Dana was charged with theft, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, public intoxication, and failure to appear for a municipal warrant. Sentencing details weren't available at the time of the recording. I've reached out to the court for information, and we'll pin any updates in the comments below. If you thought Dana was off the rails, this woman might give her a run for her money. Police get called after she walks into a store, says nothing, launches a drink at the owner, and just walks out. It turns out this is only one incident in a whole lineup of harassment reports. And when the officers finally show up at her house, everything blows up fast. So, I'm safe. I'm fine. It wasn't I'm sure they told you what was up. Do you need backtory? Do you want I know backtory. I talked to you on the phone for like an hour one day. Hello again. Yeah. So, um first I have the name of the two people that were in the store cuz it was just me, two customers. I was in the back. I'm clearing off a table cuz I sold it and someone's picking it up later. Take a picture of those numbers. Yep. and they were like, they were like, "We don't want to go to court or anything, but we'll answer any questions or whatever." Um, she has a ban notice here. So, according to the police report, this started out as a business thing. She was selling art in his store. They became friendly. It turned sexual pretty quickly, but then there was a few instances where she just refused to leave his house. So, he tried to create some distance and here we are. Court date on the 15th from spray painting on my property. Officer Moes. Can I get a picture of that, too? Yeah. Boes is really cool. And he followed up and he kind of got her to admit and she did this criminal property damage and he was like, "You've got a court date." He came by and told me right after he done with her. So, I'm assuming he didn't. He just said she's got a charge on her and a court date. So, I'm assuming he did that. Do you ever date anybody who's just like way more into you than you are to them? You try to break it off and it's not working. I think that's what we have here. But um I was basically right at that right at that entryway there when I saw her approaching me and I just walked by her cuz I was like I want to get her out of the store. She's mad at me. She's going to yell at me. Whatever. She'll follow me. Took about two three steps, got right to about where she is and she just chucked this drink at me. I mean it's battery. It's a salt salt and battery. Excuse me. The street cuz I literally recognized the smell. I get this hibiscus tea, hibiscus litechi and I was like that tea on me. Went across the street just to be like was Janice in here and did she buy a tea? And they said yes. So do you have any video in here at all? One at the door that might show not in here. Okay. Yeah. Okay. I might it might show her coming in. I don't know. Should be helpful. Okay. She was here when she told us she was in that room. I'm going to get your phone number here. In the police report, it says he did go to try to get a restraining order, but the court was closed and then he never followed through. Probably a big mistake. Is it Are you able to pull that video? Yeah, I'm looking now. And I've just been like so like not doing anything towards her, just like trying to do anything. I mean, I figured when Officer Bo said that she had a court date when he goes when I told her that, she seemed very unfaced by it. This is where the alleged harassment begins. The police report shows us allegations of Miss Weldon refusing to leave the victim's store, following the victim home from work, standing outside his house for hours, banging on the door, spray painting his business, and blocking in his car on the driveway. Eventually, this culminated in Miss Weldon posting public accusations online and leaving notes, calling the victim a rapist. Cops had records of all these alleged incidents, but the most recent event triggered cops to go and pay Miss Weldon a visit. Champagne Police. Hello. Are you Janice? I'm Officer Kapars with Champagne Police. Um, so reason why I'm here. Do you know someone named Matthysse? Why? Well, he he said that um couple Saturdays ago, so it'd be on the 14th, September 14th, that you went in the store and threw a cup of water on him. You remember that? Why are you guys here about that? I'm just here to talk to you about it because this is a normal matter that police typically handles. Mhm. This is liquids. So, you did pour the water or throw the water in that day. I'm sure we can get this footage. Okay. All right. Admission. Go ahead and step out here. Okay. No, thank you. We're going to be placing you under arrest. No, no, no. No, no, no. Not today, boys. Okay. Stop. No. Stop. Stop. What is wrong? Put your hand down your back. This is so not right. I don't know if that was a Freudian slip, but she's like, "What is going on with me?" Everybody's wondering that you're under arrest for battery. Okay. Oh my god. You don't want to be resisting on top of that. So, you need to cooperate. Okay. No. No. I'm not doing that. I'm not. No, I am noting doing this. This is ridiculous. Do you want to charge for resistance? Don't scare. This is ridiculous. He [ __ ] assaulted me. Nobody did anything. Nobody wants to. Oh my god. You guys stop it. Get off the Aubrey. Not like you guys haven't already done enough damage. Keep at it until I love it. This is so amazing. Get off my hair. What the is wrong with you? I think she slipped the cuffs. Yeah. Oh my little wrists. This is not Stop. No person. Yeah. Back up. This is so unlawful. Are you kidding me? It's funny. She thinks this is unlawful, yet you can just throw liquid on people and it's totally out of the purview of the law. for throwing a cup of water. That was on somebody. Stop. Is this insane? Yep. You Oh. Oh my god. Me. Let go. Stop. For throwing a cup of water. Oh, because I'm being [ __ ] assaulted by you now. Everybody just gets to assault me and I'm getting to go to jail. This is so amazing. Love my life. Love this. You guys are so good at I'm just searching you. Okay. So, just cooperate. Okay. I'm going to use the back of my hand to search your bra. Okay. Don't even have one on. Okay. You're not sprained ankle. Get off of me. I'm going to break my wrist. Your wrist is fine. No, it's not. How can you feel what my wrist feels like? Can you feel what my wrist feels like? Do you have that capability? Cuz that would be amazing. You want to take seat? But first is easier. There you go. Can't move my ankles. Do you guys take everyone who pour water on people to jail? Can I have the statistics of that? It's battery. No, it's not. Hey, what's going on? College student. Miss Weldon was initially charged with two counts of battery, one count of aggravated battery on a peace officer, and one count of resisting. Prosecutors dropped the battery and aggravated battery charges, and moved forward only on the resisting charges. Prosecutors then offered her entry into the county's misdemeanor second chance program, which is a diversion program for firsttime or lower level offenders. We don't know the exact requirement she was given, but the program typically includes things like check-ins, classes, community service, or staying arrest free for a set period. After she successfully completed the program, the case was fully dismissed, meaning she avoided a conviction and walked away with no fines, no sentence, and no criminal judgment.
