from your breath that's not so I'd like
for you to step out and I'm not even
driving you're still behind the wheel of
the car but I'm not but you are I'm not
are you behind the wheel right now no

the car to do some test so I think the
car was on when I rolled up but she was
still in the driver's suit okay just a
little bit so we get out which car is
yours my keys are sh can you just move
my
car so she still won't even give me any
information so I might just take her on
there
yeah I was trying to go
there I you see you want to step out for
me no I don't have nothing okay it's not
in my car
okay it's it's registered to your name

just talk to the
quick okay okay hold on hold on y'all
please please on y'all there you
go time
for okay the s in the
car a to get
[Music]
out
yeah
hey can you
respond so do you know about how much
she had to drink tonight um so other
than just a lot yeah kind of like when
she like her friend was driving at first
and when she like came to my house she
already pretty so she didn't start
driving until Hot Shots or before Hot
Shots until Hot Shots cuz her friends
are literally at cber right now okay she
dropped them off and then she was like
I'm going to go I'm going to go to shots
cuz my friend's there and I'm like okay
well I don't want you to drive you know
so
like and then like she start when you
drove off and she thought they were here
and she's like hitting curves with their
curve
all I'm like it's clear hold it okay um
so I know you told our dispatcher they
want to remain anonymous obviously
things went very downhill since you've
been here yeah so um right now she's
under arrest for DUI and resisting
arrest okay so her car is also going to
be
toed
it uh so pretty much that was the
passenger that was texting she wanted to
remain anonymous I go in vehicle
sideways I roll up she's in the driver's
seat very uncooperative won't talk with
me he said it's not even her car won't
won't give me her license anything like
that got the passenger out talked to
passenger told me it was Aisa who was
the registered owner and then uh pretty
much waited for everyone to get here is
it passeng is that pass that's passenger
and she was one to text 911 yeah she's
and she said that she's hammered
swerving all over the road hit hitting
curbs or whatnot eventually got her to
go from Hot Shots and pull in here and
stop
so uh she's not an anym no I told her
any I said I know you want to remain so
think very down so I needed your
information so strong o of alcohol
coming from a breath slurge speech
uncooperative I tried getting her to
come out she was out of the car and then
got back in before he could stop her and
then one gu car and basically Shadow out
you said slurge spee slurge speech eyes
y watch that eyes okay she won't do
anything for you
no 100% onqu is 100% refusal on
everything slend right she got a
driver's license can I please drive home
with her and go lay down please not at
this point you are under arrest why one
for drinking and driving two for
resisting arrest and three of open
containers of alcohol on your
car so the car that's registered to you
that you were driving is not your
car can I can I make a deal with yall go
home lay down please you take me there
