on February 14th 2024 an officer from
the Hurley Police Department responded
to the report of a disorderly
tenant
on he came to the door I'm just advising
you I'm out with the
RP he came to the door uh night before
last who's who is he his name is Scott
okay which one does he live in kind of
suing over on the other side this man
lives here on the side door they live
over he lives over on the other side I'm
here here I'm here with the police who
want to talk to the police oh okay this
is the
landlord he threw this stuff up here
first of all he came with this uh

for like 4 days uh day before yesterday
I went up I went to the front the front
door was locked but you can get in to
the side door here to the porch so I
went up I got the cat I got the cat got
the cat called the sheriff's called you
guys he came to the cat away yeah okay
Butterfield comes over that night which
was the night before last pounding on
the door he's got it on surveillance
yeah and saying tell your old lady to
quit breaking into my house blah blah
blah okay and I just didn't answer the
door or nothing you know um I'll write
statements if you need be and then two
day and then two day I just get back and
two day
he he's he's waxed he's I think he's
drunk comes over with a big stick p on a
door and I I walked out and I took the
stick away from him I said what do you
want I want you okay stupidity right uh
wasn't making much sense and I said the
cops are on their way you shouldn't even
be here the cops are are coming your
opponent on the door the other night
1:30 in the morning okay get get going
get going so he left and went back
grabbed a big piece of Driftwood and he
threw it on the front stairs came back
with that first it was the plant the
plant is from upstairs okay and then he
came back with a big piece of Driftwood
and he threw that there and he made a
third trip and threw that and through
that on top the
truck okay
so all right um this porch that you went
into is that like a shared porch that
accesses both Apartments I see it yeah
I don't think he's got weapons
okay this is the door to his apartment

okay so now this door is locked but the
other day this one wasn't locked in that
apart and that one was her apartments up
there okay I left the doors open and
stuff so this doesn't look like his
private porch this is a shared porch
between the two apartments no this is
his apartment there yeah yeah and this
is the upstairs apartment yeah and that
was so this porch is shared between the
two part exactly Goa but I'm kind of
scared of him coming over and you know
uh P out the doors with a big stick I I
just grabed the stick out of his hand

jail so I'm going to hand out these
statement forms here to these two
who have went inside and then I'm going
to go deal with him he's he's in the
