Not every call we get as cops ends an arrest, but sometimes the people on scene turn nothing into something. >> Can I go to jail with him? Why? >> In this video, we've got a husband who decides to fight with cops while his wife is being questioned. >> Stop disrespecting my wife. >> And another guy who could have just walked away, but instead turns it into a chaotic arrest. >> Give me your hand. Turn your cameras on. >> Cops arrived on scene shortly after a woman crashed their truck. Or did she? >> There is a gunman in this vehicle. >> Okay. Can I get it for you? >> I'll hop out. I'll get it. >> Okay. Middle console. >> Middle console. Okay. >> Yep. And there is a uh little shell in there, too. >> Okay. Are you okay? >> I am fine. >> Were you with her? >> Yes. He was He was in the passenger seat. We were arguing and I ran into the bridge. It It's my bad. >> You said you were what? >> I was drunk. >> Okay. >> I ran into the bridge. We're arguing. It's my bad. >> Okay. Okay. How much you had to drink? Uh, probably two beers and three shots. >> Okay, come on. >> I'll do it. >> You said you had two beers, three shots. So, you want to take a couple tests? >> I don't really I'd rather just have a blood test if that's okay. >> Okay. Do you want to take a PBT here? A preliminary breath test? >> It's I mean, it's up to you. I'm just going to ask you. You know, the tests will just determine whether you know you're good. >> They determine whether you're good and also provide some good evidence for the police. I don't want to lose my license. I just >> I know I up. >> He's got a job to do, Kyle. We all have jobs to do, brother. >> I don't know. I I >> seems like they know each other. >> Okay. Well, it's up to you. Come on, >> Kyle. Stop. >> We got jobs to do, Kyle. It's part of it. >> All right. >> It's their job. >> He's going to be a problem. >> Is destroyed >> because of me. It's fine. You guys think that you were worried about your job? >> Kyle, we have a job to do. >> You wrecked. She admits that she's been drinking. She says she's drunk. >> You need medical attention for your knee. >> Can you just have >> Can I just go for a blood test? >> That's up to you. You don't want to take a plary breath test or you want to do any of the tests? >> Well, I am very uncoordinated. So, there's no way. >> What about eye test? >> Yeah, you just follow my >> Can I take my off? >> You're just going to stand there. >> So, it's a horizontal gaze nagmus test. looking for that little stutter in the eye, smooth pursuit, onset prior to 45, and maximum deviation. It's a big part of uh OUI evidence. It's very accurate. >> No, I am very uncoordinated. >> Do you want to go to jail for obstructing? >> Absolutely. >> No. Stop, Kyle. >> Cuz that's about where you're going to take it easy, Kyle. >> Kyle, stop. >> Move on down the road. Please move on down the road for me. Okay, >> Justin. >> You're going to go to jail. my wife. >> So, what we're going to do is you're either going to have to calm down or we'll put you in the back of a car. Okay. >> Well, but there's two things. >> Kyle's tell me tell him one. >> Well, he's not going to tell me I'm in charge. >> I don't care what you are, BROTHER. >> KYLE, YOU >> I LOVE HIM. >> I understand that, Kyle. >> So, these guys all know each other, so it's probably a small town or tight-knit community. >> Do you know this man? >> He's not Jackie's sister's brother's boy. >> There's benefits to being a cop in a community like that. My first job was in a community like that. But that being said, I did have high school friends in the lockup. I had friends parents in the lockup. It's pretty awkward. >> Stop disrespecting my wife. >> I'm not disrespect. I'm treating her I'm treating her very nicely. >> Sorry. Just come back here for a minute. >> Give me just a second. >> This gentleman, one of these gentlemen said he was driving. He was behind the wheel whenever he got here, but I don't know if he pulled it off the bridge. >> Okay. >> That's what's that's what Sally's getting information. >> She's sitting in the driver's seat. She's willing to take a hit from herself. I'm just letting you know. Okay. >> Sounds like they might have pulled an old switcheroo here. >> You're going to stand there with your hands your hands at your side, feet together, and just follow my finger with your eyes and your eyes only. Don't move your head. You understand? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Don't move your head. Just Just your eyes. >> You can see it a little bit there. >> God damn it. Stop with my wife. >> Have you smoked any marijuana? >> Oh, no. Okay. >> He's being very respectful, Kyle. >> Okay. He has a job to do. He's got to conduct some tests. That's what he's doing. You don't want to take any of the other tests, the walk and turn or the one leg stand. >> I am not coordinated enough for that. >> And then what about a preliminary breath test? It's not admissible in court. Just kind of help you better judge where you're at. >> I can't breathe very well anyway. >> So, here's what's going to happen. [laughter] You're going to be placed under arrest for DUI right now. >> Okay. You're being cooperative. I'm not even going to cuff. I'm just going to have you have a seat in the backseat of the car >> and then we're going to go from there. Okay. >> That is strange. Typically, you're placed under arrest. You're handcuffed. Maybe not behind the back. Maybe you want to be nice and do in front because she's not combative. But that is pretty small town right there. >> Let's go back here. >> Is there any way I could have a little pop of cigarette? >> Yeah, if you want to smoke a cigarette. Yeah. You don't have anything on you, do you? Nothing in your pockets. Okay. >> No. You want here? >> Let's just make sure you had no weapons or nothing. >> God, no. >> God damn it, dude. >> Kyle, >> I would want her away from him. >> Not what do you want me to do? >> Are you serious? Do you have any idea how many times And I am stood up for both of you. >> Both of you. >> Walk up and get a ride. >> I love you. >> Come on, man. >> Why? Why? >> Because she's been she's been drinking. She said that she's intoxicated. >> We've all been drinking. >> Hey, >> have we all been drinking? >> Obviously, >> we've all been drinking. >> But the trire Kyle, >> sure. >> I up. Hey, >> did you think we did it on purpose? >> No, I know you didn't. I up. It's fine. >> Stop. Stop. >> No. Do not the officer. >> She was not in the vehicle and then he got out, walked into the woods, went to the bathroom, came back, his pants were all undone, and she come out of nowhere. >> So, we can see here Kyle obviously is feeling like really guilty cuz it's looking like he was probably driving. And that's what this is all about. >> Everything's on body camera. It's not like you can hide anything. >> Are you going to arrest my wife? >> I am. Seriously, I'm going to get your purse. Yes. I'm going to arrest your wife. >> Are you kidding me? >> Are you kidding me, Jones? Kyle, >> are you kidding me? >> Stop. >> Calm him down and take him home. >> You're just not cool. >> Well, this is how it's going to go. >> No, this is how it's going to go. >> This is how it's going. >> No, this is not how it's going to go. >> Listen to me right now. This is a bad situation. But you're going to wake up tomorrow and you're going to realize it's not as bad as it can be. Nobody's hurt. Your truck's tore up and she's getting arrested for DUI. That's the way it's going to go. Really? >> You'll realize it wasn't that bad. >> Do you remember whenever you used to trace me >> as a child? As aing child. Sometimes you put your hands on me and you're going to jail and back out of my personal space right now. >> Get out of my personal space. >> Alcohol always makes people more self-righteous. We see it all the time. right now. I'm not gonna ask you again. >> Get out of my face. Get out of my face. >> You used TO DO >> KYLE. GET OUT OF MY FACE. I'M NOT GONNA ASK YOU AGAIN. >> Or what? >> You're going to jail. You're not going to intimidate me. >> Stop doing it. Stop. >> Ridiculous. >> Stop. >> No connection. >> KYLE, STOP. WHY? QUIT RESISTING. STOP. >> WHAT DID I DO? >> SO, STUPID. STOP. >> WHAT DID I DO? >> Hear that loud ticking from the taser? That's cuz it didn't close the circuit. It didn't lock them up. Didn't make a connection. Happens a lot. 50% of the time they work. >> You're not GOING TO GET IN MY FACE. >> WHAT DID I DO? >> TOLD YOU TWICE. THREE TIMES TO GET OUT OF MY FACE. >> I DID NOT DO ANY OF THAT. >> YOU'RE NOT going to get in my face. >> What did I do? >> What did I ask you to do, Kyle? Justin, >> what did I ask you to do, sir? >> To get out of my face. >> Justin, >> give us your arm. >> Give me YOUR ARM. >> THE OTHER ARM. >> JUSTIN, what the dude? >> Taser deployed two times. Another subject in custody. [clears throat] >> I got probe on me, I think. >> I got tased. >> Did you get hit? >> I think. I don't know. Well, Kyle, >> I gave you absolutely gave you every opportunity to get out of my face. >> You didn't mean to be in your face. >> Well, you were. And I asked you three times. Get off me. I told you. Walk away. Decker told you walk away. Sally told you walk away. >> Everybody in town told you. >> Justin, you tried [clears throat] to assault me when I was a child. >> We're past that. >> Okay, we're not doing that. Okay. >> You assaulted me as a child. >> You know why you're here and why I'm starting this? >> Um, I know why I'm here. Yes, I'm not. >> So, the law says if I want to talk to you and ask you questions, which I do right now, and you're in custody, I have to advise you of your rights. Make sure you understand what those rights are and talk to you. And I'm always a straight shooter. I'm going to straight shoot you. You are the one driving the other night. Don't say anything till cuz I want to I want to be able to talk to you about it. Okay? And I'm going to ask you to be straight and honest with me about it. Reason I know that is I now have three signed statements of people that saw you and I'm about to go talk to your wife and she's going to tell me the truth because I know she won't lie to me nor do I expect you to lie to me either. You're getting out of here. I'm going to let you postpond. But we're going to finish up the investigation. At this stage, I can't get blood from you to know that you were intoxicated. Okay. But what the worst part of it is is what you guys did is committed an obstruction, which is yet another damn charge. >> So, they're both getting charges at this point. They just need to figure out who's getting what. >> Okay. Now, I expect when I talk to Courtney that she's going to take the blame for this somehow. Um, I expect you guys got worried and got scared about what would happen to you if you got another DUI. But bro, two wrongs don't make a right. They don't. And it's not how you guys are made. You're not people that are going to lie to the police. You're not a person who's going to resist the police. You and I'm me and you're talking straight manto man here. And I haven't rirandize you yet, which means I can't ask you questions. I'm not going to unless you really want to talk to me. You've got to pull your head out of your ass. >> Yes. The only part about this that's confusing to me is he's doing a great job. He's making him comfortable. He's speaking a lot of sense, but he hasn't mirandized them yet. I would always mirandize upfront at the top just in case they blurt anything out or made an utterance or they say anything, it's covered. He's been Mirandized. But he seems to be almost doing the interview like a pre-in before even doing the Miranda. >> And you've got to slow your drinking and you've got to get your head together and so does she because this is not the people you are. I'm >> already done. I promise you. >> Okay. Okay. Well, I'm going to be pulling for you and we'll do what we can to help you with that because you're good, decent members of the community and you got a business and you're respected for that and all that kind of stuff. What I'd like to do is talk to you and ask you to be straight about what actually happened. In order to do that, I have to go through this Miranda form if you're willing to talk to me. If you're not, that's fine, too. >> If possible, like my wife and I to have an attorney present, that's okay. That's that's fine. >> Okay. >> As soon as they say they want an attorney, that's it. It has to stop right there. It's over. [music] >> With no luck of getting Kyle to admit, the officer now speaks to his wife, Courtney. >> You know why I'm back here? >> What? >> To get you to tell me the truth. I'm going to give you my chance. I got a witness in the front lobby and we got another one making a statement. I know that you're um wanting to protect your husband and his job and his CDL and all the other things go with it, but you taking a DUI is not the way to do that. If you let the hole get deeper and deeper, it's going to get deeper and deeper. And you weren't even there. Why in God's name would you take a DUI? That's crazy. What are you doing? >> The reason she would take it, like he said, [music] is the CDL. If you have a commercial driver's license, you get one OUI, you might be able to get out of that and keep your license. But if you get two, you probably will lose your CDL possibly [music] for life. And it's probably his livelihood. >> The potential charge. I'll have to look at it. It's an obstruction charge for filing false police report. He's already got two felonies. So, I'm not going to allow you to take a DUI conviction when you weren't freaking driving. Although, I suspect you drove down there to save his ass in your Jeep. Am I right? >> Wasn't my Jeep. >> Did somebody bring you or did you drive? [snorts] >> I did not drive. >> Okay, that's good. Then we know you have to worry about that either. You guys just panic. Is that what happened? >> Yeah, I panicked. >> Yeah. And we won't put any charges today. We'll investigate and see where it goes from there. You need to quit taking lumps for him. Did he ask you to get in the truck or did you >> Okay. You got in driver's side. >> Yeah. [snorts] >> Always trying to protect him, aren't you? It's just better to get it out in the open. Be straight about it now. I appreciate you being honest with >> like my mom always used to say, "What a tangle web we weave when first we practice to deceive." I'll get to their charges in a bit, but first we have a case of a drunk man being told to leave a bar. What could have just been simply going home after a night out has turned into a night down at the station. >> I lost my phone and everybody's being a big vagina and >> Okay. Is this >> just take your partner out here? >> A little drunk. >> I'm right here. >> She is not involved in anything. >> Just do what you got to do. Okay. >> I'd love to go to my house. You guys >> All right. Well, look, right now nobody's in trouble. Just follow me. Come here. Come this way. >> You guys take a pick. >> You're good. You're good. You're good. Eric, ma'am, go talk to my partner over here. Okay, >> just stand by over here. Hey, boss. Come here. Come here. You're good. What? What's wrong? Why are you all putting your hands on my hood and everything? >> I understand how it works. >> Listen, the reason why I we come in hot like this is because we get we get called in, you know. >> Do what you got to do. >> All right. Well, what's going on today? What? >> I'm looking for a uh we were about to walk for the uh cell phone. >> Okay. and we were to take a a goddamn uh taxi, native taxi or island taxi. I live here. I'm a local. >> I'm a local. No big deal. This is the type of guy when you show up to a call like this, you know, you're going to have to babysit him the whole time. He's very intoxicated and is going to be a pain. >> Just do what you got to do. >> All right. Well, anything you got into an argument with your partner or anything like that? >> Absolutely not. >> No. Okay. Nothing on anything but domestic uh [ __ ] like girlfriends and bull [ __ ] mean. >> Okay. Who is this female to you? >> That girl is my partner. >> That's your partner. >> Let me say who you talking to. >> Yep. >> Yep. That's my partner. >> Hey partner. >> And by your partner is that your girlfriend, wife? >> That's my girlfriend. >> Huh? >> I'm Melissa's god. >> Yeah. Yeah. I remember >> that douche rack right there. Right. Putting tags on two separate people. Not a fanitic cut into >> right over there. So, what what was going on with this guy and all this? >> Nothing. He could put a cigarette out on her arm or something. >> Check her arm. That's what >> that's something. >> All right, ma'am. What's going on today? >> Nothing. >> No, I know you're a little bit intoxicated probably, which is not a big deal. I just want to know why I'm here. Did anything happen between you and your partner tonight? >> No. >> Hey, can I see your arm for a second, dear? >> Can I see your arms? >> Looking for that burn. >> Did anybody burn you or anything like that? >> No, sir. No. >> Can I see this one? >> Not at all. Not at all. Not at all. >> Can I see that one? >> Yeah. No. Not at all. >> Okay. >> Awesome. All right. That is the weakest conversation I've ever had in my life. But you just talk to the police and uh you can prosecute me if you need to >> and I hope it all works out for you. >> You just need to go this evening. >> This guy needs me to go and all the police. Hey, do we need helicopters? Can we get some helicopters in here, sweetheart? >> Well, you can press charges with these guys. >> All right, man. I'm going need you to relax. We're going to get this sorted out. >> Well, this is You're bothering people. >> They're bothering people, not you. You're totally fine. looking like Don Johnson leaning on the cruiser here. >> It's right in the front of the boat. >> Can we move down a little bit? Like for respect for the uh operation that works here. >> This is where we're at right now. We're we're going to try to hurry everything up so we can get you out of here. Okay. >> No, they're never going to let me in here again. So, it's fine. >> Well, that's up to you to to them. Do you live here? >> Yes, I do. >> Okay. >> And look at Rodney. Never is he ever going to let me in here again. I've been here for 25 years. So, you know what that trespass means, right? >> Yeah. Yeah, I understand. >> So, I know you probably know what it is, >> but I'm going to go ahead and um explain it to you. So, you can't be back in this business for the time span of 1 year. >> Yes, sir. >> Yes, sir. >> If you do come back on property, you will be subject to arrest. You do understand that, right? >> Well, Ronnie, you really don't have to add injury to insult. >> No, you're an idiot. I'm not an idiot because that guy tried to my girlfriend. >> I'm an idiot. I I What I didn't do was hit him. What I didn't do is hit him. >> What I didn't do is hit anybody and I'm solely prepared to walk. >> Is there Is there access to the camera? >> I don't know. I don't >> You should You with your right, sir. No. No. >> Since we're since we're uh >> Isabelle, I'm not >> in one cell. Are we Can I go to jail with him? >> Why? >> Well, cuz he can spit it all out. >> Hey, young man. Hey, it's in your best interest to keep it down. As right as of as of right now, you're only going to get trespassed, which means you will be free to go in a little bit. But if you keep acting up, it might escalate into something else. You don't want that. I don't want that. Okay, >> so this investigation's drawn out. It's going to take longer than normal because both the parties they want to talk to are super drunk. So getting information from them is like hurting cats. >> Bro, what the [ __ ] >> Hey, >> I didn't even do anything. >> Yes, you did. >> I didn't hit him. >> Hey, >> what I didn't do is hit >> relax. What did I just tell you? >> Can this all come into into consideration that I didn't hit nobody? Okay. If if if it is that way, you didn't hit nobody. >> If it is that way, the the business still wants you trespass and that's it. End of story. >> You won't be going to jail. Nothing like that. Okay. >> This is a big waste of your time. It's a big waste of their time. >> Maybe it is. But right now, we're investigating and then once we get to the end, we'll explain it to you. Like I'm telling you right now, all we have is just a trespass, which after this you'll be free to go. But if you keep escalating it, >> there could be a possibility you go to jail. Say, >> okay. >> Sorry. >> Okay. Also, I'm going to tell you, sorry. >> Yeah. >> That this guy, every time you stop talking, he says, "Well, if you didn't put your hands down, I would have beat your head." >> Okay. Well, ignore him. >> Like that. >> Be the bigger man and ignore him. >> I am. >> Doesn't seem like it. >> But I want that. >> This is what it is. >> Okay, >> man. I used to come here for 20 years. I'm not allowed to come here no more. >> Oh, there's JJ's. >> JJ's Look at him. He's He's very mad. >> Take it easy on >> He's very mad. >> All right, sir. Here you are, >> sir. Anything you got to do? >> This is your license. You're being trespassed from the brass monkey. Okay. >> What's the time? >> So, you can't stay. You can't stay here. >> Okay. Are you going to listen to me or am I going to have to >> I only have one question for you? You're in training. What's the timeline? >> Okay. It doesn't matter if I'm training or not. I'm >> blah blah blah blah blah. What's the timeline? >> Okay. You're being trespassed. Blah blah blah. >> Okay. If you step on the property again, you're being arrested for the rest of my life. Go. This is yours. >> What's the timeline, sir? >> What's the timeline of what? >> Perfect. >> No, it's problem. >> All right, man. All right. Yes, it is true. He is training, but you're going to show respect. Okay. He's trying to explain to you. Give me Give me one second. I would like an answer. >> No, no, no. Relax. Relax. >> He's talking to you. You listen to him. Okay. >> I want an answer. Come here, man. >> Okay. Can you listen? >> I asked an answer. He already said it. >> Okay. I don't know exactly what the question he wants answered here is, but the trespass, they usually are default one year. So, if you can just not show up for a year and then after a year's time, kind of sneak back in, be quiet, respectful, don't act like this. Bam, you're back at your favorite bar. >> So, he's telling you that you're being trespassed from here, okay? Just like I told you. >> So, you're going to be trespassed here for one year. Okay? >> Within one year, you can't come back. >> Okay? >> Don't touch my girlfriend. >> Hey, >> take your hands off. >> Stop. Hey, that's not that's not >> Stop. >> That's not in part. >> Stop. >> So, I'm telling you, stop right now. >> Stop what? >> Do you want to escalate this? Do you want to escalate this? >> I would like to not escalate. >> All right, then anything. >> All right, put your hands down. >> I would like I would like for you to not touch me three times. >> Put your hands down. >> Four times. >> Put your hands down. >> Do you have your camera on? >> It is on. >> I would like to see your camera on. That's four times. >> It is on right here. >> I would like someone to focus on her. >> Okay. I am focusing on you right now. >> You do not touch. >> So, right now, I am asking you to leave the property. >> Don't touch me five times. >> Leave the property. >> Yes, sir. Jeez. >> No problem. If you don't start walking now, I'm gonna I'm gonna I'm gonna put my >> my uh >> ID. Okay. And the wallet that you guys have. Okay. >> You put your wallet right there. It's right behind you. Grab your wallet and put your ID somewhere else and start moving along. >> Roger that. >> Still original. No, I'm not leaving. >> Okay. Going to leave right now in a little bit, but you can start moving on. No sir. >> Do you want me to call you a taxi? >> I mean, >> do you want to leave with him? >> No. Yeah. Yeah. >> Okay. You're You're good to go, ma'am. You're good to go. You can leave the property with him. You're It's only him. Okay. >> All right. >> All right. You guys are good. >> All right. Leave. >> Go ahead and get in the taxi. HEY. >> HEY. DON'T PULL HER LIKE THAT. >> IF SHE DOESN'T WANT TO GO, don't pull her. Okay. >> Take her wherever you want to go. I'm walking to jail. I'm walking home. Step back. [laughter] >> You're right. Don't. >> You're walking to jail. >> Yeah. Take her somewhere. >> That way. >> I'm going home. Hey. Disorderly ants and take him to jail. >> Stop. I hear you. >> Disorderly ants. Take him to jail. >> There we go. No. >> Turn your cameras off. TURN YOUR CAMERAS ON. TURN YOUR CAMERAS. >> PULL OVER ON YOUR BACK. >> YES, SIR. YES, SIR. YES, SIR. >> Give me your hand. >> Turn your cameras on. >> Give me your hands. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> YES, SIR. YES, SIR. YES, SIR. Turn your CAMERAS ON. >> GET BACK. >> TURN YOUR CAMERAS ON. >> Get back now. >> All of our cameras are on. >> Turn your cameras on. >> All of our cameras are on. >> Turn your cameras on. >> This is unnecessary, gentlemen. He's not doing anything. >> Give me a hobble. >> That's what you did there, sweetheart. >> That's what you just did. >> I think we all knew it was going to end like this. He just couldn't help himself. Couldn't leave the property. We've seen it [music] before. Like a moth to flame. Some people just can't do it. >> That's what you just did. >> Now I'm growing. >> Correct. >> Go ahead, bro. You don't need that. >> Hey, sir. No, I want the hobble first. >> Yep. >> Here it is, folks. Bring out the hobble. >> If I wanted to fight, I'd be fighting. >> Okay. >> And that's fine. >> Let me up. >> We're going to get a hobble on you and then we'll get you rolled over. >> Why are the hobbles going on? >> You resisted with us and therefore >> to see where I resisted on camera. >> Okay. Well, you'll be able to see it. It's public record information. >> That's right. That's right. I think you just you were waiting for a target, sir. I hope you got your camera on, too. >> Please don't hurt me. >> No, we're not going to hurt you, man. We didn't want to hurt you. We didn't want to do this. Bring your knee to your chest. >> Where's your red light, sir? >> Bring your knee to your chest. It's right there. Bring your knees on. Come on. >> Where's this red light? I need your red light, sir. >> It's on now. Get up. >> Everybody's going to need a red light. >> Okay. >> Come on. Help them up. >> Okay. Ready? We're going to go ahead and lift you up. Come over to this side. >> This was unnecessary. You know it was. >> All right. >> Ready? We're going to lift you up and go backwards. And you're going to put your feet down. You understand? >> No. >> I'm not talking to you. So, I'm talking to my friends. >> Okay. Ready? >> All right. >> Stand on up. Okay. Little teeny baby steps. Little teeny steps. >> Little baby hobble steps. >> The other guy could pick my feet up. >> That's enough, >> bro. >> Well, then start walking or else it'll cause more pain. >> You're doing good. Don't [ __ ] me up. >> Good job walking, buddy. >> Stop resisting, sir. >> It's not resisting. >> Yes, it is. >> Come on. You did a good job >> dropping your feet out from underneath you while we're trying to walk you is resisting. You did a good job. >> You guys are looking for a reason. I understand. >> It's all good. >> Slow night, you know. Slow night. Lay back that way. >> Anything you need. >> Slow night. I get it. You know, >> sergeant, I should say. >> Picking on me. >> You want me to give her all of this money? >> I want you to give her everying thing. >> Okay. >> She's going to have to get me out of jail, apparently. or maybe she won't.
