From the dramatic takedown of Dallas, a
creepy stepdad who found satisfaction in
secretly recording his partner's
daughters.
>> Don't move.
Hands up. Don't move.
Do not move.
You're under arrest for voyeurism, two
counts.
>> It is the act of recording somebody in a
private setting where they don't expect
to be recorded.
>> J. Ross, who engaged officers on a chase
after getting caught attempting to make
videos of multiple women inside a
Walmart without their consent.
>> HEY, STOP.
STOP.
STOP.
>> Like this, one like he did take pictures
of multiple
people.
>> Here are crazy moments when creepy men
who spied on teens got
exposed. Starting with Paul Correa, who
believed being an attorney gave him the
license to record a person under the age
of consent without her knowledge and use
the video for creepy reasons in the
public park.
>> He thinks that I was in the in the store
recording his daughter.
>> At what point did he tell you or did you
hear an allegation that he thought you
were filming his daughter?
>> He says
I'm in here jerking off in my car. I'm
like, I don't even know where he gets
that.
>> On December the 12th, 2025 in Sierra
Vista, Arizona, a man who was shopping
with his young daughter at a Target
store dialed 911 after seeing a
scene unfold. He reported that a man,
later identified as Paul Correa, then
serving as chief civil deputy county
attorney for Cochise County, had
recorded his daughter on his phone
before returning to his car in the
parking lot to watch the video. While in
the video, the legal practitioner was
seen with his privates out.
Upon arrival, the officer found Paul in
his car just as the man had reported and
in that moment it became an effort in
understanding the sinister intentions of
a creepy attorney who was well-respected
and expected to know better.
>> Hi.
>> Hi, how you doing?
>> All right, how are you?
>> Take your hands out of your pocket.
Something going on in your waist? You
want to come out and put it in your car?
>> Sure.
>> What's your name?
>> My name is Paul Ferraro.
>> Okay, have a seat right here.
>> I prefer not to sit.
>> Okay, well. Yeah, lean up against your
car.
>> Why?
>> Because I'm telling you to.
>> Okay.
>> It's either that or you can go have a
seat in the back of my car.
So, I'm trying to get So, I don't know
what's going on. So, lean up against
your car with your butt with your butt
and just kind of sit and relax for a
minute while I figure out what's going
on. All right, watch him cuz I'm the
only guy here. I don't know what the
hell is going on.
>> The officer could sense the man was
already growing uneasy even before a
single question was asked. Reactions
like that often suggest that there was
far more beneath the surface.
>> What what's the issue today?
>> He thinks
Well, he can give you a statement. He
thinks he saw something.
>> Okay.
>> He's confused. He's angry.
>> Um what's he confused and angry or what
does he think he saw?
>> He thinks that I was uh in the in the
store
recording his daughter with my phone.
That's not true.
It's absolutely not true.
>> Okay.
>> I was in here buying gifts for a holiday
party.
>> What would make him think that you you
were recording him?
>> That I had my phone out.
>> Okay.
>> Maybe I don't know. I don't know what he
thinks he saw.
>> In that moment, uncertainty began to
settle in. The officer was now hearing a
version of events that didn't fully
align with what the caller had reported,
but it was still too early to jump to
conclusions. Maybe there was no
recording at all. Just maybe Paul was
trying to cover his tracks.
>> What what how did this transpire Do you
know in the parking lot?
>> I was sitting here calling my son to say
the pizza place is closed in there, so
what do you want to eat?
>> Okay.
>> And then all of a sudden he's banging on
the door.
>> Okay.
>> telling me, you know, I don't know what
he's just banging on the door real hard.
>> Okay. What's he saying?
>> Okay.
Um
I don't think he was saying anything
comprehensive.
So, it's like uh
I thought he was telling me to come out
of the car. I was like, "Who are you?"
And he wouldn't say who he was.
>> Was there some kind of altercation in
the store?
>> No, absolutely not, dude. Like, no.
>> Okay. Do you have an ID on you?
>> Yeah.
Okay.
He said he
I just live in Bisbee.
>> What's that?
>> I live in Bisbee.
>> In Bisbee?
Is this your car?
>> Yeah.
>> Okay.
What's a good address for you in Bisbee?
So, you're here shopping?
>> Yeah.
>> Did you buy anything?
>> Yes.
>> What did you buy?
>> A bunch of chocolate
balls and
stuff. It's for
an office party that I'm going
>> Okay.
Where do you work?
>> I work at the Cochise County Attorney's
Office.
>> Oh, okay.
What's a good telephone number for you?
Are you an attorney or are you a
paralegal or
>> Yeah, I'm the Chief Civil Deputy County
Attorney.
>> Okay.
>> This guy's got me completely wrong. I
understand I'd be upset, too.
>> At the moment, the officer was more
confused than ever before, even as he
tried not to make it obvious. As the
tension thickened, several thoughts ran
through his mind. He wouldn't want to
get an innocent man arrested, especially
not an attorney. Well, on second
thought, he wouldn't want to also live
the rest of his life with the regret
that he allowed a predator to go
scot-free.
>> So, there's no altercation, there's no
contact between the two of you guys in
the store.
Um but
at what point did he tell you or did you
hear an allegation that he thought you
were filming his daughter?
>> He came banging on my window.
>> Just now?
I've I've been sitting here for a minute
like
uh trying to figure out what to do about
dinner
>> Okay.
>> with my kids.
Um
he says
I'm in here jacking off in my car. I'm
like, I don't know where he gets that.
>> Okay.
>> Like
>> All right.
Um
as far as you know,
um
and and did you did you see him in the
store with his daughter or
>> I don't know who he is. I don't know.
>> The first that The first that you hear
of anything is right here at the car
he's banging on your window.
>> Yes.
>> Okay.
All right. I think he he told me my
partner Officer Thompson, okay, let me
go talk to him and get his side of the
story. Obviously, until we're done here,
you're not free to go.
>> Right, sure. I'm trying to
>> figure out So, there's no physical
altercation between you and him or
anything in the parking lot here. It's
just he's banging on
>> I tried to close my door and he kept
banging it to close my door told me I
was breaking the law.
>> Okay, well, I'll go talk to him.
>> He pulled my door open. He's breaking
the law. If I had a firearm my firearm
would be right now.
I would have guy.
>> Eventually, Paul Correa was arrested and
booked into jail, but he now faces
criminal charges including by
surveillance, public indecency, and
tampering with evidence. The allegations
led to his immediate termination from
the Cochise County Attorney's Office in
December 2025. As of the time of making
this video, no public verdict or final
legal resolution has been announced. The
case remains active within the criminal
justice system and he has not been
publicly convicted or cleared of the
charges.
Just like Paul, here's Dallas who's a
peeping Tom and stepdad and believed
that all it takes to satisfy himself was
to secretly film his partner's daughters
and later watch the footage while
SMOKING A CIGARETTE.
>> HANDS UP! DON'T MOVE!
DO NOT MOVE!
>> On your hands. Drop the keys.
Put your hands on your head.
Turn to your right.
under arrest for voyeurism, two counts.
>> It is the act of recording somebody in a
private setting where they don't expect
to be recorded.
>> On May the 25th, 2025, officers were
dispatched after a girl called to report
an incident at her mother's home. She
had discovered a video recording of
herself and her sister on her mother's
boyfriend's phone. According to her, her
mother's boyfriend, Dallas, had hidden
the device somewhere in the restroom.
When officers arrived, Dallas was seated
in a chair in the backyard, legs
crossed, smoking a cigarette and
watching a copy of the video, completely
unaware that he was about to face the
most awful moment of his life.
>> Sir,
you shouldn't have let let us in first.
>> NO, GO.
>> GO UP THERE WITH HIM.
>> OFFICER,
WHAT'S THE RULE SET?
>> DON'T MOVE.
>> HANDS UP. DON'T MOVE.
Do not move.
Do not move. I'm telling you, do not
move. I got him back here.
Dallas
>> Turn around, sir.
>> Turn around.
Turn around, sir.
Anything on you?
>> Yes, sir. Just a cigarette and a
lighter.
>> What's that?
>> is on the floor. Just a cigarette.
>> All right, stay right there.
>> You got nothing on you? No, sir.
Just a cigarette.
>> It's only us here.
I got something.
You know what's going on?
>> I do not.
>> Hey, what were you using the numbers for
uh for the one reporting here?
>> Officer Shipman, you want to
let him know he's being arrested for?
>> Well, once we get him in the car, I'll
explain it. All right, come with me.
>> 11155
11155
11155
>> Don, you want him in your car?
>> Yeah, okay.
>> Sit back there.
>> Okay.
>> At the moment, Dallas appeared confused
and unsure of what was unfolding or what
he had done wrong. He kept his
composure, convinced that there had to
be some sort of misunderstanding and
that this would soon be cleared up with
an apology.
>> You're Mr. Dallas.
Okay. You're under arrest for voyeurism,
two counts.
>> It is the act of recording somebody in a
private setting where they don't expect
to be recorded.
>> Want to custody. Bring him out to
county.
>> Here are the facts of the report.
>> Yes, sir.
>> All right.
>> In the end, he was charged with
voyeurism.
Still on creepy men getting exposed,
here is 26-year-old Jorge Diaz Vega, a
creepy Disney employee who was caught
uploading voyeur videos of Disney
visitors daily to multiple adult sites.
>> All right.
>> I have some videos.
Face to them. I have some videos to
upload.
>> As you were at the register paying,
a certain person came underneath your
skirt with a cell phone
and took a picture.
>> On the last day of March 2023 in
Florida, officers were dispatched to
Disney's Hollywood Studios in Lake Buena
Vista following a report that the
26-year-old Jorge Diaz Vega had been
accused of upskirting while on duty.
Upon arriving at the studio, the
officers met Jorge, who gave them an
impression that would soon prove to be
false.
>> Hey, Jorge.
>> How's it going?
>> Good.
What's your cell phone, big guy?
>> Over here.
>> All right.
>> Yeah, thank you.
>> Thank you.
>> All right, just come with us.
>> You searched me?
>> Yeah, I'm going to You don't have any
other phones on you, right?
>> No.
>> Check his pockets, Joe.
>> Yeah, I'll check I'll check his
You got any other phones?
>> I I'm listening to
>> Yeah, I got
>> That's what I thought you were doing. I
was like, wait a minute.
That's what I thought.
>> I thought we had to go on stage again.
>> Stop. Stop.
Thank you.
>> I'm sorry, what's your name?
>> Jorge.
>> Jorge. I'm Sergeant Morris.
Um we're just going to have you come
over to the security office with office
with us.
>> Got it.
>> We just have some questions for you,
okay?
>> Yeah.
>> Hold on. Keep it on.
>> Hold on. Hold on. We're just We're just
make sure you don't have anything else
on you.
Don't hurt you, buddy. Don't hurt us.
>> It's my wallet.
>> Your ID is in there?
>> Yeah.
>> Take Take it out.
>> Sir.
>> You don't have anything in
>> You're good. You're good. You're good.
>> We just have a couple things we want to
talk to you about, okay? Just
>> Yeah.
>> What is this? Oh, hand sanitizer. Okay.
>> Yeah.
>> Can you be just careful?
>> This is
Yeah, a decoration, I guess. I don't
know.
>> Okay.
All right.
>> That might be a better term.
>> Yes, you're good now.
Okay, you just going to walk over to the
the office.
>> Okay.
>> Okay.
>> Yeah.
>> Hold Hold on, guys.
I'm so sorry.
>> At that moment, the officers could
hardly tell if Jorge was guilty,
especially judging by his looks and body
language. But soon their first witness
was going to step forward with a
statement and remind them once again how
looks can be deceiving.
>> Talk to me. What happened?
>> I was in
Doc Ondar's.
>> Okay.
>> And I was standing next to the register.
>> Okay.
>> And the cast member was in front of me
directing the line.
>> You are a
>> I'm a leader or a manager.
>> Okay. Okay.
>> Um he was standing directing the line.
>> Right?
>> And he was holding like menus of the
different light sabers that we had.
>> Yes.
>> And he dropped one that and it fell
directly in front of him.
>> Right.
>> And there was a guest on to right of him
that was at the counter looking at the
female
>> Okay.
>> um guest looking at the light sabers.
>> Yep.
>> And when he dropped his menu, he pulled
out his phone.
>> Mhm.
>> And he bent down and with his left hand
he reached in front of him to get the
menu and with his right hand he reached
under her skirt with his phone camera
up.
And he was like taking photos of her.
>> How How you know he was taking photos?
>> Well,
>> Did you see a light?
>> flash I did not see a flash, but
>> Did you hear clicking or
>> No, it was very loud in there.
>> Right.
>> I'm It is my assumption.
>> Right.
Okay.
>> Um especially because there was no need
for him to reach that way
>> Of course.
>> to pick up his menu.
>> Right.
>> It was no need for him to have his phone
out either.
>> Okay.
>> And there's no phone in that position.
>> So I understand.
>> like a
work phone or anything.
>> Right.
>> Um
and I feel like I don't know if he knows
that I saw him, but as soon as he did it
he like put his phone back away and then
he turned around and made eye contact
and then he turned back around really
fast. And then that's when I called my
peers and reported it.
>> Yeah, totally got it. Was she wearing a
dress?
>> Yes, she was wearing a black dress.
Um she was
uh pretty young, maybe like late teens,
early 20s, fair skin, black hair, black
eyes.
>> They didn't make contact with her?
>> No, she didn't notice.
>> Once inside the security office, Olhay
tried to play mind games with the
officer by refusing to answer some
fairly straightforward questions.
>> Can you close the door? I'm I want to I
want to I want to discuss. I want to
like tell you
Okay.
>> Sure. Hank, close the door.
>> Close the Close the door.
>> Oh, sure. Fine, Chris, close the door.
You I mean, you don't have to talk to me
if you don't want to. I'm I'm just
saying.
Okay.
>> I have a confession to make.
>> Okay.
>> I'm being 100% honest with you.
>> No, and I and I absolutely appreciate
that cuz we don't get that a lot. We
don't get people that are, you know,
that that are honest with
>> Like I don't
I'm After this, I'm done.
>> So, I got a question.
>> Sure.
>> I don't mean this in a bad way, but
>> Mhm.
>> Cuz I love my mom a lot. I'm
Think I'll be
I'll be home. I'll be home.
>> Well, we just have a detective cuz it
kind of depends on how long you you
know, you sit and talk to the detective.
Once they come out and talk to you. Um,
cuz they're going to want to see if you
can write everything out and all for
them. So, that that'll be up to them.
But, you know, we we're not going to say
anything to your mom. We wouldn't tell.
>> No.
>> You're an adult.
We don't tell anything because you're an
adult. We don't we If your mom called
today, what's going on with Jordan? I'm
sorry, ma'am, I can't talk to you.
We would never do that. So, they she
won't even know unless you tell her that
you talked to us.
But, that's how that works. Once you
become an adult, your business is your
business.
Yeah, we don't Plus, you know, I I
understand that, you know.
You never want to do anything that's
going to upset our moms.
>> You said
they're hard to find online. Where Where
do you normally search online when
you're trying to find them?
>> Like candid
like nice videos.
These don't have nice hand videos.
Upload daily, but
they
like Xhamster
update
the daily thing when I get deleted like
3 million 3 million videos or something
like that.
>> Oh, okay.
Okay. So, what what would you type in
like candid upskirt or like how would
you
>> Yeah, like candid upskirt upskirt.
>> Okay.
Some of the girls in there kind of look
like teenage age. What would your like
age cut off
What would you
like cuz some of them were kind of young
like 15.
Was there a specific age you wouldn't go
for?
>> Let me ask you that question. Like was
there like any age you were saying like
I'm not going to do that.
>> See, cuz I I was just looking at the
girls. Cuz some of them look like, you
know, 15 16 years old, but obviously
I don't see any like 6-year-olds or
anything like that. So, it was like
teenage okay, but not Like what's really
young to you?
>> I mean I do like the prime of the ones
where I think the girl looks kind of
young.
>> Okay. So, like these girls right here.
What is the latest age you've seen
there?
>> Despite telling the officers he was
ready to come clean, he decided to hold
back some vital information knowing that
letting it out would totally ruin every
chance he has to walk out of this
situation.
>> So, the one from yesterday when I looked
it up
>> It was
>> Yeah, Christmas Christmas he did it with
a doll yesterday.
>> Yeah, Christmas was mentioning it about
what um
I guess it said it was 40.
>> Yeah, yeah, that same one. It's the same
guy.
>> Cloy while working with furs
how he said it was kind of just did
this.
>> Well, yesterday he did it with a doll.
He was out in the thing there. and then
he the doll fell, then I went down to
pick up the doll.
>> the doll as a
>> as a distraction.
>> And then he went over and
>> picked up his cell phone and took a
picture yesterday.
>> And what And how
they know yesterday? How did they get
the video yesterday?
>> They didn't Well,
>> Oh, okay.
>> Well, no. Someone Someone did see.
Someone saw and notified the girl.
>> After the tense interrogation with
Jorge, the officers drove to the
victim's house who had no idea she was
upskirted earlier that day. They asked
if she was willing to press charges,
leaving Jorge's fate hanging in the
balance.
>> You guys were at the DLC
uh shop
earlier today?
The antique shop?
>> Uh for
>> the puppets or the
>> So, where we Where you bought the
lightsabers, right?
>> Oh, yeah.
>> Yes. Yeah, you guys were there earlier.
>> Yes.
>> Unknowingly,
unknowingly,
you were a victim of a crime.
Unknowingly, you didn't know.
So, it it occurred, you you bought, and
then you left.
So, what I'm here to fill in the the
blanks. So, as you were at the register
paying,
a certain person came underneath your
skirt with a cell phone
and took a picture.
That's in Florida. That's a That's a
crime. Video video voyeurism.
So, I'm here to ask you if you want to
prosecute or
Cuz we got the person here.
>> Yeah. Um
>> Are we allowed to know who it is?
>> No, not yet.
>> Then it's up to you.
>> I mean, I don't really want to say yes
cuz I just
I mean, um
like I feel like I have had that fear
before, and like as like girls you
probably also have. And so like that's
so
gross, and so like I do
I just to make sure that
that one with.
>> I
I understand. Yes, ma'am. You have every
right to be. Yeah. And like I said, you
know, unknowingly, but still, now that
you know
you feel violated, so
Correct. Correct. So, you will will you
want to prosecute?
>> Uh
>> I I think I want to.
>> Okay. Just after that, Jorge's fate was
made known, at least for now.
You don't have anything else on you,
right? We We took everything off of you.
Okay. The reason I say this is I say
this to everybody. When you get down to
the jail, if they find something, it
turns into It's going to be another It's
going to be like a felony.
So, you don't have anything else on it?
>> My belt. That's it.
>> Well, no, no, but like
just got nothing like hiding, no? Okay.
All right, man.
If you want to go ahead and just pop up
in there real quick.
Watch your head, though.
>> Yeah.
>> The seats are a little bit better. You
can kind of put your feet your your arms
into the crevice. Okay. Hang on, let me
turn the car on for you, okay?
In the end, he was charged with video
voyeurism, while another family sued
Disney for failing to protect their
visitor, who'd been upskirted by Jorge
just a day before his arrest.
Meet Javier, the creep who was caught
filming a woman inside a store right in
the presence of his daughter.
>> How many women did you do this to?
You're You're disgusting.
He's He's been following me around the
store.
>> Over here.
>> He has videos on his phone of me and
>> All right, go ahead and place your hands
behind your back really quick.
Go back over here.
>> He said so,
when he
when he was going to take the picture,
it slipped out of his hand.
>> Oh.
>> And then it slipped on her.
>> On August the 23rd, 2024, officers
responded to a woman's call from Ross
reporting that a stranger had been
following her through the store and had
deliberately positioned his phone to
capture her thighs. Incidents like this
are alarming, and the officers knew that
they had to handle it without delay.
>> I'm ordering plain clothes, please.
>> How many women did you do this to?
You're disgusting.
He's He's been following me around the
store.
>> I'm over here.
>> He has videos on his phone
of me and several
>> Do you have an ID on you?
>> Yeah.
>> Can I see it?
What's going on today?
Do you speak English?
>> No.
>> No. What do you speak?
>> Uh Spanish Spanish.
>> Okay. Do you speak a little bit of
English?
A little bit. Okay. What happened?
>> Uh
so this uh
the one accident from the over there the
shoe
from the boots over there so
the the the accident the picture the the
video
so there's on the
>> Do you want to type in?
>> Yes.
>> Javier's first name?
>> Yes.
>> We're going to get someone that speaks
Spanish, okay? So it's easier.
>> Okay.
>> Okay.
>> Have you ever realized that he had
seriously messed up this time? But
quickly he thought to himself that all
he needed to do was act as if speaking
English was a little strange to him.
>> All right. Go and place your hands
behind your back really quick.
Go back over here.
We're going to explain everything once
we get the officer here, okay?
Is that your child?
Is that your child?
Do you have anyone at home that can pick
your daughter up?
Who could pick him up?
>> Uh
Do you know their phone number?
For your daughter?
No one could pick him up?
Your mom?
Your wife?
What's her Do you know her phone number?
>> He doesn't know any of the numbers off
hand that he needs to call.
>> For the sake of clarity and protocol,
the officers engaged the manager to get
her witness account. Then they went
straight to the security room to review
footage of what had actually happened.
>> Um is there any chance we can look up
security footage um of what's going on
here?
>> Yes, we can pull up these camera images
over there.
>> Okay.
That'd be great. She said that this was
happening throughout the store.
>> Okay.
>> So if we could just get him coming in
and then kind of track him from there,
>> Okay.
>> that'd be great. She says he's been here
like 10 to 15 times within the year.
And every time he's only like purchased
one item.
And it's usually like shoes.
>> After a brief meeting with the store
manager, the officer drove to the
station where an interpreter had been
arranged. During the interrogation, it
became clear that the case was far more
complicated than it initially seemed.
>> So what he's saying
What he's saying is the lady was
shopping for some clothes and like
reaching up.
He was there with his daughter picking
out some shoes. Uh he went up to grab
his phone.
Um when he grabbed it, it slipped out of
his hand and it fell on her. He's like,
"I don't understand how the camera went
on by itself." It slid slid underneath
her.
He said it fell out of his hand, slid
under her.
Then they like kind of bumped each other
and he was like, "I'm sorry, I'm sorry.
I was trying to pick up my phone."
>> Where where were they at in the store
when this happened?
He said, "We're all the children's shoes
are."
>> He said he was on his knees looking for
the shoes on the bottom of the bottom
shelf.
>> Oh, and that's when he that's when the
phone dropped. When it dropped, did it
hit the ground and slide?
So, it wasn't in his hand at all?
>> He said he had it in his hand. He opened
up the
the camera.
Or he was going to send pictures to his
wife to be like, "Are these the shoes
you should get?"
And so, when he
when he was going to take the picture,
it slipped out of his hand.
And then it slid on her.
>> And it slid, okay.
>> He said he went to go pick it up, that's
when the lady was like, "Whoa, what are
you doing?"
>> Okay.
A green dress.
With with flowers, okay.
He said he has one. Okay.
>> The officers already had it in the back
of their minds that Javier's only
concern was to do everything possible to
get out of this mess. They didn't expect
him to go the extra mile to fabricate
stories despite all the evidence footage
that they had seen at the store. After a
minute, they decided it was time to
check his phone to see the very video
that had caused all the trouble. If he
didn't have the saved video in his
phone, things would probably be a little
less complicated for him. But, if there
was such a video, then his fate would be
sealed.
>> I don't know if you know how to open
this.
See how to open the phone.
I think you can just click on it at all.
May have audio on it?
I'm sorry.
>> Uh so, what were you doing with your
phone?
What were you doing with your phone?
>> Nothing.
>> Show me your phone.
>> Oh, this is where she gets mad.
>> Show me your phone.
Show me your phone.
>> And then she after that she took your
phone?
>> Yeah, she she took it away.
>> It looks like there's other videos in
here too from uh Ross. Are these all the
same and it just took a bunch of videos
by accident?
Can I watch these too?
That's okay?
Can you ask him if these are all in
Ross?
Or some of them look like they're not
cuz the floor is different.
He says different store. So, can you
tell him that
uh
it's clear that these are all different
women, they're not copies, the videos,
and
um
tell him that like
we understand, you know, sometimes women
wear short dresses, they look nice, they
look pretty, you want to take a picture
of them to look at later, maybe, you
know,
um but just ask him like if that's what
he was doing, he just thought they
looked pretty.
>> Okay.
He said he saved them for later, he
deletes them
cuz his wife uses phone and his daughter
uses it to play games on it, so he
doesn't want her to
>> Okay. But why does he why does he record
them?
Is it fun?
He's saying it's an accident. Well, can
you tell him one is an accident and 11
is not, but you can ask him like is it
fun? Like we can't understand how this
might be kind of fun, you know, but
Um
>> he's not really explaining, I just told
him like, "Hey man, if they got any
short skirts we
>> We did it.
>> Yeah.
>> Yeah.
>> And he said he just lands and went,
"Yeah."
>> And he said it's still an accident or
Yeah.
>> He says like a spur of the moment thing.
He's like it's the first time I ever did
it. He's like
>> Okay.
>> He's like, "Yeah, I took some videos. I
was going to look at them just the one
time and then delete them right away
because my
>> So the wife Yeah, so that Okay. So she
took He took the video all he took all
of them all 11 videos?
>> Yeah, he he said
>> Okay.
>> At that moment reality began to set in
and Javier knew that he would end up
behind bars very soon.
>> Can you ask him if I can just take a
whole copy of the phone to show that
this was the only time that he did this?
>> Okay.
>> He said he can make a copy.
>> Okay.
Okay.
>> We're going to set him up back in the
sitting there for a little bit while I
make the copy.
>> Okay.
>> Um, and then we'll we're still trying to
figure out uh, somebody come pick up his
daughter. Okay. So.
>> In the end he was charged with video
voyeurism. Up next is 24-year-old Jay
Ross who thought he could be an
upskirter all he wanted as long as he
had some Swiss legs.
>> I'm behind him.
Where are we going to
>> So he took pictures of multiple people
but he really liked
Yeah.
>> Well, that was the first time he did it
and then he waited until everybody left
and went back and did it again.
>> I guess.
>> Yeah.
>> On August the 27th, 2025 on a sunny day
in Georgia, officers received a call
from a Walmart security guard reporting
that a young man who was later
identified as Jay had been upskirting on
the premises. When the officers arrived
they were supposed to find Jay nowhere
in sight. Jay, having realized that they
were looking for him, they hid him
waiting for the perfect moment to slip
out of sight.
>> Oh, you see her. You see her. He's
trying to run.
>> Where's he at, Mickey?
>> He is
>> Got him.
Hey, STOP.
FREEZE.
STOP.
I'M BEHIND HIM. STOP. STOP. THERE'S MY
GUY.
GO GET HIM. GO GET HIM.
Where are we going to go from
Transfer 118.
Do you have any weapons on you?
>> No.
>> All right.
>> What's your car?
>> Right now you're being detained for uh
suspicion of stalking.
Taking pictures under girls' skirts or
something like that. We'll figure it
out.
>> Just after the officer got a hold of
him, he took no delay putting them on
their toes sooner than they expected.
>> I'll see.
All right.
Did you see his phone?
>> I got it right here.
>> He needs to verify his name.
>> Yeah, I do need your name, uh
Who is here?
What's your name?
>> Jay.
>> Jay?
Spell it for me.
What's your video?
>> J A Y.
>> Last name Ross.
>> Ross?
>> Huh, he gave a different name, um a
different spelling of the name last time
>> Okay.
What's your birthday, man?
>> So he took pictures of multiple people,
but he really liked
Yeah, whatever.
>> Is she still in this building?
>> She is extremely mad.
>> J A Y is the correct spelling. You don't
spell it J A E.
Yeah, Jay.
>> I ran
I ran I ran down the the first one and I
cut across the
>> I heard you holler out
>> What did he give you?
>> Uh J A Y. He told me J A Y.
Ross.
>> But he just said
J A E.
>> That's the correct
>> It is J A E.
Uh-huh.
That's why I said that he gave us a
different spelling the last time he was
>> What did he give you?
>> J A Y. What's your
J A E? I heard Y.
>> You I heard Y, too. That's why I heard
something. He did say Y.
>> So you're saying it's E, J?
Okay.
J?
>> What's your last name, what's your last
name, your first?
>> I'm not going to push you that.
Eight?
>> You were here yesterday?
>> I thought I heard Y, but
talking kind of low, so maybe you did
say you know.
All right.
>> Up until this moment, the officers had
no idea how he carried out the act. All
they knew was that he was on the run
after he realized that they were looking
for him for upskirting. It was now time
to start uncovering, piece by piece,
exactly how he had gotten himself into
this mess.
>> Yeah, that's the best one that we had.
>> Yeah, the other one that were One of
them was Zeke's um
girlfriend's aunt.
>> Zeke's girlfriend's
>> aunt.
He said he's going to call her.
He called her around the Rex to get a
picture.
>> Was he trespassing or loitering?
>> He is.
>> He trespassed on us.
>> We We already told him don't come back.
>> He came back to this?
How long has that been going on?
>> I seen him the other day.
I was coming to work and he was coming
across the street like like towards the
right in the rear.
>> I don't know where you from, cuz last
last last time you said you work from
here.
You know what I'm saying? He He lives
somewhere around here.
>> I don't.
>> How many people did he do that to, do
you
>> So, with her like this, one like he did
take pictures of multiple
people
>> Okay.
>> while we were walking.
>> All right.
>> Um well, like I said, one of them is
Zeke's girlfriend's aunt. He can
see if she's still here, but
>> Um oh.
>> What is it? 20?
>> I'm assuming that they they left, these
victims.
>> Yeah.
She's in the car.
>> While the officers waited patiently for
Jay's only present victim, who happened
to be an employee's girlfriend's aunt,
Jay silently prayed that she would be
gone. But just as he started to feel
lucky that she was nowhere in sight,
more evidence surfaced strong enough to
raise eyebrows.
>> So, that was the first time he did it,
and then he waited until everybody left
and went back and did it again.
>> I guess.
>> Yeah.
The last case we had on him
was this.
This is the tunnel.
He gave it to us the last time.
>> That's what he told us.
>> Yeah.
>> What was this for? What day was this?
>> Uh November.
>> November trespassing?
>> And then um
>> Is that when he was trespassing?
>> Yes, that's uh Carrillo's case.
Um and
>> Was he stealing? Or what was he doing?
>> No, he was
uh taking photos of and videos of the
store.
>> Yeah.
>> At that moment, Jay had no idea the
officers had cross-examined every piece
of evidence and statement from the
security personnel, including the
employee's girlfriend's aunt's
confession, who was later spotted in the
store. He was knee-deep in trouble, and
there was no getting out without
consequences.
>> Um it's right here. Here, turn around.
Sweet of you.
>> What is her date of birth?
>> You got a warrant.
>> Yes, sir. It's on there.
No, I didn't.
>> They searched my home.
>> Okay.
>> So, who's going to give me my time?
>> Hey Nikki, how long was he in here
today?
>> We just noticed him maybe like 20
minutes ago. We'll have to see how long
he
>> Okay. But you all said he was
trespassing before.
>> Yes.
>> All right, come on let's
Okay.
I mean, I know
Can I just start the car going?
>> In the end, he was charged with
trespassing, obstruction, and unlawful
recording. And he was later released on
bond. If you thought you've already seen
the worst of the worst, you've yet to
meet this stalker who was busted for
taking videos and photos of a girl while
she was at her duty post.
>> I didn't think that they were going to
get I was going to get caught cuz I was
trying to do it on the sneak. If I show
you more, you're going to be like, oh
look at this.
You know, this is more than trespassing.
You will we're going to write you up for
this.
>> On September the 3rd, 2021, officers
were dispatched to a bagel place after
they received a complaint about a
stalker who was taking questionable
pictures and video footage of one of the
female staff. The officers swiftly
arrived at the scene and began their
investigation by talking to a witness
and then the victim who gave some very
sinister statements.
>> Hello, how's it going?
You mind just running me by? I know
you're doing the statement and
everything.
I got a camera so just you want to just
run me by everything that you saw.
>> So, I was having breakfast.
I I the girl call this uh man out on the
recording. She came out and asked him to
see the video. He then shows her a
video. He says he doesn't have a video.
He He shows her a video.
>> Then he took Where was he standing when
he took it? Did you see?
>> He was in front of the counter and she
was faced away behind the counter.
>> Okay.
>> So, he's filming her ass and then he
left. So, I told her call 911. I called
and I followed him around.
And when he's walking that way, I guess
he's trying to erase it and he's telling
me there's no there's no evidence.
Then he tells me he didn't think it was
illegal. Why erase the evidence if it's
you didn't think it was illegal?
>> Right.
Hey, Lou.
All right. Um I just got done talking
with him. Um
I'm Deputy Ray. I just I'm just I got a
camera, so I'm just going to ask you to
go through everything that happened.
>> So, it started last Friday.
>> Okay.
>> Nearly a week ago. Um he was sitting at
that table
and I was serving him and then I had a
customer at that table and he was like,
"Hey, just let you know I work security.
I noticed that he's like recording you.
He has his phone like low here and every
time I get walked by, it's like always
pointed at you."
And then he came in
a couple days after that, same thing.
So, me and my boss were watching him.
And same thing, like recording me, phone
low, everything. And then he came in
today again and he was recording me and
my coworker caught him, like actually
seen the video.
So, we went off. I said, "Why are you
recording me?" He was like, "I just
think you're beautiful. I just wanted to
watch you." He's like, "I promise I
don't do anything with the videos."
He was just saying about it. He's like,
"Please don't press charges. I won't do
anything."
>> Four times past week?
>> Yeah, five times. Friday, Monday,
Wednesday, today. I was like, "Why are
you recording me?" He's like, "I just
think you're really pretty. I just like
watching you." And he's literally had a
video of me like facing this way,
like working.
>> Do you want to press criminal charges
against him?
>> I just had it.
>> Yeah, I talked to her. She was kind of
like up in the air about it, but she did
do the desire to prosecute. She did sign
>> I don't know. For me it's like I don't
know how many other girls he does this
to.
How old is he?
>> Yeah, he's in his 60s.
>> So right now what happens to him? You
guys just question him and take him and
see how it goes?
>> We'll probably end up arresting him for
stalking.
>> Thank you. Thank you guys for showing
up, though.
>> The officers didn't hesitate to take the
stalker into custody and question him.
And as expected, he wasn't going to just
accept that he was just caught being a
creep.
>> Hanging in there.
>> I'm doing what I got to do. Yeah.
>> I completely understand, man. It's a hot
one today, isn't it?
>> Stupid mistake.
>> Yeah. Stupid mistake?
>> Small talk.
>> Hey, man.
>> Pretty much. Yeah, I thought it was a
you know, when you're out in public it's
just like every you can anybody can tape
anybody anywhere, but obviously this I
try to come correct. Girl came up to me,
"Why are you taping me?" I said, "I'm
not." I said, "All right, I am." "But I
apologize. What do you want me to do? Do
you want me to just leave and never come
back?
You know, I'm not posting it or anything
online or doing anything, you know,
uh
in that of that fashion.
She said, "Just You know what? Just
leave. Just leave. Just leave." So I I
was like, "I'll just leave. I won't come
back anymore. You know, my one on my
work computer." So I just came came out,
started walking. That's when the other
guy said, "Hey! Yeah, yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Yeah." Putting the bug in everybody's
ear to that
you know, it was like I was taping him
or something like that.
So then I just I was just like, "Well, I
might as well stick around and talk to
the officer." But I could see how they
would get upset, but
>> Right.
>> I don't do I'm 60 years old.
>> Right.
>> I had a stroke last year.
>> I got you.
>> I'm an old man. I'm not I'm not a threat
to anybody. I'm a help to someone. I I
shouldn't go It's more
you know,
I'm like, all right, I apologize. Sorry,
you caught me.
You know, I was trying to do it. It
wasn't like I was like, "Go ahead, walk
right here."
>> Right, right, right.
>> Look, look, look, look.
>> Yeah, I got you.
>> I was trying to do it on the coy.
>> Right.
>> More people do it than admit. Would
admit. I bet you that. But, that doesn't
make it right.
>> Do you mind just showing him the
the picture and the video on the phone?
>> I'm willing more to cooperate if that's
something that you would want to look
at.
>> I put that in front of you. You can see
it. It's not going to It got too hot.
>> I had like a lunch or whatever.
>> Oh, okay.
>> Everything was fine.
You know.
>> All right.
>> Have a good day, hon.
>> Mhm.
>> Oh, that was nice of her.
But, I got to just left it like that.
I've been coming here for 3 years.
>> It's another day.
>> time that
you know, the couple times that I came
in.
And then this time.
So, you know, I'm like, how would you
how would you know? So, I How would you
know?
>> Right, I got you.
>> I should have denied it. Should have
denied the whole thing. Should have been
like,
"You're crazy. No, you're not seeing my
phone." But, that's what I did.
>> No, you're you're being cooperative. I
mean, you're you're being a good guy. I
got you.
>> Yeah, but this is what I get for being
honest.
I should have lied.
>> Well, that's not true. We just got to
talk to you. We When we get called, we
just have to come investigate. That's
all.
>> No.
>> It's just like if Just doing your job.
>> if somebody gets to a little argument,
we investigate, and we go about go about
our day. We just got to make sure
everything's all right. I'm all for you
guys.
>> I appreciate it, man. It's It's good to
have people that support us, you know.
>> If you guys ever got in trouble, I would
help you, you know.
>> I appreciate it.
>> give me the right to go around, you
know, for
Well, I don't
You know, taking a look at it from their
perspective, it's just like this guy
who's coming in. It's not like I don't
buy anything.
>> Let me check on your phone real quick.
All right, let's see if it's cooled
down.
All right, boss. While we're waiting on
that, I'm just going to um read you some
read you some stuff. I just have to
before I ask you any questions. So,
that's all it is. We read it to
everybody all the time. It's just we're
allowed to
>> What's my standing so far?
He said he's going to write me up for
trespassing. Is that
>> Yeah, he's he's he's filling out a a
trespass warning right now. So
>> do with that?
>> You don't have to do anything with it.
It's not a criminal charge or anything
like that. You don't have to It's you
you What What will happen is you'll just
get a copy of it and um
you do whatever you want with that copy,
but with that copy you know you're not
welcome back here anymore because of
what happened. And that's all that is,
okay? So that's that's what he's working
on right now. That's what the sergeant's
working on right now, okay? So
>> Like I said, well, I appreciate that
very much.
>> We're just doing it because they they
want to see that
>> they got their rights. They they don't
want to have the environment that they
want to the
their works to be conducive to
>> nothing personal Nothing personal or
anything like that. It's just we're just
trying
>> It is personal.
>> I mean, us
>> No, between me and you, it's just taking
care of business. But for them, it's
their livelihood and I get that.
>> Absolutely.
>> And I didn't think that they were going
to get I was going to get caught cuz I
was trying to do it on the sneak.
>> Right.
>> Be honest with you. And it wasn't like I
was like, "Go ahead, I'm going to walk
right, you know, behind you, you know,
and just
>> Right.
>> and make, you know, rude comments to you
and stuff like that like
>> Okay.
>> You know, "Hey, you know,
>> The officers attempted to have the
suspect show them the evidence on his
phone, but he resisted because he was
aware that it contained incriminating
evidence against him. Although he didn't
expect things to turn out the way it
did, he was willing to hold out as much
as possible.
>> All righty-o, phone's all cooled down,
all right? So this is your phone,
correct?
>> Correct.
>> This this blue Is this iPhone?
>> Yeah, I might be on the recorder. Is
that Is that it?
>> No, it's
>> No, but you're
>> We have to record 24/7.
>> Oh, you'd be becoming descriptive. I'd
be like, "Yeah, that's my phone. It's in
your hand." But you're
>> I'm just making sure because he said
this is just a phone on my sergeant's
hood. I'm just making sure it's not a
witness's phone, you know what I'm
saying?
>> Sure.
>> Do you mind guiding me to where you said
you said you would you'd you'd be
cooperative with us and you said you
wouldn't mind showing me what all went
down over here.
>> If the intention is I'm just going to
get rid of trespassing, yeah.
>> He's writing He's writing He's writing
the trespass right now?
>> if I show you more and you're going to
be like, "Oh, look at this.
You know, this is more than trespassing.
We're We're going to write you up for
this, that, and you got to put them in."
>> He wrote me up for the trespass. I'm
just
>> that. And he wrote you up for the
trespass. I'm just
>> Well, I'd rather not show you then.
If it's going to cuz then you'll turn
around and say
"Oh, well,
according to the statute, this, this,
that, and the other thing." And then and
if it's going to go
>> We're not We're not here to jam anybody
up. We're not here to jam anybody up,
okay? I I I I I said I appreciate you
being cool. But look
Look Look Look Look Look Look how old I
am. Look how old I am. You I'm I'm a
pretty
>> Younger.
Younger. I I understand like But like it
happens. Like you know, like
>> By
being honest and open, now I'm opening
in another door
to get, you know, where where the
lawyer's pretty much always say, "Keep
your mouth shut.
>> No, you're you're opening a door into
being cooperative with us so we can help
you out.
>> Well, if he's going to just write me up
for the trespass,
>> Look, he's he's doing he's doing the
trespass. I mean, that's
>> just I'll just take my money and run. I
mean, I'll just go.
Take the warning and then just leave.
>> It's not opening up anything. It's just
The The only reason I'm asking is cuz
you said you were going to show me. So,
I'm just
>> Yeah, I I
Well, that was before you read that
card.
>> Okay.
>> So, now you read the card. And I just
getting written up for the trespassing
and just
>> The only reason I read it is cuz I was
just I couldn't I couldn't ask you any
questions before I like read it. So, I
Notice how I asked you a question after
I read it?
Oh, so you you showed the one already.
>> it already. You know, he looked at it
already.
>> Okay. So, that was it.
Well, if he looked at me,
>> just take the paper, trespassing,
whatever. Like you said,
>> He's He's still working on it.
>> I'll just leave.
>> I've been I've been cool with you.
You've been really cool with us. I
really appreciate everything.
>> Yeah, I don't want to I don't want to I
want to I don't want to I'm not trying
to give you guys a hard day.
>> You said you said you're somebody who
has our back, so you completely
understand that, right?
>> Yeah.
>> So,
I'm just asking while he's working on
it, you mind showing me what you showed
him? Because it's kind of hard for him
to tell me what happened when I didn't
even get to see it, you know what I'm
saying?
Because you've already showed him. I
just need to see it. So So, do you want
him to tell me or you want me to
actually see it? Because
>> You could see it if you want.
>> see it? Okay.
Show me how to operate this. This
Swipe up?
>> Passcode?
>> 10 2 2 10 0 2 2 2.
>> Okay.
So, you got 343 photos, 111 videos. So,
these are your real recent ones, right?
>> Yeah.
>> Got these videos of your dog right here.
>> Yeah.
>> Wednesday.
So, this is Tuesday, right?
>> Yeah.
>> Okay.
Was it just one 1 second?
>> Yep. Just two real quick.
>> So, these were all taken Tuesday at 9:38
a.m.
>> Whatever it says.
>> Right.
And I'm going to play a video that was
taken August 27th at 10:00 a.m.
August 27th.
Who's this?
>> Friend of the family's.
>> Friend of the family's? I got you.
Did you take any videos today?
>> No.
>> No?
>> The videos I saw I think were Thursday
of the of the young lady that was
inside.
>> So, the earliest that you've seen was
Thursday? Cuz that's what I'm seeing as
well.
>> You said you erased it after the watch
commander called.
>> Oh, you did? Well, the one she called me
and she was like, "Show me them." So, I
showed them to her.
She was like, "Delete them right now."
>> Mhm.
>> The officer continued questioning the
suspect who gave very
answers.
>> I hear you now.
All right.
So, today at 11:15 a.m. this
This is what I This is what I'm talking
about right here. So, you didn't delete
it.
>> So, you
didn't delete it.
I thought I did.
>> So, as well as what
>> Well, what was it? I mean, it took you
to find it. So,
>> No, that's what I was trying cuz a lot
of people don't even know that. So,
that's why I'm telling you. Like
>> Right. Well, the same with difficulty
that you had finding it, I was just like
I thought I deleted it and I thought
>> And and most people do. That's why a lot
of people don't even know. What did you
say the password was?
So, it's 10 what?
>> I I'm I'm not going to give any more
information. You pretty much saw
everything you needed to see, right?
Why would you need to get on my phone
again? And you looked at everything or
not?
>> No, cuz it locked.
It locked itself out.
>> You can use a face ID.
>> So, now that I've reviewed those, um
everything's all right, okay? So,
he got the trespass warning written. Um
everything's good. Um
what what What were your intentions with
the videos? Like
>> Nothing. I looked at them I looked at
them a few times and then I just delete
them. That Like I said, I don't post
them. I'm not like one of these guys
like, "That's my daughter." You know,
you know, you're going to be finding on
some
site or something like that.
>> Right. Right.
