My commentary will be within the video. Let's go. On April 18th, 2023, officers responded to an AT&T store after reports of a battery in progress. All the employees are now in the safe room. Then, the AT&T worker claims to have obtained the female's phone number with intention of dating the female. The AT&T worker claims that both of the individuals met up for the first date. The date went bad. The AT&T worker claims that after the date went bad, the female went on social media posting threatening messages towards this AT&T worker. And then the AT&T worker is claiming that somewhere along the time between the date going bad and the threatening messages from the female on social media that the female alleges that her vehicle was stolen by the AT&T worker. All right, let's go ahead and see what's damaged out here. So, what else did she break? Because Keep him away from me. Keep him away from me. He's not coming near you. He's just talking. Share your thoughts in the comments below, and don't forget to like and subscribe. Okay, there are a few factors at play in this circumstance. The first possibility is that the AT&T worker could be telling the truth, which means that the female might be competent or incompetent, have a mental illness or not. And what typically occurs in these situations, if the female was found to be mentally ill, the charges will be dropped for her actions. and if she's not found to be mentally ill, then the criminal charges will stick. The second possibility is that the AT&T worker is being deceptive. Perhaps the AT&T worker had some type of involvement with the female's vehicle being stolen. However, I believe that it's a low possibility that this AT&T worker had any involvement with the theft, if it was a theft, because throughout the entirety of the video, the female never mentioned to the police that she believes that this guy stole her vehicle. If the female is competent and not mentally ill, I would myself mention to the police that, hey, this guy stole my vehicle. Now, hypothetically speaking, let's say this guy did steal her vehicle and with her actions of going to his job and committing those crimes like battery and aggravated assault and things of that nature, uh that's still not legally justifiable to commit those acts, you know, because revenge is not a legal justification. So, let's say someone steals my vehicle. I know they stole my vehicle. I don't call the police. I go to their job. I come up to their job. I start hitting them and claiming that they stole my vehicle. Um, even if they did steal my vehicle, the police will still charge me and I will still more than likely uh be convicted of those of those charges if it's proven in a court of law. And that's regardless if the person stole my vehicle or not. Okay. According to this channel where I obtained the video from NY Detective, the female was charged with battery, criminal mischief, and aggravated assault with a weapon. I do not have any updates with this case whatsoever. Like I mentioned before, there's a high probability that the determination of charges will be based off of the mental health of the female.
