here. So, we already know this isn't going to be easy. She's not just going to leave. You're you're free to stay. He doesn't do any like Is there somewhere you need to go somewhere? What's your plan? Well, I was going to try to get over to the store to get some things to uh buy, but I was three. The gas station. But actually, what I'll probably do is go over to a spot two. Okay. You want to move on that? What do you need to leave? triple 9. It's a verbal 10 my personality disorder. I don't I don't just So they got to figure out is this alcohol? Is it drugs? Is it mental health? That is the puzzle we must solve. I get it. I just don't want her to go to jail for something stupid. I know. Do you want an ambulance? No, I do not. Okay. And I actually have severe CPTTSD. Thank you. To the point of I don't want to have to have to what? Hurt anybody. Do you having thoughts of hurting somebody? Forever and ever and ever and even don't think so. Ohio. Are you having thoughts or harm yourself? Nope. Not a I see the roadies going down here. It's a good tactic if you can get an ambulance there and she agrees to go. Problem solved. She's off the property. She's headed to a hospital where she can maybe get checked out, get a mental health evaluation. But she's not biting. My crew is behind me. Reversing. Okay. Pushing y'all right back out. You want to get your shoes on? I'm going let you get your shoes on before I squirt you out. It's cold out there. Is this her stuff? You're an absolute idiot. I appreciate that. Uh, negative. You need a good sport. Not you, but the store. So, I take this back. That's fine. Not from them. Are these your jackets? 57. Get out the damn door, mother. Yo, she getting like naked. She flashed. She flashed one of our employees and the the customer or two that was in here at the time when she did it cuz she did it right in the middle of No, she did it right here. Just go. Just go. Right here. So you have it in your arm. Get her out. It's in your arm. Bring all my belongings out here and you push me out the door so damn fast. I can't even figure out how to get them all back. You got them all in your hand. [Music] car. She's been trespassed looks like from a few other places also. I was see if she's been from here before, but it looks like it was some other places around. I was trying to give her grace, you know. I just like the word only do so much until I mean you got kids in here and stuff. So it's like that's that but that's a lot. It's hard to call you guys cuz it it is kids in here. Yeah, but we can't allow that for this to be established. No, absolutely not. It's a little uncuth. It's not trespassing. I'm just informing your trespass. If you come back, you will go to jail for trespass. As long as you don't come back, you're all good. It's not trespassing because I've been wanting to buy something all day and I can't even get up. That's fine. They could trust. You guys don't understand. Jennifer, thank you. Will she leave? Will she not come back? Then get it down. All right. I'm on drugs. I kept trying to tell her like, "Ma'am, please down." Yeah. Please down. Like, and after so many times, it's a lot of drugs. A lot of drugs. History of lot big history of drugs. So, I mean, it's it's So, they know her. Jeez. A bad penny. You're going to jail. And I apologize. But you have to understand if I don't get that out, somebody's going to the hell out. Leave now. You're going to jail. You're your treasure. Leave the property. You're going to jail. On fold. Don't come back. So, let's give her a come back. She didn't go get her glove. If she comes back in, I'm just going to throw her in cough skin. She's trying to get in. Jennifer, leave the property. You're going to jail. Yeah, I can get that bad with this in my hand. Okay. So, how far do you want to go? Go home or go wherever you live. Pass the property. Go pass the balance sign. You're all good. So, stop. Stop what? You're not letting me even balance. They're so close to getting her to leave. So close. And I know in their minds they're praying she actually leaves. My anxiety. Chair, you got to go. I'm already pissed in my pants. Think about the right. You can bounce here there. Start walking or you're going to jail. Put your coat on and go someplace else. I have to get it out of here or you're going to get zapped with electricity. I don't even know how to push it. Back at you. Back at you. Back at you. Back at you. Back at you. Seriously. Walk. Where you going? Here we go. Jennifer, go or you're going to jail. The flame. Oh, well. All right. Don't you even dare. Damn it. Come on. I can't. God damn it. Don't make me. [Applause] No. No, please stop. Jennifer, get him. Jennifer, stop. Stop. Stop. Sad. Jennifer, stop. [Music] Oh no. Oh no. Really is sad. I mean, the lady clearly needs to be in a program, a rehab, something. She's her life is falling apart. She's at McDonald. Can't even stay at McDonald's without getting arrested. That's your finger. Stop. Stop. Break his ass. I have a blood clot. Stop. All right, let's stand up. You have to let me get up. You have to You have to stop. Jeez. Stop. Should we ask for a rap? Don't even make me go some rap talk going on. Oh [ __ ] Cuz you got no idea what you think I can even do. Okay. Get me. Let's just try to get out. Just try to get her out here in the cruiser first. Stop. All right, Jennifer. You're going to have to see her. Do not grab me. I'm trying to get the you son of a [ __ ] Stop. He's not horning. 25. We have something with a rap. You're going to get assault on a police officer. So no. Understand? Do you know why he was fighting that hard? 25. Damn it. You have anything on you? It's going to poke s anybody. So, they're thinking they're going to need the wrap just from her behavior so far. I think you've all seen it before. Goes around the legs, the torso. You get a little helmet. Kind of look like a little glowworm and you can't move. Do you have anything on you, ma'am? No. Could you please just get me the We're going to be at Ali's with this signal. Take a seat. Do you think she goes in a wrap regardless after that? Um, I mean it just depends on how she's going to on trespass or obstruction to leave. Oh, if you can do that, you could do a call on a police officer if you wanted to. I think she's going to need a rap. This guy's all in on the rap. I can tell he keeps bringing it up. The way she was kicking in there, I'd say bought the ticket. She earned it. Let's just put her in. Yeah. Do they have to sign trespass? They just want They just weren't trespassed. But I mean, she was trespassed. So, um, we we trespassed her. So, you trespassing. Yeah. Victim as Donald. Yeah. We trespassed her. She wouldn't leave the scene and then continue to come come back.
